I called this company to clean my carpets and had a very pleasant experience. I saw all their good reviews on Yelp and wanted to see what they could do for my carpets. Jordan arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. They did an amazing job on my dirty carpets. The price was great, and the service was even better. They have earned my business and I will be calling them again the next time my carpets need to be cleaned!

Jordan is always pleasant to work with. I have used Bridgetown services multiple times for our rental property. I heard about Enviromasters from other Portland Businesses who highly recommended them. Given COVID, I thought they would be a smart risk. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of their employee, Joey! He did an awesome job, double checked his work and suggested other options for sanitation and cleaning. Best decision I’ve made this year.

Elizabeth is always on time and friendly. She does a great job keeping our facilites clean and sanitized. Enviro-Master always does good work.

Nora is great to work with, professional though friendly and informs us what she is doing and why; makes good suggestions. She texts ahead to let us know when she will be at the church to clean making it easier for someone to be there to let her in due to decreased staffing from coronavirus restrictions. She is liked by all the staff who have met/worked with her.
