Service was wonderful. It turned out to be more than a simple hook up of the porch light and fix light switch. The job took longer than expected, Kevin stayed to complete the job. Kevin also went beyond the call and did a small repair that he noticed. This company was wonderful to work with. I would hire again.

Callahan Electric were super professional, on time, reasonable cost and very efficient. They did two jobs for us - one of which we surprised them with the day before. The updated request was no trouble for them and they did a fantastic job. HIGHLY recommend.

Steve and Victor showed up promptly and got right to work. I had them wire my detached garage for 220. Steve told me my options and helped me decide on the best one. They did an excellent job and worked quickly. They paid attention to detail and left the job site clean and orderly. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I bought an old (1910) house and had a laundry list of fixes/changes with the electric - things weren't grounded, I needed new outlets...and a new panel - so I had Steve come by for a walk-through and estimate.

The first thing he told me was "I'm going to be a dream killer" - he was very straightforward with how much damage I would have to do to the house in order to make some of the changes I wanted. "I can do this...but" was his answer to some of the work. I appreciated his approach. He also gave me the option of trenching the walls myself to save money (guess who learned how to trench last weekend?)

Pete, Trevor, and Chris came out on day 1 of 2 and were incredible guys. So friendly and respectful of my house. They answered my questions, gave me some pointers for later, and all around did an amazing job. In fact, they did such a good job that they finished the work (so there was no day 2). It's obvious they love their craft, enjoy working together, and just have a great attitude all around.

When tradesmen come to my house, it can be nerve wracking. Not so with these great electricians. 10/10 would share a porch beer with. I have no hesitations about using them in the future.

I had the siding on my house replaced and the previous contractor who did it must have driven a nail through an electric wire and the house became a giant circuit on the outside (gutters, aluminum foam top, etc). My new contractor brought these guys in to fix it so their team could add the new siding. The guys from Callahan electric figured out the exact wire causing the issue without any damage to my house and walls. They were super respectful and I would recommend them to anyone and will use again myself.

Excellent all around. Estimate was competitive and delivered within a day. I had several follow-up questions all of which were answered very promptly. The electricians who did the work arrived right on time and performed the work exactly as discussed. Invoice aligned with the estimate. Can't ask for anything more. An easy recommendation.

If I could give Callahan Electric 28000 stars I would! We knew once we met Steve Callahan, we picked the right Electrical company. He was prompt, right off the bat he caught an issue regarding the meter spot, and very detailed about what to expect.
We were told it would be a few months out which worked fine for us, the estimate was reasonable and we set a date. On the day scheduled for work, three crew members showed up on time, and got straight to the business at hand, they were all diligent, professional, and obviously very talented at what they do. Shelly in the office was in constant communication with us, letting us know what was happening step by step...Ultimately, Callahan Electric has an AMAZING Team, and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

I would definitely recommend Callahan Electric! We had them come to our business to install some outlets. The team was prompt and the work was done efficiently and the quality of work was top notch. I asked them last minute to install an extra light and this was not a problem for them at all. The guys were also very friendly. We would not use anyone else for our electrical needs!

Steve did an awesome job splitting our old-Portland-style home into two electrical services. The house was zoned as a duplex many years ago and we wanted to split the meters and breaker panels. He was easy to work with and provided lots of money-saving ideas which we ended up using. He got the job done on time and his project cost estimate was spot on. We have since passed his name on to friends and they have also complimented back to us about his great work. We would definitely use Callahan Electric again on future electrical projects.

I needed emergency repair to our Main Mast Electric Pipe as it was damaged after a large tree limb pulled it off the side of the house. Callahan Electric responded within 15mins of the call as we are local in Eastmoreland. Steve Callahan met with PGE at the house, reviewed the work. Provided a proposal that day and mobilized his crew the next day. I would highly recommend Callahan Electric to anyone needed quality electrical work. I will definitely be using them again, amazing service.

I’ve used Callahan electric twice now and both times I was so happy I did! The owner came to my house to build an estimate and I had it the next day. The crew that came in to install my products were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The pricing is fair as well! I just love working with small businesses and these guys did not disappoint. I've used Callahan Electric now for two projects. In 2013 they did a 100A panel replacement/consolidation in my old house. In may 2018 they did a 100A->200A panel upgrade, service upgrade and mast relocation for us. Steve is very professional and honest. I've referred him to friends several times.

The owner Steve does a great job of going through different options for the work, and both times I've got a quote from him he actually recommended the cheapest option. Callahan installed an additional exterior outlet for me at less than a third of the bids I got from other electricians, and their work is really good. They were also able to schedule me much sooner than anywhere. Highly recommended.

Steve’s team was fast, efficient, and very helpful. Professional to a “T”, yet quite willing to pause for a moment and explain anything necessary. They were accommodating to changes, and the resulting additional charges were quite reasonable.

County inspections were, in short, quick and uneventful.

Shelly responded quickly when I submitted an email for free estimate. Steve took the time to explain the process and answered every questions I had. Anytime I had questions and sent an email or call the office, I receive an answer almost immediately. Callahan also send text reminder when they will be arriving and also sent an email after they finished the electrical work of what to expect after. I'm glad I chose to work with this company.

Reasonably priced service and great communication from the whole team! We had our electric panel upgraded and a Level 2 EV charger installed, and the crew got all of them done in merely 7 hours. Pete was so considerate and left me a voicemail about their arrival so they didn't have to knock and get all the dogs excited.

These folks are the absolute best and we will never call another electrician again. They are the most efficient, thorough, and reasonably priced electricians we've ever worked with and their troubleshooting skills are unmatched. We've had them out a few times to do all sorts of work, from installing a new breaker box to outlet rewiring and they have made every experience want me to invite them over for holiday dinner (seriously).
