Amazing! So thankful to have found this company!

I couldn't be more satisfied with Northwest Renovation Co. I would highly recommend them for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Northwest Renovation Co. to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and a large portion of the living area in our home and have been delighted with the both the process and the results. Having worked in real estate/property development, I have worked with a number of other contractors and know when I'm working with someone who knows the industry and takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing. They also provided us with 3D modeling of what our project was to look like upon completion which was so helpful and helped us really get things ironed out in detail during the design phase. Our project also required removing a load bearing wall that needed engineering which they were able to provide as well.

Both our kitchen and bathroom look amazing, I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and on budget. Also we only had to talk to the project manager for the whole process and he handled everything. Thanks Justin! :)

Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, can be very stressful. Northwest Renovation Co really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling them for any future improvements.

NW Renovation vehicle was parked incorrectly facing the opposite side of the street outside of our place, completely hemming us in so we couldn't leave. My mom walked up to ask if he would back up or move, and he walks out smirking shaking his head. He proceeds to back up then eventually reparks the correct way, but took up two parking spots so that when we returned home, we were unable to park in front of our place. This employee was extremely rude and inconsiderate, not a good representation of this company by any means.

What an amazing experience with Oasis construction. From the first contact to the finish job It was a flawless interaction. Initially I contacted them to fix a portion of the siding in my house, but I ended up hiring them to paint the house as well. Not pushy, knowledgeable, and very flexible. I will have them to come back for more projects around the house in the next couple months. Highly recommended!

Replaced things we said not to, threw away items in the agreed do not throw away location with signs attached, did not do things we said needed to get done. The worst trim work & painting I’ve ever seen, did not attempt to protect ceiling, cabinets, mixed oil & latex, no drop cloths. Put in a quartz countertop-we wanted a regular cheap one-we’re told to be grateful-it was chipped, chiseled, crooked & looked like crap-plus, we would have said no to the ‘upgrade’. Mismatched hardware, unfinished really bad work. It took us and a crew of friends days to sand, refinish, repair, repaint, scrape paint & glue off of new floor & appliances the crappy work, so much work. Had to re-purchase several items because they lost or threw hardware away. Tore the floor we wanted replaced but didn’t -offered to install for free if we bought it- it just made for more glue to scrape off, more trim to fix. It has huge bubbles & was cut really bad, looks horrible. They even left an oven on. The ‘brand new in box’ floor heaters-they were taped together, scraped off paint & tape.

We've worked with Otis as their creative partner for many years. That's how working with Paul as a client has always been, and to hear him speak about his approach to process and transparency with his own clients is to know that you'll be taken care of. I'd refer Otis to any friend or family member thinking about a remodel or starting a building process.

Nick came out to my rental house to find out where a blocked drain was under the house. He crawled into a tiny crawlspace, found the drain, took tons of pics and then dug a trench outside of the house in the exact location so the plumber could repair the drain. He also landscaped the entire yard that the tenants had let go. I just hired him to do more landscaping at another rental house of mine and will use him for other contruction/repair jobs as well. Nick always texts me right back, shows up on time, is professional and does an excellent job. He's my "go to" guy now!

We hired Nick to address a mold situation in our basement. He did a great job performing a detailed mold scrub that eliminated the problem, and also sealed some spots in the siding of our house for us. We are very happy with the quality of his work, his professionalism and attention to detail. We highly recommend Nick and his company!

I called in mid-October 2024 with a rush asbestos abatement job. Nick was super helpful, saving me a ton of time and money. Other contractors could have (smh), but this one DID. Thumbs up! Thank you, Nick! I'll be keeping these guys on my short list for future bids. 👍

Oltean construction is building a new custom home for us. The work they are doing for us is excellent. Not only do they regularly answer questions regarding the construction process for us, but they also share their experience with us to help us make our design decisions while remaining in budget and even saving money in areas we were not knowledgeable about. So overall, the home is being built as cost-effective as possible, without sacrificing optimal design and features. This personal touch from a contractor, I believe, is rare in the business.
