I cannot say enough good things about Portland Construction Solutions and their incredible team! We had a five-month-long insurance claim due to water damage, and from day one, they made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

A huge thank you to Daniel and Brenden for their exceptional project management and communication. They handled all the complexities of the insurance process, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure everything stayed on track. Their professionalism and dedication truly made a difference.

Also, a big shoutout to Miguel and Corey, the skilled carpenters who brought everything back to life with outstanding craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and quality of work were remarkable—we couldn’t be happier with the results!

We had a water leak in our crawl space & had a Flood Pro company dry out the area.

Due to the damage it caused, we had Portland Construction Soltions (PCS) do our “Rebuild”. They even worked with our insurance company to cover repair costs.

Diego (Estimator) worked with our Insurance & Anthony was our Rebuild Project Mgr. They were patient, personable, knowledgeable & promptly returned our calls & addressed any concerns/questions we had. Anthony also completed the repair on time!. They were outstanding!

Kudos, also to their workers Marco & Ellie who did the repair work. They were pleasant & worked tirelessly to complete the repairs & did a great job!

We highly recommend them & will definitely use them again should the need arise! 😊👍

We had our toilet flange go bad in our master bath which caused a leak in our master bath (entire room had to be gutted) and also in the wall between the two bathrooms. We were referred to PCS for the construction piece of our insurance claim and I am so thankful we were! Brenden was our project manager who worked with us every step of the way & gave us exceptional communication throughout the whole project. His team was very professional, friendly, respectful, and so clean! A huge shout out to Corey, Miguel, and Daniel!!! I do have to share that Corey went above and beyond for us while Brenden was on vacation. As he received our frantic message and responded promptly. He even came by in person to chat and keep us calm. We went over our options and moved forward with what felt comfortable to us. Once the project was done, Brenden did a walk through with us and made sure we were happy with everything including small things like a drip from the texture that was bothering me. He didn't make me feel bad for sharing this bothered me and took charge and fixed it. So impressed! My worries of matching flooring, paint, baseboards and more all went away as these guys knew what they were doing & had our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend PCS to friends and family. Portland Construction Solutions restored our basement family room and utility room after a water leak and they did a great job. The entire team, from initial review and estimate to later restoration was handled professionally, with real concern that our house would be nicely restored - "good as new".
The actual restoration team of Ellie and Marco were great - arriving early and getting right into it. They were pleasant and respectful of our house and really worked to put it all back together nicely - insulation, drywall, texture, and paint, as well as floor tiles. Thanks Ellie and Marco!

Portland Construction Solutions did an awesome job repairing damage to my floor after some flooding. The hardwoods look better than you. Heath was awesome in keeping me in the loop for exactly what was happening and sending me schedules. Alex was also super helpful. If you want stellar work, these are the folks to go to.

PCS is awesome! The team we worked with was fantastic. They all worked so very hard, communicated all they were doing each day, cleaned up every evening and their craftsmanship is terrific! They are excellent at what they do and all around, a great group of gentlemen. Brenden, the PM, was a great communicator and he checked in regularly throughout the construction - a remodel of 2 rooms. And they are great estimators - not often seen. To the day, they predicted how long the project would last. Corey, Miguel and Ian rounded out the A-1 team. They promptly showed up daily, getting to work and toiling all day long. The sub-contractors used by PCS did great work too. We couldn’t be more pleased with PCS and highly recommend them. We’ll have them on speed dial for any future projects!

Portland Construction Solutions (PCS) did an excellent job on my condo renovation at Eliot Tower — a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops, new flooring, and LG appliances including an induction stove.

Project Manager Jaycob Lampo and his crew, Omar and Jordan, kept everything on track. The subcontractors — R&R Cabinets, Trinity Flooring, and Imperial Stone — worked seamlessly and stayed on schedule. While not everything was perfect the first time, the team responded positively and corrected issues quickly to my satisfaction.

The communication with PCS from the beginning was excellent. They helped navigate my project from beginning to end. Daniel, the estimator, really helped me through the process of working with insurance and getting my claim settled in a timely manner.

Brenden, the project manager, put together a tight schedule and managed to get the job done ahead of time and right before Christmas. With how long we’ve gone without having a kitchen, this was such a welcome surprise as we head into the end of the year.

Corey and Miguel did all of the hard work and really did an excellent job executing the plan, both in the demolition phase and rebuild. The attention to detail putting everything back together has been amazing, our house has never looked so good.

We’ve been so pleased with the entire process and the outcome. I’d never hesitate to recommend PCS to anyone and we would definitely hire them again in the future. Thanks again guys!

Andres, Luiz, and Joe were all very instrumental in getting our Upper Bathroom restoration project done, along with the downstairs ceiling repaired. Andres & Luiz did a great job and we were very pleased with their work.

Really appreciate the whole team over at Portland Construction Solutions. Brenden and his team helped us get back into our home after a flood and they got the place looking better than ever. From Diego helping us work with insurance, to Miguel & Corey doing excellent carpentry, support from Ian their estimator, and Nicole in accounting helping me workout the payment schedule based on when I recieved insurance checks. Everyone at PCS was friendly and helpful, willing to answer all of the questions I had, and patient as we worked through the insurance process. Brenden managed the project really well, and I appreciated the attention to detail from him and the team.

Not gonna lie, the whole reason why I wound up working with PCS (a major leak in my roof which caused extensive water damage to the entire second story of my house) royally sucked.

But the experience of working with them was pretty great. Not only did they do great work and get my house fixed and looking better than ever, but they were a genuine joy to work with.

