Estimate work was $2800 to remove all old low voltage lines (phone, cable) and to install new ethernet cabling throughout 2100sf home (about 10 new ethernet ports). The job took about two days. They were excellent about communicating their schedule and hitting their times. The team (Patrick, Randy(?), and Jonathan) doing the work was informative, patient, and hard-working. This company was recommended by two separate coworkers. I'm happy I hired them!

I paid for an estimate in October because this company was recommended to me by my HVAC installer. The technician who came out said he could absolutely do the work and with a little reconfiguring we could fit everything onto my existing 200 amp panel. He left and promised to send over a quote for the job. After meeting with his boss (the owner Scott) he sent me an astronomical quote and a much larger scope of recommended work. He even drove back over to explain to me in person why he completely changed his recommendation. I was told that my panel was already too full, was obsolete, and no aftermarket parts were available. They tried to convince me I would need an entirely new panel installed to fit my new system's required fuses. My house is only 10 years old. My gut told me otherwise. After some further research and a couple more estimates, I had this job done for less than 1/3 of the cost this company quoted me. The tech who came out was nice enough but it was obvious they tried to take advantage of me. My panel needed a little reconfiguring and was in NO WAY obsolete at only 10 years old. The electrician I ended up hiring found plenty of parts online but I didn't even need them. Hire this company at your own risk. Just because someone recommends a service provider does not mean they are honest. This was incredibly disappointing and experiences like this make me more skeptical than ever that integrity exists anymore. In the age of google, AI, and the information we have at our fingertips, I am surprised anyone tries to pull stuff like this at all. Do better!

The technician did an excellent job and was very nice. However, the hourly rate ended up being around $425 which is far above competitors. I realize they don’t do an hourly rate but the job took 4 hours and labor was around $1700 so that’s the reality of the math. While the work was good, the value just wasn’t there.

Falcon came out and gave an estimate for Govee ASAHOM style light installation under the eaves. The estimate included all day work and $500/hour. They also recommended going with their own brand of lights instead. I ended up going with another installer for 1/4 the price.

Absolutely outstanding experience end to end! David and Jonathon designed and installed all new electrical service in our 1952 farmhouse. The main panel and meter had not been touched since 1952. They also added in a whole home generator. Marla in the office was a pleasure to work with and was always a delight. Thank you to the rest of the Falcon crew who helped as well—including the owner, who made a special point of meeting us in person.

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. FE helped change bulbs on a 20ft high light fixture in our foyer, fixed a couple of light switches in our home by adding dimmers to the light switches. Very happy with their work.

I needed help with a wall heater that wouldn't shut off. Patrick was great, he gave me several options with different prices. We talked about cleaning other heaters, smoke detectors and winter fire safety. I appreciated these extra things. Absolutely we use Falcon again.
