Corey and Miguel did really great work on our project. We had a leak and had to have the bathroom redone. They were great people and great to work with. They did the site preparation, paint, drywall and other aspects of the project. They were amazingly good and kept the site clean and orderly. A few highlights are the bathtub framing and mirror hanging. They built a really structurally sound as well as beautiful frame. I’ve included a few photos.

Couldn't ask for a better job! These guys came in after a plumbing problem leaked into my walls and ceiling. They did an excellent job restoring everything to better than before. I even had a tree fall during a bad windstorm while I was at work, and they cut the tree up and cleared the debris out of the way. I 100% recommend!

Cory , as project manager, responded very quickly to my need of home repair due to extensive water damage. He sent 4 skilled men for the repair. He spent time with them as they began and toward the end worked with them and inspected their work. It was very evident to me that he did not take advantage of us financially or in workmanship. Because of my knowledge and having a past of spending a lot of time remodeling, I am confident to say that . As a fact, in every way , Cory went above and beyond to help us.

We had a great experience with Portland Construction & Restoration Solutions. After reporting water damage to our floors and wall caused by a refrigerator leak to our ins co, PCS sent their remediation team that night. Their teams doing the remediation and reconstruction were top notch professionals. The Project Mgr, Colin, was so responsive to every question. And the entire job was completed ahead of schedule. We are so pleased and would definitely call them for any future work.

Portland Construction Solutions is AMAZING! Here is a brief account of my own interactions with them: there was a water leak behind my refrigerator, My floor was in chaos, Since I knew nothing about flooring restoration, I started looking for companies and decided on Portland Construction Company. Gavin was my representative, and he negotiated with my insurance company. Let me tell you, that's not an easy assignment, but he did a terrific job! The project manager, Jaycob, sent me to Trinity Flooring. They guided me through the flooring selection process, which was challenging given my lack of knowledge ! You guys are amazing! I trusted them, and they exceeded my expectations! Thanks for promptly responding to my inquiries, Jaycob and Gavin! I'm a satisfied client! Also, they are friendly and very responsible to work with 💖

Miguel, Cory, Daniel, Tabitha and Brenden were a great group of people to work with I give them a 5 star review. I would recommend this company to friends and family. This was a stressful process to get through and get the work done. When I first met with Daniel he was so nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Next were the actual construction guy they did a great job in the bathroom. It looked great when they were finished. Tabitha was friendly and made the payment part easy to get through.

Ian, helped me with all my questions regarding my insurance claim. Cory was present and kept me informed of everything that was happening and what to expect. Ian Bjorklund, the estimator, went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance side of things. He’s been unbelievably helpful, kind, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented—which is exactly what you need in situations like this.

Justin Schranz, my project manager, has also been incredible. He follows up on every step of the job, keeps you completely up to date, and makes sure you’re never left with unanswered questions. When he says he’s going to take care of something, you can trust that it’s getting done.

The work they’ve done is outstanding, and the level of professionalism and care from this team has been unmatched. In a situation like this—where something terrible happens to your home—you want people you can trust. I’m so glad I found this company. They truly made my home look like nothing ever happened.

I had a really great experience with Portland Construction Solutions. After my toilet flange failed and started leaking into my walls and floors (super gross), their team helped me get everything taken care of and back to normal after the restoration team came and tore all of my floors out, took out insulation from under the house and remove a large part of my drywall.

The handoff from the restoration team to the construction team was smooth and made the whole situation way less stressful.

They didn’t just fix the damage — they also helped me through the insurance process, which was totally new and overwhelming for me. They were patient, easy to talk to, and always willing to answer my questions.

Ely, Marco, Anthony, and Daniel were all amazing. They went above and beyond, took a ton of my calls, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.

Portland Construction Solutions did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the fire damage in my home. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring.

The communication from the office at the very beginning was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful. The first technician who arrived set the tone — thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable — and I still remember watching him remove the first sheet of drywall, explaining every step as he went.

