They came out when I needed them and were very nice. Told me an 8 hour job when they got here but were only here for 3 hours. Most of the time was “getting parts.” I’m not sure if this standard practice for electricians but this seems quite unreasonable. Keep a log

I’m a big fan of Ian and Kian!! They worked incredibly diligently to do the wiring for a new smart doorbell and floodlights for our home. We’ll definitely have Tice come back for our next electrical projects!

I last minute needed some electrical help and not only was Tice able to help me quickly, but I really feel like they went above and beyond.

We had a short notice job fixing a chandelier and its related switch. Bernice did a great job in finding a way to squeeze us into an already hectic schedule.

Ian and Kian showed up and not only did a terrific job but set a positive and professional tone immediately upon arrival. Ian first words were, "Our hands are a little dirty from our prior job. Before we start, may we wash up so we don't mess up anything in your home?" That is a customer-focused attitude quite apart from their electrical skills. Tice is now our electrical company, and if/when we have an issue, we want those two back!

I use Tice all on my furniture installation electrical needs. Their technicians are extremely professional and on time, and leave the area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs you might have!

The first call was great but the 2nd service call is charged unreasonably. The electrician found out after 15-20minutes working that our ceiling fan (not turnon) is fine, just an outlet tripped. We received a bill of 1.5hour charge including travel time. That’s way too high for not having to fix anything. We will never use this company again after this incident. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Tice Electric is simply the best. Before I spoke with Bernice at Tice Electric I had called several other electricians with no luck.
I either got voice mail that never called back or they never answered the phone.
When I called Tice it was acompletely different story. They answered the phone! Bernice quickly accessed my repairs and scheduled an electrician. The electrician even showed up early for the appointment.
I could not be happier with the service I recieved from Tice Electric. Next time I am calling them first

These guys are awesome. Every time I give them a project, they just knock it out of the park. Be it emergency battery backup systems, pulling in a simple new circuit or major projects. You can trust this company to do great work.

After the ice storm we knew getting an electrician wouldn’t be quick, but after calling 4 other companies nobody could even commit to a scheduled appointment due to high demand. I left a message for Tice Electric and by end of day got a callback and an appointment scheduled for that week. We have an old home and no repair ever turns out to be easy, but if replacing our service entrance and meter base was challenging I wouldn’t know since Anna and Taylor (think I got his name right?) got right to work and knocked it out quickly. They were both friendly, hardworking, and professional. If anything I made their job harder with a cluttered garage and attic (sorry!). The prices were very affordable, the work passed inspection, and their efforts allowed us to restore power to our home. I know who to call first now when I need electrical work done. Thanks!

My mom recently had an attempted break in at her residence. I had Tice out to install motion sense lighting around her home. They were quick in getting out to her and did great work. We also appreciated their communication both before and after service. Don't forget them for extra security installs like this one.

Tice recently added an outlet in my play room ceiling and hooked up my hot tub at my residence. They were on time, very clean, and worked very quickly to finish the jobs within the estimated timeline. They do excellent work and would highly highly highly recommend them for any residential electrical needs.

A van from this company license #40619 was cutting drivers off in heavy traffic northbound I-5 Tuesday June 10th.

The attitude of this driver is unprofessional as many others were agitated from the cutting in and out.

Hopefully the company takes this seriously and investigates this driver as a safety concern.

This is the second time I have hired Tice Electric to perform work in our condominium. Great team to work with! Berniece who runs the administration team is super friendly. Very attentive ti communicate in a timely manner! Ian was our technician today. He is very knowledgeable which made me comfortable in the work getting done right! Tice Electric was great, and Dwight and Nathaniel were awesome. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. On top of being communicative and quick, they were both delightful people and I would absolutely hire them again. They even worked around my spooked kitties! 6/5 stars.

The outdoor plugs at our home stopped working, and we needed a fix before family came to visit. Tice came through for us. They had someone available within 24 hours (we scheduled a slightly later date because of conflicts on our end). Tech's were punctual, courteous, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. The issue was identified quickly and efficiently. Very highly recommended, Tice is a great company with great people!

These guys came at the last second to install an interlock for my generator. Robert did a thorough site visit and was very clear about what was required. He made sure that I would not be surprised by anything on the day of service. When Jeff the electrician, was out here doing the work, he offered some additional services to hide some ugly low-voltage and internet cables that run up the side of my house. My wife was overjoyed because she hates the look of them. Every step of the process, from the initial assessment to the day of work and follow-up, has been professional and easy. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who needs electrical services.

I've used Tice for random home electrical issues for a couple of years, and I only have great things to say about my experience with this company and their employees. Bernice is wonderful and has been able to squeeze in my appointments asap. At my last house, Roger replaced the electric panel and was so professional and friendly. Most recently I bought a new house, and Dwight came to take care of issues detailed in the inspection report. Dwight went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed, and he was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company - and thank you Bernice, Roger, and Dwight!
