We recently had our living room, kitchen, and bathroom fully remodeled by Pinnacl Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional.

I engaged Pinnacle Construction for a full kitchen renovation, including structural work and custom cabinetry. Overall experience: Excellent. They offered thoughtful design suggestions I hadn’t considered. The crew was professional, fastidious, and often went “above and beyond” to keep the project running smoothly. They were consistently communicative, upfront about delays, and flexible with changes—a rarity in my experience. The site was clean daily, and disruption was minimal—even though I worked from home. They provided a detailed contract, closely adhered to the agreed budget, and handled change orders transparently. Overall a great company to work with!

For a while now me and my wife have been wanting to do a remodel in our kitchen. We were worried and skeptical for a while trying to find a good company we could trust. Pinnacle got back to me quickly, provided a detailed quote -- I was never uncertain about what I was going to owe them-- worked with my schedule, and cleaned up a serious health threat beautifully. They tore down water damaged cabinets and reinforced or replaced every portion of the wall behind them in a couple days, with external health and safety reports verifying their work. They're a newer, smaller company, but the communication was great and I will definitely recommend them.

Finding reliable professionals to take on smaller projects, especially around the holidays, is never easy. I was referred to Pinnacle by my neighbor and got a fast response. Replacing an outlet and making sure some wiring from the prior homeowner was done right is possibly their smallest project, but they didn't treat me like it. Replies were fast; they came out to see the project, while others wanted a few hundred to even do that, gave an estimate only a few hours later, and booked a time to fix it later this week. They were on-time, friendly, and the lights are back on fast, and the issue was resolved. From the first message to being fixed in just a few days!

Would recommend again and plan to contact for some other future home projects!

Daniel (owner) was doing an installation next door. My 83 year old mom needed to have her new bed lowered. The posts the bed sat upon were 8 inches high, and my Mom is about 4'11". Daniel and his assistant came after they finished their project, and spent 35 minutes cutting my Mom's bedposts in half to accommodate her height. It's now a perfect height. His kindness towards my Mom really touched our hearts. He had us only pay his assistant. He just asked if I could write a review. This was the easiest 5 star review that I've ever done. I highly recommend Pinnacle NW for any of your bathroom and kitchen plans.
