Peter of Dickinson's Electric was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me very informed. We had three separate lighting electrical issues that might have been hours of troubleshooting if not for him having years of experience and I greatly appreciate seeing the process so I could understand what was happening. Would definitely recommend, and will use in the future for when the house has mystery electrical issues.

Michael did a fantastic job installing new outlets in my bathrooms. One was complicated so he offered several options on where to run cabling to minimize cutting into walls. The finished work looks great. Highly recommended.

Excellent, honest service!! I called on a Saturday as I needed a little help with some weird wiring I found during my DIY ceiling fan installation. Larry answered right away and was willing to talk me through what I needed on the phone. I ended up having him come out to my home anyway as I was still not super comfortable trying to figure it out myself. He was very professional and explained everything to me in thorough detail. I would definitely recommend!

Many good things to say about this company. From start to finish the entire team is great. I requested a job for a hot tub install and was contacted immediately, they were even able to fit me in the same week. The crew Michael and Brian did an excellent job. They communicated throughout the entire process and left the space clean like they were never here. I appeciated the level of professionalism and cusotmer service they provided. Will aboslutely be using again and recommend them for your electrical needs.

Very pleased with the work of Michael and Tristan doing the necessary electrical work in our crawl space so that we could have outdoor lighting. They were both friendly and professional and willing to work with my husband over the phone (since I myself am an electrical know-nothing). Did the work quite efficiently as well and without having to drill into any of our walls which was most impressive (we had planned for them having to do that so then not having to was a bonus). Would highly recommend this company!

Did everything to code for upgraded panel, but wiring was not neatly done as requested as one of the main goals for upgrading prior to installation. When asked after install, company required additional charge to come back to improve. We did not have them come back. Team was friendly and communicated well.

Michael and Bryan were excellent. Professional, honest and did great work in 2 hours. They put in a small unit outside of our house and wired it from inside and used our crawl space. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Mr Dickinson did some electrical work on some outlets in my rental's garage a year ago. The tenants claimed that the garage door motor hadn't worked since the electrician was there. Peter was nice enough to stop by when I the area to follow up on his dad's work. Peter stopped by and quickly found a cord I didn't know about and plugged it in. Kind of a waste of his time, but he didn't charge me. That's how business used to be, and I prefer it.

Michael came to our house to realign a light in our dining room, and he also installed can lights in our dining room and kitchen. He showed us several different options for the layout, and he gave great advice for what would look the best in those rooms. Michael was punctual and did fantastic work, and we can't wait to hire him again for more jobs! Highly recommend.

Since moving into our new (older) home. We’ve needed some electrical work to get things updated. Michael in particular has been AMAZING! Set up a motion light/camera & new outlet.

Grandpa came on time as promised. Who does that anymore? Excellent communicator, does not interrupt, so he listens well to your needs. He called in his grandson to help as he has longer arms, much taller, with excellent balance as he stood on the top part of their 12 foot ladder to replace a storm damaged outdoor flood light in a very awkward place. In the wind and rain. Who does that? We were desperate as our home in on the market for sale. Good, reliable, competent, quality work with the most reasonable pricing are very hard to find. Fancy advertising with potholes and speed bumps left behind as inadequate work is revealed pumps the price higher than honest people would expect. Are you an honest customer? Do you want to be treated that way in return? Then call Dickinson Electric. Enough said, and just saying.

This is a HUGE thumbs up to Dickinson Electric. These guys were great to work with throughout the process. Very smart. Very quick. And the communication was excellent. I describe my problem and they knew exactly what to do. Eric was the technician who came to my house and did such a great job. He was very friendly, over-the-top communicator, and he taught me so much along the way. Dickinson Electric will be my first and only call whenever I need an electrician.

Dickinson's has been great to work with! In January of 2024 two big fir trees fell onto our house causing extensive damage, requiring, among other things, an almost total re-wiring of our home. Peter and his team came in and performed the work quickly and efficiently--and offered useful suggestions for locating lights, outlets, etc. Our house is a 1970 ranch-style and it's great to have all electrical infrastructure up to code. We had a couple minor hiccups (what big job doesn't?) but everyone was really easy to work with and the work came out great! We couldn't be happier.

Very good service at a reasonable price. They were able to schedule within a few days; other companies took weeks to come out. Pat and Adam completed the work very efficiently. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Falcon Services!

Corey and Chris from Falcon Services installed new lighting for us. Four wall sconces and two chandeliers. They were great! They were efficient and creative in assessing our needs, gave us a quote and proceeded to do the work. They were friendly, helpful and enjoyed our Beagle helping them with the task.

Also, working with Marla in the Falcon office was great as well. She was very knowledgeable about the process and got us set up for service quickly.

Falcon did a great job replacing my laundry room lights! It is so nice and bright!

We called Falcon when an outlet in our Garage shorted and almost caught on fire. They responded super quickly and fixed the melted outlet and then came back out a couple of weeks later to install a new outlet for us. They were so professional, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything and they worked so quickly and efficiently. Highly highly *highly* recommend using them.
