They came quickly and were so nice and helpful!

I called Bridgetown Electric to get a quote for the cost of replacing a light switch. I was told that it would take about 20-30 min and that the electrician would provide me a quote before dong any work. The electrician came. Sat and fumbled with my switch and I asked how much it would cost. The electrician told me that I needed to have my house rewired and that he couldn't do it because he needed more parts. He said he would call me the next day. He left. Two days went by with no response. So I called Bridgetown Electric to see what was going on. The person I spoke too cussed me out on the phone. Said that they would never do something like that and then he hung up on me. So I called a different electrical company, who came out and had the whole switch fixed within 25 min! no rewiring.

Then I get a bill from Bridgetown Electric for $210! Even though no work was done. It is a bill for parts (that I did not order nor ask to be ordered!). The bill from Bridgetown Electric was more than the bill from the other provider (who actually fixed the issue)! I have called Bridgetown Electric three times to get this resolved! No response. Their answering machine doesn't even go to their machine because it is full. What a way to run a business. I will be filing with the BBB and leaving this review on every site until I get a response and resolution from Bridgetown Electric. I will not be paying them for no services rendered. What a fraudulent company.

Easy to work with (had more outlets added to the basement and outdoors), electrician was on time, nice to our cats, listened to me and what I wanted done, and worked fast and didn’t make a mess. I will be calling them when I get a hot tub put in. Price felt fair for solid work.

I had a really frustrating experience with Bridgetown Electric Company. I was driving behind one of their trucks when the driver attempted to merge into my lane without checking their blind spot. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision, but in the chaos, the pumpkins I was transporting in my backseat went flying everywhere and exploded all over my car! It was a total mess. I get that mistakes happen, but this was just careless driving. I expected better, especially from a company that’s supposed to be reliable. Definitely won’t be using them again!

They were very helpful and friendly, and they helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone before I even had to book an appointment, when they could have easily come and charged the minimum to solve what ended up being a very small fix; what basically amounted to being a turn it off, turn it back on again solution. I’ll definitely be using them for any other (and actual) jobs!

Great service and professional staff. They were able to come out way quicker than I expected to install an electric car charger. This is the 2nd time I've used them and would recommend them to anyone needing electric work done.

James from Bridgetown was awesome. He fixed a number of loose ends with our system, installed a new box in the utility room, and solved a very weird mystery with our basement outlet wiring. It turned out to be exactly the problem he thought it was. He was even very patient with me when I asked for him to explain it all to me, which is above and beyond.

James from Bridgetown was thorough, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He diagnosed our problem and replaced faulty outlets and switches, testing everything to make sure it all worked properly. He explained what he was doing and why.
During my initial call, the office was very helpful, giving me a few simple suggestions as to what I could check myself, to determine if I definitely needed an electrician.
I found the fee charged to be quite reasonable, and I will certainly use this company again!

Very smooth EV Charger install. They arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manor. Great communication during the installation. I would highly recommend Bridgetown Electric.

I didn't hire them but they did extensive work for my two closest Neighbors. When a huge branch ripped the powerhead, mast, and meter clean from the side of the house Bridgetown made it out the same afternoon for an estimate and begin work the next morning, completed the exterior repairs and also managed to get PGE out there for a reconnect at 10:00pm that night. They returned the next day to finalize repairs inside the house as well as some upgrades. They were also very cooperative in allowing one of the homeowners to work with them in order to save time and costs. The owner and single resident of this property is an elderly woman with no alternative heat source so this was critical. I spoke to the tech on site briefly the first day he was there and was very friendly and didn't seem to be inconvenienced by my presence. The other neighbor is a non-resident but Bridgetown took care of his repair as well while they were in the neighborhood. Top notch service especially under rushed conditions!
