I would not recommend this company. Their office staff is very unprofessional and rude when you are trying to resolve an issue.

They hired us to help them move some furniture back in October. They have not paid the bill. I spoke with accounts payable multiple times. Have made so many attemps to speak with the front office staff, etc. With no resolution.

Very sad to say, do not trust ERS Oregon office.

The driver almost ran into us and then sped up and cut us off and then yelled at us even though he cut us off. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend at all!

Conrad Construction is phenomenal! They did an amazing job with my bathroom project and I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. My project stayed on schedule and the project manager kept me up-to-date on any changes. I had plenty of time to consider the proposal and I never felt rushed or upsold. The team was so respectful and beyond helpful. They were clean, considerate, and thoughtful about the practical details like a soft-closing door and where to put light switches and outlets that make sense. I think we we all so excited during the final walkthrough and I am still buzzing about their work. As a first-time homeowner, taking on my first renovation was intimating and they made it so easy. Patrick listened to what I wanted and we worked out what was possible for my budget. I can’t wait to continue to work with them and look forward to the next project.

Hiring a General Contractor is a big step. You've either never done it before or possibly have had a bad experience. My first remodel experience many years ago was unfortunate to say the least. The next six remodels I managed myself because I didn't want to take a chance on having another bad experience. However, my latest remodel required a load-bearing wall to be moved and that was beyond my knowledge, skills and experience so, I knew I had to hire a General Contractor.

I interviewed and researched GCs and finally decided on Patrick Conrad of Conrad Construction LLC and that was the best decision I've made regarding a remodel!

Patrick and his core crew (Don, Paul and Bubba) were amazing. I'm almost at a loss for words. Patrick has great relationships with terrific sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.), hires really good people, is a consummate problem solver and always remains calm and positive. The entire remodel experience was wonderful and I now have a beautiful new home that I love. I will use Conrad Construction LLC on all my future projects and you should too!

The YWCA of Greater Portland had a very tight project budget and a stiff deadline. Patrick worked with us to iron out just the right fit and Conrad Construction got it done on time. A great job, and we look forward to working with Conrad Construction again.

We had a small window replacement project that turned out exceedingly well. Patrick was super easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and the work was super high quality. We installed new (just on the market) Marvin Modern windows and the work was super high quality. We're looking forward to additional projects.

We had our bathroom remodeled. It was a complete removal and replacement with new shower addition and tub and vanity. Patrick's crews were excellent as well as were his subcontractors. Patrick was always available by phone for questions and stopped by the job nearly every day. Dust and noise were carefully managed as we are a condo. Our neighbors were complimentary of all the crews. Would definitely hire him again.

I've had Patrick and his team work on multiple residential projects in the last 3 years and the quality of work has been consistently excellent. They are professional, responsive, and stick to the timeline. Seems like they can handle a large variety in scope of work (basement renovation to fence repair) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovation projects or repair work.
