We own a condo in an HOA and at first, they were helpful with the a/c wiring that needed done when we had a new a/c installed and the wiring wouldn't pass inspection. Our unit has two a/c's, one upper and one lower level of unit. The wiring was not done for the lower unit, but all was in place to do it. When the time came to do the wiring on the a/c for the lower level, the HOA wouldn't pay for Jarmer Electric second trip. We questioned why and were informed by the HOA that Tim Jarmer basically said there are still the old systems available that would not require upgraded wiring. We even sent statements from the HVAC company to the contrary. Needless to say, the HOA took the word of Jarmer instead. So my reason for the rating is that instead of doing the right thing and telling the HOA the original wiring was now bad (according to numerous other people), Jarmer Electric would rather keep a good thing going with an HOA and not risk loosing that account. I would never use them again on my own. Thank goodness I found a really good electrician now.

I called because several of my overhead lights and outlets had suddenly stopped working. Instead of immediately sending someone out and charging me at least their 1-hour minimum, Tim told me a couple of things I could try to diagnose and correct the problem myself. Took me less than half an hour to get everything working again, and they didn't charge me a dime. I will definitely call Jarmer the next time I need electrical help.

Called Tim at Jarmer to hire an electrician. Tim thought my question sounded straightforward. Walked me through it on the phone instead of coming in and charging me. Turned out it was easy. Just classy professionalism. Will be my first call for electrician in future.

I also want to share the joy of finding someone who offers a solution to the problem without a callout. He identified my problem over the phone, and I fixed with a simple change to incandescent bulbs. I just cancelled my appointment with another electrician who assured me that I needed to pay for a two-hour call out, no matter what the issue. What a gem of a human.

I used Jarmer Electric to replace my breaker box. Tim and Jeff were great to work with, and the job came in right on budget. Highly recommend.

We called Tim on Thursday afternoon about our meter needing a repair and he was able to come out on Friday to inspect. They had to coordinate power shut off with PGE, but by the following Wednesday the meter was repaired! Him and his team were quick and communicated well about what was going on and realistic expectations. If we need an electrician again, we definitely will be calling Jarmer!

Absolutely outstanding. Tim was wonderful over the phone, trying every angle to get me out of the necessity to pay for service. When it was determined that I needed professional intervention, Pam was incredible. She brought 40 years of expertise, a fun demeanor, and impeccable professionalism. Our two-years-long electrical issue was solved in 50 minutes, and for less than half the price of competitors. I will be loyal for life.

Tim was great at making time to give me an estimate, and sending Cliff over to do the work in a very short time. He in turn had to come up with a creative solution when we found out a heating vent was in the way. In addition, based on their finding out that there was an existing wire in place they charged me less than the bid. Very pleased with this company and will continue to use them.

Just had Capitol Data complete their second job running low voltage wiring at my office. Greg, Dan, and Andre have been such a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and quality of work are top notch. Combine that with coming out last minute for an emergency situation and competitive pricing and you've got one of the best companies you'll ever work with.

Engaged this company for subcontract work. After the scheduled site survey, Capitol took the project direct. When confronted about going behind my back Management said "So what? We didn't have a contract." Make sure you have a contract if you are using them as a sub or use one of the many stand-up companies in the area.

We needed help with our electrical during the worst time to require help-- during COVID when the city was choked with wildfire smoke--and these guys totally delivered. Impressive work, great people, will hire again.

They had to get creative due to idiosyncrasies in my 100+ year old home. The electrician was transparent and collaborative, seeking my approval at every step.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Bridgetown Electric to install an electric vehicle (EV) charger at my residence, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, the team from Bridgetown Electric demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise and professionalism. Right from the initial email, they took the time to thoroughly assess my home's electrical setup through phots and provided me with a comprehensive cost break.

The installation itself was executed with precision and efficiency. They worked quickly and had it installed in just a couple hours.

I am thrilled to now have a fully functional EV charger at my home, thanks to the outstanding work of Bridgetown Electric.

I highly recommend Bridgetown Electric for anyone seeking top-notch EV charger installation services.

This was my 2nd time using Bridgetown electric. Their service is exceptional and they're always very friendly and easy to work with. The electrician who performed the job noticed that our dyer outlet was corroded and needing to be replaced, he took care of it for us outside of the scope of the original job. Highly recommend!

My electrician quit working on residential so I had to find a new one. I am NoPo through and through so I thought I'd check out Bridgetown - they just moved in next to Don Lee's.

The service and work was excellent! And they are right priced! Period.

    These are your new electricians.

I initially wanted an attic fan installed and I needed some outlets fixed and one installed. Called and chatted about the attic fan, they essentially told me how to fix the problem, but would be there if needed. And then they came by for the outlets.

They fixed the two outdoor outlets and put in a new one. They even suggested doing something that I had wanted to do but wasn't sure. We chatted about my next project and he told me what to do to prepare.

As someone who has done electrical and comes from a trades family - I had a fair price in my head about what they would charge, and they literally came in 2 dollars under.

So pleased! Thank you Bridgetown, y'all are awesome.
