We had such a great experience working with Gerryn and his team! Despite PG&E being a total beast to deal with, they handled everything with professionalism and patience. Communication was excellent throughout the process — they kept us informed at every step and made sure we understood what was happening.

They were also so kind and personable, even taking the time to chat with our kiddos who are fascinated by construction — such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. Our project had some complicated electrical needs, and they got everything done beautifully. When our plans changed partway through, they adapted quickly and made it all work seamlessly.

Gerryn Energy did a more complicated outlet installation and took care of a laundry list of issues in our 1941 house. They did a fantastic job and were creative and good natured in the process. Highly recommend!

We had a hot water heater go out and the plumber couldn't take on the project until a breaker had been replaced - Gerryn Energy was able to help within the hour, helping get this emergency protect completed quickly. The phone staff was great and so were the electricians. We love that they are an actual local business and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a great experience they replaced our main breaker panel. They communicated well, arrived promptly when they said they would, the work is very tidy and professional, and everyone we interacted with was pleasant.
Also, the final invoice was as quoted ahead of time.
I tend to be fairly critical about work quality and I don't have anything at all to gripe about!

Gary and Andrew from Gerryn Energy were on time and did an excellent job in doing a thorough review of very recent solar panel and battery installation after my original solar contractor declared bankruptcy within a few days after finishing my installation. Super good experience with Gerry and Nick today from Gerryn Energy. Gerry was referred to me via my contractor and did not disappoint; From the point of estimate to completion of job, Gerry and his team were a delight to do business with. I had NO idea what I wanted for my back deck/overhead lighting and exterior/landscaping lighting and Gerry just seemed to know what would look best, and even more importantly, fit within my budget. Options were presented and the best way to install new lighting and run the electrical work was decided on the spot. I also decided to *finally* install a level 2 EV charger for my car (only had it 5 years...) and Gerry made that process completely painless. Prices were fair, work was done efficiently, and I know I will be calling Gerryn Energy back for any future electrical work on my home. So happy.

I’m so appreciative of Gerry and his team! We woke up to had the electric outlets in our kitchen not working and, despite lots of trouble shooting, nothing was working. I remembered hearing fabulous things about Gerryn Energy and lucked out that they weee able to help! They were very thorough in investigating and diagnosing the problem, fixed it swiftly, and the cost was what I was quoted on the phone. His admin who scheduled the appointment was very clear and accurate so I went into the process with realistic expectations. Gerry and his colleague were incredibly tidy and cleaned up as they worked. They were also simply lovely to chat with and kind which is so important for work done in your house! I highly recommend!

I had a complicated water heater installation that required electrical changes on short notice. Shae from Bluefrog Plumbing brought in Gerryn Jones of Gerryn Energy, and I was very impressed. He came the next day with all the supplies needed to complete the job—even though it wasn’t yet clear whether electrical work would be required.

He coordinated with the plumber and Bradford White technical support to make sure the system was wired exactly according to manufacturer specifications. Once the plan was confirmed, he and Nick efficiently installed a new 60-amp circuit and handled everything cleanly and professionally.

I especially appreciated his willingness to come out on a Friday afternoon and his calm, thoughtful approach to solving a somewhat unusual setup. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.

Gerry is absolutely phenomenal! I had 2 family friends come out that were knowledgeable in wiring and they could not fix the problem. I had 2 electricians come out to attempt to fix the problem who could not figure it out and then quoted me over $1000s to attempt to figure it out which they said would require opening up walls. Gerry was able to figure out the problem and fix it quickly without opening up any walls. I wish I had found him first and would have saved me tons of time and money! I have known the owner of Gerryn Energy for nearly my entire life, so when I needed electrical work done, I knew exactly who to call. They recently installed a ceiling light fixture and a new dimmer switch in our living room, and the process was seamless. I received a quote the same day I reached out and a courtesy call a few days prior to the appointment to confirm the schedule.

Called Gerryn on a Monday and got a quote and service by Thursday. I saw the reviews and they live up to them 100%. Had a bathroom fan installed from scratch, venting and all and they did a very professional job, quick and clean, in a matter of hours. The price even came in a touch less than quoted which was a nice surprise. Even updated our switch during installation. We are very pleased.. We will be calling Gerryn for future work!
