Not only did Kelsey do an amazing job at short notice, she is an incredibly nice person. She really listened to me and then knew exactly what to focus on. Kelsey is super skilled, professional, efficient AND caring. My place is basically glowing. I contacted her for a one-time deep clean of my daughter's very dirty apartment, but having worked with her I'll definitely be asking her to return again in the future. Highly recommend Golden Hour Cleaning!

We have four dogs and a cat, and two of the rescues are not the best with their potty training. You can imagine the state of our carpets. After Jordan with Bridgetown has worked his magic, our rugs look and smell brand new again. We've yet to have a stain or smell that he hasn't completely dealt with. Won't use any other company as long as he's in the business.

Bridgetown helped one of my neighbors with a serious water damage issue last year when Portland had their massive downpour. Ted Gurin, the owner, embodies the qualities I expect from leaders in the Portland business community. It was unexpected, unanticipated and undeniably a great experience. In addition to a great job they did, separately, on our carpets, I would recommend Bridgetown Restoration for any need a friend or family member had.

We thought our carpet was a write off after our cats expressed their opinion of our vacation. We were nearly unable to every the room for the smell of urine. After he left, the carpet looks like new, there is absolutely no residual odor or station from the cats. Exceptional service and execution, highly recommend and will use again for any future needs!

Great Service. Bridge Town offered a fair price and was able to schedule prompt. They cleaned my wool carpets and my Extra Large Sectional Sofa. All turned out wonderful. The carpets looked better than when we moved in. I will be using Bridge Town for all my annual cleanings from now on. Thanks for the great help!

Jordan and Bridgetown Carpet are the best! I am a realtor and use them all the time for myself and my clients. They are responsive and do the best job with carpets! It is shocking how clean they come out after Bridgetown comes out. I highly recommend them!

Perfect. BIG plus- Jordan showed up on time. He took a look around- his price was very close to the good price quoted to me on the phone beforehand. His vehicle was not a rusted out old van, but a professional vehicle, clean and tidy. The equipment was clearly commercial grade. He was very understanding and helpful with our household pets, working around them and our schedule. He finished on time, when he said he would. No attempt to upsell. The carpets look amazing! Four years ago, I had Bridgetown carpet cleaning come out and clean all the carpets in my new condo I had just moved into. They did a terrific job. The technician's name was Jordan. He was personable, prompt, and called ahead. I was very impressed with him then, and had him do a small project for me two years later (two years ago). I called them three weeks ago, and they scheduled me for a time when I could be home. I just had the service done today. I was pleasantly surprised that Jordan is now the company owner, and he bought the company from the old owners. The company is doing better than ever, and he did a terrific job again. Super job cleaning, and he even went through one of my personal cars and cleaned it top to bottom for an additional charge. I'm a flyfisherman and my girlfriend is a triathlete, so that car did not smell very good. Now, it smells amazing. I will refer these guys to anyone. They were great before, but now they're even better. Good price, excellent service, owned by an honest, good communicator who does great work.

Bridgetown was recommended to us by a friend of ours, and they mentioned Jordan made they carpets look brand new, so when we needed the carpets cleaned before we moved into our new house, we decided to give Bridgetown a call. I am so glad we did! I am writing this review 2 weeks since our cleaning and our carpets still look like new. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!
