A water pipe burst and soaked two of my carpets! I called and was told to bring them right in and they’d be able to get them in the washer! They did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no mold spores. I‘ve always depended on Atiyeh Brothers to take care of my carpets! I’m so thankful that they are there when I need them! I know I will get excellent customer service and my carpets will be well taken care of. They are the best!

Not our first visit to Atiyeh for cleaning of our oriental rugs. Once again, excellent service by the staff and excellent and careful cleaning of our rugs. The only place to have treasured rugs cleaned.

Good company from start to finish. I have only a few older hand woven orientals. Atiyeh has taken care of these and advised me about rugs since at least 1968. I Highly recommend this company. (Note: I am a personal acquaintance of a member of the Atiyeh family, but this does not affect my opinion of the company itself.)

We have been using Atiyeh Bros. for rug cleaning for many years. We have been very impressed with their work. Recently they fixed up the border of our older rugs. They look beautiful. I highly recommend Atiyeh brothers for cleaning and repairing rugs as well as for purchasing new rugs.

Atiyeh's aggressive rug cleaning process damaged our valuable hand made rug. We learned from our most recent experience with Atiyeh's rug cleaning service that if you have a hand made rug that needs cleaning it is best to not put it through Atiyeh's cleaning process. The fringe on our rug was destroyed, the dye in the rug was washed out, the rug was stretched and misshapen and the wool fibers were softened. (see photos)

Tim and Kevin did try to repair the rug by attaching sewn fringe to cover the damaged original fringe, but in the end, the rugs appearance and value was substantially diminished. We have purchased rugs at Atiyeh and have had machine made rugs cleaned there for the past 20 years, so were shocked by the results of our most recent experience. This was our first and last experience sending a hand made rug to them for cleaning. Giving them two stars for attempting to repair the appearance of the fringe. We wish we had read Brenda York's two star review as it would have given us a clue as to the nature of the cleaning process.

Bottom line, think twice about sending your hand made rugs to Atiyeh Bros. for cleaning. If your rug is very dirty or soiled by animals and you can accept the wear and tear of the cleaning process as a fair trade-off to get the rug cleaned, then go ahead and have it cleaned. If you have only a few spots that need cleaning, just clean those spots.

I have been using Atiyeh Brothers for over 32 years for my carpet cleaning needs. They are courteous, efficient and give quality service. I love how the delivery guys help me put all of my area rugs back in place and assist with moving furniture back into position. They are worth the money and my carpets look beautiful!

We purchased a 9'x12' "oriental" rug from Atiyeh Brothers and we took it in to have it cleaned. They did a great job, carried it out and placed it in my car.

When NO ONE could or would touch my white sofa, (a few tried and failed, the guy from Stanley Steamer took one look and started laughing and said no way) Sam, who had been doing this work for 32 years was able to accomplish what I had begun to believe was the impossible. I was beginning to regret my white sofa+golden retriever combo (but both are so cute!) and trying to decide which one I was going to get rid of. (Not really). The owner Tim took excellent care of me on the phone. With so much shoddy customer service these days and automated receptionists I couldn’t be more thrilled with excellent care and superior work. I am so thankful and impressed with these guys. The photo below shows the before and the after.

I've taken several area carpets of varying values over the years for a true insurance to their longevity. The crew is very friendly and very thorough. Great attention to detail, overdelivered expected results, minor repair included.

Great customer service and they make it easy to drop off rugs. They finished cleaning my rug in 1/2 the time I was quoted and everyone I encountered with drop off & pickup were very professional and friendly. The 20% off special was also great. I’ll definitely return when I need a rug cleaned.

I bring all my rugs here every year for cleaning. I have a cat and a dog, and they are expert at stain and odor removal. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Dan did and excellent job for us. He was very careful and thorough. We have used Atiyehs in the past. They have always been professional. We live in a condo and their machine can come into the building versus being in a truck outside.

These folks really know what they are doing. My rug had not been cleaned in many years, and they made it look and feel very clean and bright. They are passionate about rugs, even something as mundane as rug cleaning. I will be returning!

After a gallon can of paint slipped out of my hands, hit the floor and opened, spilling over 2 quarts of paint on my rug, I thought my rug was ruined. I turned to Atiyeh Brothers hoping that they could help. 3 weeks later I picked up my rug and was amazed by the wonderful job they did cleaning it. The rug looked like brand new with no noticeable trace of any paint. Thank you Atiyeh Brothers for a wonderful job!

Atiyeh Brothers cleaned two area rugs that get heavy traffic and had some pet stains. Both rugs were almost good as new and done faster than expected. I highly recommend Atiyeh Brothers for anything to do with rugs.

Jeremiah did a great job. I told him what I would like to have done. He walked me through what they would, how long it would take and how much it would cost.

They did a great job cleaning, overcasting the ends and pen dying the edge wrapping the rug. Lastly, the job was done a week early.

Atiyeh is the ONLY place I take my rugs to have cleaned. Check out the online video on how they do it, the correct way. They treat my $500 30 year old wool rugs like they’re $150,000 antique silk masterpieces. Their employees are all experienced and super helpful as well. And, prices are fair, for both cleaning and repair. AAA+!