Truly, Anthony, Jordan, Marco and Ellie were all so kind, friendly, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and taken care of at every turn.

After trying to mitigate our water damage myself I realized late at night that much more help was needed. Amber was great triaging my call making sure I was informed of who would be coming and what vehicle I should look out for and Corey called me as soon as he had an ETA arriving right on time. He went right to work explaining the process and the each stage of the work answering all my questions (and I had plenty). I feel like we are in good hands and have a team that is dedicated to do all they can to try to save our wood floors without compromising the health of our home. Time will tell.

I rarely go out of my way to write online reviews, but I specifically wanted to take the time, effort and energy to let it be known what an absolutely terrific job the people at Portland Construction & Restoration Solutions have done.

My home suffered from heavy water damage and from the outset they handled each and every step with thoughtfulness, courtesy, clarity and patience. Estimator Diego Salazar arrived on my doorstep the very next morning after I first contacted them and proceeded to assess what would need to be done and outline all procedures. His immediate arrival, his thoroughness, his deep knowledge and his great demeanor indicated that I was in very good hands with this company. Diego worked directly, and tirelessly, with my insurance company to make sure everything about my claim would be handled correctly and for the amount promised.

Once initial insurance approval was received, Project Manager James Smith took over the day-to-day responsibilities and activities. Having James in charge of all aspects of the restoration (which included dry wall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, new flooring, new molding, painting, new cabinets, new kitchen island, new countertops and back splashes) was the absolute best thing that could have happened for me. He and his wonderful and talented crew of Eli and Luis worked with precision and care, paying great attention to details and always gladly explaining what was transpiring each day. They made it a priority to communicate thoroughly and effectively to answer every question I subjected them to every visit. They were incredibly respective of my home and were extremely friendly and courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The crew always arrived on time, worked incredibly hard every day, and wonderfully cleaned up everything at the end of each work session.

It's hard to explain in writing but James went above and beyond what anyone could possibly imagine making sure everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner and administered a tremendous amount of care and compassion for this frazzled homeowner. When supplemental coverage was needed midway through the process, he and Diego persisted in securing the necessary funds and handled everything with my insurance company on my behalf. He kept in constant contact with me via text and email (my requested means of communication) about every detail throughout the complete process of restoring my home. He was always on top of every situation and kept me informed of everything along the way. Simply terrific service!

My appreciation for these professionals and their quality of work and customer care and assistance is simply unbounded. I give them the highest approval rating possible and would definitely recommend Portland Construction & Restoration Solutions to anyone in need of the services they offer.

Portland Construction Solutions was incredible to work with! After a clogged toilet caused water damage to our upstairs bathroom, downstairs ceiling, and walls, their team came in and completely restored everything. James, Elli, Luis, Alex, Marco, and Daniel did an amazing job repairing the bathroom, fixing the ceiling, and repainting the downstairs walls. They were careful, considerate, and respectful throughout the entire project, making the process stress-free. Daniel was an expert at dealing with our insurance company and stayed on top of them every step of the way, which made a huge difference. Our experience with this restoration company had a rough start. The first project manager we dealt with, Heath, was incredibly unprofessional, yelled at us, while telling us he's canceling our contract . It was a disappointing way to begin such an important project.

To the company’s credit, when I called Portland Construction to express my concerns, they acted quickly. Within 24 hours, they reassigned us to a new team: Matt, Cesar, and Antonio. That change made all the difference. Over the next seven months, they were prompt, professional, and dependable. Matt was a strong leader, Antonio was always on time and responsive, and together with Cesar they worked hard to restore our home and address every single need.

In the end, the project was a success, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the team that saw it through. If you use this company, I’d recommend asking for Matt—he was fantastic and professional. Do let them give you anyone else but him or you won't be happy. I say this because this gentleman worked 7 days a week to rebuild my home and truly saved the day.

This company did outstanding work! We had a shower pan failure that caused significant water damage to the point where the whole shower had to be cleared out and reinstalled. Jaycob, construction manager, and his team - Amber, Omar, Jordon, Vlad, and Mike- worked very well together and all seemed to put quality at the top of the list. They were even friendly and informative. Good communications throughout the process. Jaycob made periodic visits for review, sent photos, and was easy to reach via text, phone, email. Detailed invoices were provided as well as a schedule- which they adhered to, even though it was right before the holidays. The bathroom looks better than it ever has and I feel confident that this was top quality work. Inspections were coordinated by the manager and all passed. This included clean out, reconstruction, plumbing, framing, membrane, tile work, dry wall, and painting. They even cleaned the ceiling fan/light for us! I am very pleased with the process and the outcome, and would hire them again.

PCS to the rescue! Having experienced water damage before, we highly recommend Portland Construction Solutions. We have worked with two other restoration companies that actually caused additional problems for our home during those repairs. Conversely, the PCS employees were careful and attentive to details, making the experience positive all around. In addition to the high quality repairs to our wall, baseboards, flooring, and insulation, we noticed that they also made improvements to the functioning of our appliances which had previously not been installed completely properly. Going into this restoration, our biggest concern was a particularly tricky drywall repair due to the size of a pipe coupler in the wall, and Miguel worked some beautiful magic on this repair. This team knows what they are doing! Thank you Corey, Elizabeth, and Miguel! On the management side, we couldn't ask for better care from Brenden and Daniel. They were attentive to our needs and our satisfaction by keeping in touch with us throughout the process, documenting with photographs, and sticking to the schedule of repairs. We sincerely appreciate that the work was done by people we can trust with our home.

We had a long time leak in our house and it turned out that, in order to remediate the damage two bathrooms had to be completely redone and the end of the house rebuilt! I know!
