For the last 29 years we have been using Phillips Electronics for our home security system and always received excellent service, help and response. Recently we moved and Sam Stovin (salesman for Phillips Electronics) came to our new home to review possibilities for installation and give us a quote. He is delightful and we enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated his knowledge and input. The cost was extremely competitive and as promised Phillips called and set up the installation date. Donald Irvine and Frank Viboch came to do the installation, they worked hard and efficiently and we are very happy to have Phillips taking care of our home security system again. We would recommend Phillips without reservation.

Phillips installed my new hi-tech security system in my business three years ago. I just had another camera added as we were having some issues being near a homeless camp. They do an amazing job! Dustin, our technician is a rock star! They are installing a new system in my beach house this Friday. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for security for their home or business. Incredibly professional and affordable!

I've been using Phillips Electronics for two years and have been very impressed with their service. The technician who installed my system was clean and professional, and was very helpful showing me how my system works and how to operate the keypad. Their customer service is top notch. I had a sensor go out on my front door and a tech was out the next day to replace it, no questions asked. There is definitely a benefit with using a company that is local! Highly recommended!

Personalized customer service from start to finish….very refreshing in today’s customer service twilight zone…at Phillips you actually get to engage with real people. I’ve been a customer for many years. Finally needed to upgrade the main panel and I’m really pleased with the result. The app is great and makes arming/disarming super convenient and is loaded with additional features that I’m still exploring. Devon replaced 3 wire range outlet with the required 4 wire outlet. Replaced 40-amp breaker with 50 amp. Mounted the down flow exhaust vent. He did the work quickly and efficiently. Professional and friendly. We would use him for any future electrical work.

Yes! We absolutely echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. Devon is all the things we look for in a contractor. Meeting and working with him we had an instant repor. It was easy to tell he is a genuine guy amd one who understands a homeowner's position. He reviewed with us various options, didn't try to steer us toward any particular one, but helped us better understand the benefits and drawbacks of each. after the transaction, we felt better from having his help. The next time we needed help, we thought of Devon first and he was there for us again, even remembered who we were! So he gets our highest recommendation.
