I was nervous about getting my rugs cleaned as they are wool and silk and was worried would get ruined . Atiyeh was excellent from start to finish. Was easy to book them, get a good cost estimate, they arrived in window booked and returned when committed to as well. The colors in my rugs are much brighter now and really look great. A stain also came out which I was very happy about. No guarantee on that but it did work for my particular stain. I will definitely use them in the future. Their staff is friendly, helpful and service is efficient and excellent. If you get a stain, have it taken care of immediately for best results. It's worth it.

Atiyeh cleaned our cream dinning chairs. The chairs had some yellow discoloration likely from moisture damage sitting in storage or a shipping container during our move cross country. They were so friendly and clear that they would do their best but were not promising they could remove all the stains as those are the hardest to come out. We just picked up the finished chairs and they did a wonderful job! So happy, fair price, all the guys we interacted with at the shop from who helped us load our car to the guys in the back when we paid - everyone was just really nice. Definitely recommend. Definitely would visit again. (We also noticed and greatly appreciated everyone was wearing masks.)

Atiyeh Bros did an excellent job on my large (10x14) wool rug. They picked up the rug, cleaned it and delivered it back and then put my furniture back for me. Everyone couldn't have been nicer.

I have used this company many times to clean my large wool Tibetan area rug. It’s an expensive rug and I trust Atiyeh Bros explicitly. I live in Bend and they pick up and deliver — even move my furniture. As far as value, I could probably get it cleaned for less, but my rug is of high quality and want to protect my investment. It comes back looking like new. Also excellent customer service. I highly recommend Atiyeh Bros.

The office staff is helpful and efficient. The technicians working with the rugs are so professional and helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process- as well as pleasantly schlepping my heavy rugs in and out.

I can only use superlatives to describe the service and workmanship of the Atiyeh Brothers company. Brian, the owner is very knowledgeable with regard to older rugs and helped me to find a very workable and affordable solution to an overly large family Sarouk carpet that had been in storage for 15 years. He presented me with my options and then helped to get this beloved family heirloom back to my home. Then he went over and beyond and made a gift for me out of the carpet remnants that I will always treasure. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!!!

Atiyeh Brothers came highly recommend ed by several friends in Portland. They did not disappoint. I was very pleased with the services they provided (carpet cleaning, repairs, custom-made carpet underlay and professional estimates). Taking into consideration all the services they provided and the quality of those services I thought their prices were reasonable and I cannot fault the quality and the timeliness of those services. Highly recommended.

Here's the thing about Atiyeh, they tell you the difficulties they think they may have with your carpet, they underpromise when it will be done, and they make sure you're happy before you leave. They're hella more dependable than most other companies I work with lately, and for that reason alone they get 5 stars from me - much less the other bonus stuff.

I want to commend Atiyeh Brothers for the services of Alex and Mathew. I have never had such great, professional service as regards to a rug cleaning pick-up and delivery since I moved to Oregon 15 years ago. They were polite and professional and COMPETENT. My 20-year-old rug looks new!

Instead of buying a new rug we had Atiyeh Bros clean and put new edging on an old Persian rug we use in the entry to our Victorian residence. Best decision...the entry looks GREAT!

What a great experience again. We dropped off our carpet to be cleaned and deodorized and it was like new when we picked it up. The professional and friendly atmosphere demonstrated from the front office to the gentlemen working the warehouse floor makes doing business with them a pleasure.

I have a house with wooden floors and two large area rugs. Every summer I bring the rugs to Atiyeh Brothers for cleaning, and they do a great job, no problems, always friendly, and they return them quicker than they predicted. I also love to look at their maps of the Middle Eastern countries that produce the Oriental rugs, while I'm there.
