This was my second experience with West Side Electric. Both within the past year. Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and quick. They both got right to work. I had exhaust fans replaced which turned out to require some modifications. It was reassuring to have a professional do this who has run into problems before and built up his skills.

Jason was great to work with. Open to problem solving and paying attention to details that mattered to us. Friendly but efficient us of time. And appreciated the effort to clean up afterwards.

Jason was great and got the job done within a reasonable timeframe. The reason for 4 stars is because he left the side gate open, our dog got out, and got into a confrontation with dogs walking down the street.

We got a new roof for our house and needed to have the new attic fan hooked up. Landon with West Side Electric Company did a great job for us. It turns out that he needed to upgrade the poor electrical situation we had from an old previous fan, so he took care to ensure we are now properly wired and safe with everything adjusted to also make sure it is as quiet as possible. Landon was diligent, courteous and we appreciate him taking such great care of us. We've used West Side Electric Company in the past as well and are thankful to have found a reliable company to help us with our electrical needs.

Arrived on time, polite, explained things well, and cleaned up. Loved the service! I had smoke detectors installed and very unusual light bulbs replaced.

Gary came to help with several electrical issues I had. He was professional, kind, and explained things as he fixed things so I had an understanding of what he was doing. He replaced some ceiling lights, a switch in our fuse box, and 2 outlets I couldn’t do myself. I had a couple more things I need fixing but had to order parts. However, I will be sure to have him come back to do the job. I highly recommend him and this company.

The technician was experienced and knowledgeable. Our home was built in 1969, so, the wiring back then was different than present time. But, the technician was able to diagnose, repair, and provide next steps so that the outage doesn't happen again.

West Side Electric Company did an excellent job installing a wall unit car charger for me! Jason, who handled the installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient. He even followed up after the installation to ensure everything was working perfectly—fantastic customer service! The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was top-notch. We used West Side Electric to install an L2 charger in our home (referred by PGE). Our assigned electrician (Jason) was communicative, friendly, punctual, worked efficiently and clean (which I don't take for granted) and was collaborative with us on how and where we wanted our charger to go. He patiently answered whatever questions we had and made sure we saw the device connected and operational before he left. Very satisfied with his work.

Jason was on time, professional and efficient, pleasant, adapted to my cusom install request ( EV charger installed in a locking cabinet that I sourced and installed). Will definitely use West Side Electric in the future.

Gary did a great job fixing a few things in our house. He texted when he was headed over and took the time to explain what he was doing. I appreciated that he put covers over his shoes when he came inside. When I was booking the appointment, West Side Electric told me about the coupon program for using union employees ($300 credit once a year) that covered the cost of the short visit. Would use West Side Electric again in the future.

Our porchlight burned out early in November 2025. We knew we needed to have it replaced but we didn't realize it had burned severely inside the housing and that was the cause of a scorched smell permeating the attic. We've always had Westside Electric take care of our house so we knew who to call. Gary came out to replace the porchlight. As always with Westside Electric, he was on time, friendly and focused. Changing the porchlight was easy for him. The instructions indicate the end user could replace the light but it's important to have a licensed electrician from a top-notch company like Westside Electric handle your electrical needs; poorly completed work might risk loss of your house, or at the least may not be up to code. Westside Electric installed our circuit breaker panel years ago, more recently its surge suppressor. For years we've taken every opportunity to recommend Westside Electric; their customer service is superb and they're always reliable.

Very impressed! Their very friendly staff was able to schedule us quickly and adapt to our schedule. Their technician arrived promptly and completed the work competently and quickly. They even offered us an initial discount coupon. We will definitely use West Side Electric again!

West Side Electric did an awesome job from start to finish on our new 200A service. It was great working with Toby and I'm super impressed with how smoothly, quick, and easy everything went. The crew did a great job and done in a day. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone!

Start to finish everyone was really friendly, easy to work with, and great at explaining certain details. I had requested a quote from a few other places as well and they were short and not very helpful like West Side was. Gary was kind and quick with my install. Crystal took the time to tell me about a coupon for hiring union workers which cut my bill in half. Scheduling was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