Every person who came after him kept that same level of quality and professionalism. By the time the final nail was put in during the rebuild, it was clear how much pride this team takes in their work.

We were completely satisfied with everything PCS managed for us during the Rebuild following your House Flood damage. The carpenters, Antonio and Cedar, in particular, went above and beyond to painstakingly restore the wainscoting, trim and other specialized areas throughout the house. They took on other tasks as well, and came back to help finish out the final Punch list so we could get our house back. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate what they, and call the different teams, put into this house. Thanks so much!!!

We selected Portland Construction Solutions to do the repairs on our home after we experienced significant water damage to our home during the ice storm. Water damage resulted in replacement and repair to a large portion of the house which included drywall, insulation, electrical, flooring, countertops, cabinets,etc. We are extremely pleased with the work of the PCS team. We had a great team from Ian to our project manager Joe Miller and carpenters Antonio Lopez and Jose Gerrara.

It took some time to get all the approvals from our insurance company to get the work going but Ian provided everything needed to get approvals. Once we had approvals Joe did a great job scheduling the various subs. It really felt like there was no downtime as soon as one sub was done Joe had the next one coming in the next day. Joe was always great in anticipating anything we needed. There were several times where I would point out issues only to find that Joe had already scheduled someone to come address the problem.

Having to deal with a significant amount of repairs like this is not something you ever want to deal with but PCS made this as close to pain free as possible. We did our due diligence in selecting them and I am glad we did because PCS got this done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend PCS and our team to anyone.

Portland Construction Solutions did an amazing job on my house rebuild after ice storm damage. They are such perfectionists! By being perfectionists the house feels now like it received a huge upgrade. Cory Webb, the Project Manager and his team Fermin and Jorge are excellent to work with. They juggled supply chain issues and working with the trades to still get the work done as quickly as possible but not reducing the quality anywhere. They gave me such confidence that all was done to code. If they found addition things broken they fixed it. If the floor trade subcontractor left a tiny gap they took care of it, either by calling the subcontractor back of doing the work themselves. They are amazing carpenters themselves. I had so much of the house structure damaged and so all skills were used on this job. Just name it!! I want to always work with them. The estimator, Daniel Lee, was superb and made it so I didn’t have to do much. This company never minded my many questions or confusion (this during a stressful time from the ice storm damage). Their patient kind manner was a blessing. They are at the top of the field.

Great experience with Portland construction solution - starting with Daniel , dang he was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to going through our first big insurance claim water leak … felt comfortable and taken care of right off the bat- the workers Chauncey, Joseph did top notch work and were easy to talk to and answer questions . Heath made sure everyone was scheduled and gave us a time line to follow - he hooked us up with trinity flooring too can’t say enough good things about the process and how much we love our new kitchen and floors ( all new backsplash, cabinets, flooring 💙)

Alex and Mike worked on removal and repairs to flooring and drywall after a flood. They were friendly, efficient and went beyond expectations when it came to touching up some details. The whole process went really smoothly and I would definitely work with them in the future.

We had a water line leak that caused a fair amount of damage to our home. Our damage mitigation company referred us to PDXCRS after drying and performing the flood cuts.

PDXCRS handed everything in a quick, efficient, and quality way. They worked with our insurance company to make the claim process seamless. The work they did was fast and absolutely amazing. Most importantly, the communication I had with everyone from start to finish never left me guessing as to next steps.

My bathroom flooded and Portland Construction Solutions was there to make sure it got put back together better than before. Daniel did an amazing job making sure insurance had accurate values for the repair and helped throughout the process of working with several hiccups with my insurance company. Jaycob was great at making sure the project ran smoothly and that all our requests were completed. The best part was Omar and Jordan being great at making sure the fine details were right at the beginning of the repair and then making sure everything was buttoned up perfectly at the end.

I highly recommend Portland Construction Solutions for any of your rebuild needs, my rebuild would not have went nearly as smoothly without them.
