Wished I had learned about this place sooner! So awesome to have a supply shop that is friendly to DIY'ers. If you need HVAC ducting, fittings and registers, this is absolutely the best place to go in the metro area. Don't waste your time at the big box stores - they carry limited items making repairs or adjustments to existing HVAC ducting nearly impossible. I wasted two days and multiple visits to different big box stores simply trying to move a heating duct a few inches. Within minutes of coming here, I had the exact parts I needed and they even crimped one of the fittings for me without charge to make installation even easier. Great place!

These folks rock. After having a series of "experts" charge me thousands to not fix my heating problems, I decided to do it myself. I'm a seasoned DIY-er, but not familiar with HVAC. Craig and the others at Vinje/Do-it-yourself were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and relaxed. They helped me design a solution, provided the gear and info I needed, and quickly answered emails and phone calls when I had a detailed question.
