Kevin did an awesome job! He also cleaned up afterward and washed the debris off of the gutters. I highly recommend him!

Cody, the AA Window & Gutter Cleaning technician who came to my house was prompt, friendly, efficient and very professional. He did a fantastic job and I was very impressed with his work ethics and how seriously he approaches his job. In closing I would be happy to hire AA again and have Cody at the helm. A fine young man.

I've hired AA a couple times for a yearly roof and gutter cleaning and it has always gone very smoothly.

AA Window and Gutter employees, in and out of the office, were fantastic getting the windows in my neglected 100 year-old house sparkling clean. Office staff were crystal clear about the process and very helpful. Taylor and Cody know everything about both old and new windows - history, mechanics, weaknesses, etc. And when you look out the windows after they've cleaned them inside and out, it's as though there is no window there!

Zakk was professional, courteous, and delightful. The service was great and the gutters/drains are already working great in todays rain.

Tyler was supperb. He was very careful inside our house when moving any furnishings and opening shades. That was very appreciated as we had experienced issues with previous window cleaning companies.

I wasn’t there this time. My wife found him pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful overall. The gutter cleaning has always been good.

Gutters on a small condo building. Nice guy, prompt and got the work done quickly. Friendly and tidy - and gave me a heads up on some work that needed to be done.

Taylor was great! H e washed our windows then offered to do our gutters, which my husband was very glad about.

AA service was flawless. The agent arrived on time, was very personable, handled our request very well, and provided excellent feedback when the job was done. See you next year!

Love AA Window & Gutter Cleaning! I've had these folks come out a few times now and recommend them to others. The one thing I hope might evolve in their service is the notification of quarterly or annual service; it's easy to forget when they're coming and they are 100% dependable in showing up whether you remember or NOT! :) My teenager was sleeping next to an 'open' window about 8:30am and "a man" appeared in the window. LOL! She was surprised! Totally my fault but a day before call would be awesome!

Tyler provided a frank assessment of my gutter and roof situation. Cleaning was not the issue, the back gutter needs to be releveled. I did take advantage of his offer to treat the roof moss. Tyler provided exceptional customer service!

We have a very tall home with a steep roof. No problem. Josiah was efficient and experienced. We were charged what we expected and the mess cleaned up. This was for a gutter cleaning.

Zakk was a personable young man, he climbed up on the steep roof and got all the gutters clean quite quickly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs clean gutters!

I’m on the continuing program for roof and gutter maintenance. It’s reassuring to know that I can count on AA to do an excellent job and give me important feedback. My roof is in very good shape for its age thanks to AA. They never fail to clean up afterward leaving the surrounding area in as good or better shape.

Taylor was personable and efficient. Very effident he planned to do a good job. His visit coincided with landscape guys but he made clear that he would clean up after himself which he did after landscape guys finished their work.

Great quick work at a fair price. They do clean up well too. I have used them twice now and plan to continue in the future with them. They even cleaned our skylights as a part of the service.

Ben did a really thorough job cleaning our roof and gutters. They were both really bad, and the pitch of our roof is steep. Have recommended AA Windows in the past and would do so again. Thank you!

After receiving a phone call from a supervisor/owner, a new appointment was scheduled to check out our situation. Michael showed up on time today and was quickly able to take care of us. Moss was not observed on his visit today so it is to be assumed that the moss treatment worked where it was supposed to. The rain had also washed away the treatment chemicals that had fallen on the deck, so no cleanup was needed. He properly replaced the gutter guards and gave advise on an area of concern with our rooftop. And he also found that the gutter downspouts were not cleaned when we had our initial service, which was causing all of the new water backup.

I appreciate AA Window & Gutter Cleaning's response to this situation and them making it right.

While the technician showed up on time and was friendly, the work done was sub par. The moss treatment was more of a mess to my deck than a benefit to the roof and our gutters were not cleaned thoroughly. We had overflowing water 2 days later in two portions of our roof, and the gutter guards were not properly replaced causing the roofing shingles to buckle in areas.

I have written several emails to the person we first worked with over the phone (their field coordinator), and she has not responded. I paid $570 for 2 services they didn't adequately provide, and now I am unable to get a confirmation that they will cancel our recurring maintenance service. Beware!
