White Lightning Electric is great. Highly recommended. We have had them out a few times to do work in our home. White Lightning electricians have replaced old light fixtures and run circuits for new outlets and fixtures as part of a partial kitchen remodel project. We have been very happy with all the work they have done for us.

Doug promptly solved a complex electrical problem in our home and was extremely involved and thorough throughout the whole process. He quickly found the issue was on the PGE side so we were able to get a lineman out to fix the problem that same afternoon. Doug followed up with us. He cared very much about helping us from the start to the end.

They all were FANTASTIC! We got a call back same day, scheduling was easy, we got a confirmation text confirming our appt, we got another text when the technician was on the way. Technician was also FANTASTIC, fixed our problem easy peasy. Explained out the shenanigans the previous owners did and why an outlet was unexplainably not working very suddenly. Excellent work done by a knowledgeable crew. The bid was very competitive to others I had received to upgrade my panel to 200A which also involved relocating the service mast and meter base. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. White Lightning will definitely get my business in the future if I need other work done.

Kevin was awesome!! My home was built in the 1950's and wall fishing is not easy. Kevin did great work and attention to detail. In addition to running cat-6 and replacing outlets, he corrected several issues with the breaker box.

Technician Kevin, with White Lightning Electric, did a fantastic job dealing with a variety of issues in our home. We had lighting to install, outlets to fix, and a litany of weird (and dangerous) wiring choices made by whoever built this house. Kevin was professional and courteous throughout, while also doing a great job communicating with us about what he was finding and what needed to be done in order to fix it. While fixing other things, he ended up discovering a wiring mistake in our kitchen that could have led to possible melting wires and fire. Considering we run a business where we always have children around, we are incredibly grateful that he was so thorough and that this issue was caught, as we would have had no idea until it was too late. Our home created some particular challenges, and I really appreciated Kevin's ability to problem solve and figure out the best solutions. Quote and scheduling processes were clear and easy, prices were fair, and there was good communication throughout. Would absolutely recommend White Lightning to anyone dealing with electrical issues or looking to have some lighting installed.

We had a number of electrical issues that Kevin addressed for us today. He was smart, professional and fast. I expected a whole day of work (we had 4 tasks, 2 big ones) and he understood the problem so well and got to a solution so efficiently he was out in under 3hr. That’s only happens when you’re experienced and know what you’re doing. My husband and I are relieved that the issues are fixed and we can move on. We’ve worked with White Lightning a few times before - everything from new outlets to wiring issues to huge light fixtures - and we will definitely call them again.

There were quite a few communication issues early in the process where emails were not responded to and items were not as requested during the bidding process because they were checking in with my handyman and real estate agent rather than me. Once I got upset and Brandon came out, they were able to address the issues quickly. There is an unfortunate patch in my new ceiling drywall now which is noticeable. Hopefully, the rest of the work goes more smoothly.

Kevin was so incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help our family upgrade electrical fixtures and plugs. He also helped to install ring motion detector lights for us. He worked incredibly fast and was very clean. We will absolutely be working with Kevin and White lightning Electric again in the future. Customer for life!
