We have been very happy with Timur and crew. Several things stand out to us – first he is very timely and conscientious. Work was done faster than promised and always at a very high quality. He always made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job, and several times returned to touch up small details and make everything perfect. Second, he gives good, honest advice. This was our first home remodel and we didn’t really know too much about it, but he happily walked through the process with us. He has a nice sense of design and pays attention to aesthetics that other contractors don’t seem to care about. He was also willing to give us tips and advice on how to save money and time on our projects. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone – I’ve used him twice and will happily call him for all our future contracting needs.

Timur and team did a full remodel on our bathroom. They took it down to the studs and built it back up. Not only was Timur very knowledgable when it comes to the construction know-how, he also has a great eye for design and aesthetic that took the design of the rest of our mid-century modern house into consideration. His team was quick, reliable, and extremely skilled. There are many skilled contractors our there, but trying to find one that follows through is becoming more and more difficult. In addition to all this, Timur was able to come up with some great cost saving ideas for us, and he stayed within budget; another hard to find quality. This is our second time working with Timur and his team for a project at our home. What we love about working with Timur is that he get's the job done in a timely manner, while also exercising creativity and skill to make our project look great! We also really appreciate his work ethic; when he and/or his team says they are going to be there, they actually show up, even on a Saturday in the rain! And they take pride in what they do. We would absolutely recommend Timur and hope you will enjoy working with him as much as we have.
