I received an estimate for nearly $1,000 for very light work. other companies estimated the same work for nearly $200. after reviewing the scope of work, they took nearly an hour to provide an estimate in person. when they told me how much it would cost, the estimators couldn't even look me in the eye and seemed nervous informing me of the costs. It felt very personal, maybe because I was young they thought they could take advantage? either way you have to pay a fee to get an estimate which is totally fine but their pricing is totally unfair. Try Taskrabbit or another company that's authentic to their customers. Read the poor reviews they have, and make an informed decision for yourself. There are definitely better resources for electrical work than this one. 1) fair pricing 2) no need to pay a fee for estimate and 3) authentic and kind.

I have hired this company twice for different projects on behalf of my clients, and unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing.

On the first project, one of their technicians accidentally dropped a drill on brand-new flooring, causing visible damage. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and offering to repair or compensate for the issue, they insisted that it was our problem to deal with. As a result, we had to spend an entire day pulling up and replacing the damaged flooring at our own expense, costing us both time and money.

Despite this poor experience, we gave them a second chance on another project, hoping for a better outcome. This time, they talked us into moving forward with a particular service that they assured us they could handle. However, it quickly became apparent that they were not capable of delivering what they had promised. Rather than admitting their mistake and issuing a refund for the portion of the work they failed to complete, they left us with the bill, forcing us to absorb the cost yet again.

It is incredibly frustrating to work with a company that does not take accountability for its actions or follow through on its commitments. As a general contractor, I rely on trustworthy, professional subcontractors who stand by their work, and unfortunately, this company has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional.

Based on my experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I will not be doing business with them again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring them. If you are looking for a company that values integrity, responsibility, and quality workmanship, I suggest looking elsewhere.

This was a great team to work with from start to finish. The front office staff made it easy to get everything organized. The electricians that came for the first round of evaluation did a great job. They were punctual, easy to work with, and came up with a solution to the problem.

Implementing the solution also went smoothly. The team was very professional. Explained exactly what they were doing, and got everything done on time. I would definitely recommend them.

Falcon Electric has exceeded our expectations. We hired them to complete the necessary wiring for a new sauna in our backyard and from the initial quote through the completion of the work everyone has been punctual, professional, and the workmanship is top notch. Patrick arrived on time and immediately assessed the issue with our bathroom fan with a light fixture. He installed a new unit and of course dimensions have changed over the life of this home. He went into the attic to check all the wiring and enlarge the opening. Patrick found issues with the wall timer connection and made a trip to the hardware store for a replacement timer switch. All this and no extra charges beyond the original quote. I was and continue to be impressed with his diligence and courtesy throughout the contact. Thanks for sending out such competent professionals.

Falcon Electric was a fantastic company to hire. They responded quickly (much more so than any other electrician I have ever had experience with). They were effectively able to diagnose my electrical panel issues in one visit. Once they received the parts they promptly fixed the issues. The electricians were friendly and explained the issues in easy to understand words. They will be getting all of my electrical work from now on. Marla in scheduling was very friendly and organized.
