Emily comes in every Thursday, with a positive attitude and a big smile; she's an absolute pleasure to have come in. She cleans the office and all 3 of the bathrooms. This may not sound like much but considering that it's in an auto body shop where people come after car accidents? ... Yeah, let's just say that shop appreciates the cleaned up areas and the positivity is awesome-sauce.

So happy I finally found the most professional of housekeeping companies, after a five-year exhaustive search! I always know what to expect from Sparkling Palaces, and they always deliver right in the nose. I like having Alice as my lead “sparkler”, she is always pleasant and professional, and is great at making sure that whoever is assisting her that day, whether they have precious experience with our home or not, knows exactly how we like things. I cannot recommend this company enough!

This company is great. The owner Amy is very professional, organized and dependable. The “sparklers” do a great job cleaning our house on a regular basis. Garrett and Bryana are our regular cleaners and clean an extra special something every time, like the dog bowls or the _outside_ of our main window. They don’t use chemical cleaners so no yucky fragrances to come home to. The employees are treated well and are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Sparking Palaces. By far the best cleaning service I’ve had.

Sparkling Palaces is amazing! We recently had Rachel, April and Heather deep sparkle our home after a remodel. As expected, the house is incredible. And our regular "sparkling" is our favorite day of the month. I feel like a little kid when I come home-- ooing and ahhing over every last detail. As a busy, working family with a little one, I honestly don't know what we'd do without Amy and her team. Sparkling Palaces keeps us sane!

Sparkling Palaces had been coming in on occasion to clean our rental house, so of course when we finally bought our own place, they were top of list to call prior to our move in date. I honestly didn't think that the house was in that bad of shape, but after the sparklers left, the house was really transformed!

Verity was just so thorough and thoughtful. She took such care and genuine pride in her work. The determination to get our upstairs cat smell free was above and beyond. Nick and Dakota were both incredibly detail-oriented. Nick must have scrubbed every surface in the kitchen twice! The bathroom was like new after Dakota was done with it.

Above all was just how much all four sparklers really cared about their work. Nothing was cleaned at less than 100%! I had to be at the house to receive lock smiths and cable installers, and for the first time witnessed them work. It really made me appreciate the care and energy it goes into their work.

Amy has an amazing team. It's rare that you find people who have so much pride in their work as the Sparkling Palaces staff.

We have been using Sparkling Palaces for several month and have loved the service. The team arrives when expected and does an amazing job cleaning our home. They are very detail oriented and do a little unexpected extra each time. Amy has been excellent to work with, she is a great communicator and has made it easy to make adjustments to the schedule when needed.

Amy made me feel so comfortable in our initial walk through, I signed up right then for a deep clean. April and Mercy did such a thorough job cleaning my house. So much special attention to things like dusty bottle tops and hard to reach cobwebs. These things make all the difference! The second I walked in I could feel the upgrade. Sparkling Palaces did a wonderful job from start to finish! It was easy to schedule a time, the cleaning job was wonderful, and payment was seamless. On top of that, our cleaner Chris was awesome. He was very conscientious of our home, cat, and making sure he locked up correctly when leaving. And he communicated with me throughout the day about timing and when he finished up, which was helpful to me! Chris did a great job and we would definitely use Sparkling Palaces again!

We recently changed house cleaning companies to Sparkling Palaces and have been very happy with the decision. The cleanliness and care they take is noticably different (better!) than our previous company. The cleaners are thorough and take their time. We just had Susan at our home and she didn't miss a thing! I got to feel like I live in a hotel!

We've been using Sparkling Palaces for about three years and have nothing but great things to say about them. We know that every other week, two Sparklers show up and leave our house looking totally refreshed and clean. Every Sparkler has been professional and especially sweet to our two dogs, which is always a plus.
