I’ve used SP a few times for deep cleans of my house when I am stretched thin and can’t keep up, and every time it’s amazing. Though the most recent one, Bryana and Hallie went above and beyond. My house is immaculate! Thank you so much.

Hallie and Kiki were here Wednesday and did the usual excelent Sparkling Palaces cleaning. All the SP cleaners are pleasant and efficient. We're always happy to see them.

We've used other services in the Portland area and in other places we've lived around the country. Nothing comes close to the quality of work the Sparklers do and the professionalism of Amy (the owner) and her office staff. They come at the same time every week and send out reminders the day before. They do a beautiful job -- our home is spotless after every cleaning. Every Sparkler I've met is a lovely person and hard worker. We couldn't be happier with them.

I'm not sure what expectations others have, but Sparkling Palaces is in line with all the other services we've used through the years in terms of what they will and won't do. I can't imagine expecting more than what they offer.

Wow is right! We just had our transformation sparkling— the big clean to get the home at a baseline before starting a reoccurring cleaning schedule. It really is sparkling. Every dang baseboard is clean. The place looks amazing. Rylee and Brad did excellent work. The owner Amy did our estimate and she was very cheery and thorough. I feel like we get a lot of value for our money and I’m so glad we found them!

We've had Sparkling Palaces beautify our house for around three years, and could not have picked a better cleaning service! The "Sparklers" always arrive within the time-window, they are great with our two big (energetic) dogs, and the house looks wonderful when they are finished. They always have a great attitude and are very friendly. I work from home so I'm almost always here when they show up, and they are very respectful and hard-working. Highly recommended!

I need to tell you what an EXTRAORDINARY job Larry & Abby did today! The bodies was extra messy as we’ve not gotten all of our event items put away … and extra dirty after 125-150 people came through for our event on Saturday.

It looks amazing. I am SO relieved to have had a hand in getting the house back together.

Best team out there! These people are amazing! Amy does a super great job coordinating her team and every sparkler (cleaner) treats our home with great care. They have been accommodating to our needs and schedule. I love the little note they leave showing us what extra cleaning they did every time they come. This team is so well organized. It's also great that all the sparklers get benefits, like paid time off! I'd like to give recognition to Alice and Emily who recently cleaned our home. They did a wonderful job cleaning up all of the dog hair that seems to get everywhere this time of year. Thank you for all you do!

I was delighted with the quality of cleaning that Sparkling Palaces provided! Sheena and Bryana did an outstanding job; it was evident as soon as I walked up to my house and opened the front door - the living room window was sparkling! They left me a nice note, and even mentioned my doggies (I love any company that has a love for dogs :-). I am excited to have them come again next month. And Amy has perfected the fine art of customer service - what a pleasure working with this wonderful company!

I've really enjoyed the people and quality from Sparkling Palaces over the last 4 months they have been cleaning the residential sides of my house, the home offices, and our many bathrooms (too many). My most regular helpers (Heather and Khierra) carry a very professional and fun/kind energy about them, and they've been supported by other fantastic folk (Carlie, Bryana, Duncan, Jenny, Alex, and Casey). I've found the team to learn quick, clean great, and be absolutely a joy. I definitely recommend working with Sparkling Palaces.

We are so pleased with our transformation. Your sparklers exceeded my expectations and because you were so clear about your thoroughness and detail work, my expectations were high! I expected my kitchen cabinets to always be grubby due to age, but even those are shining. And each and every floor is cleaner than it's ever been all the way into the corners.

UPDATE: My house has been cleaned by Sparkling Palaces for ~10 years and I'm as pleased now as I was when I originally posted. The quality of the work remains top notch and they have done a great job of being flexible as circumstances changed over the years.

Update: My home has now been cleaned a few times by the Sparkling Palaces team! I've been very pleased with each cleaning. The sparklers always arrive on time (they text you before hand which is super helpful) and are quick to start working. Everyone that we've met has been so kind. Larry has cleaned our home the last couple times and we've loved the results! He has such a happy personality that it's like a sunshine when he arrives. He's very efficient and really takes care of the details. They all leave a little note at the end so you know who came and what "extra sparkle" they added - a wipe down of the baseboards in the kitchen, a dusting of the front porch cobwebs, etc. It's always something I wouldn't think to ask for but really appreciate and notice. The sparklers themselves are wonderful and so is Alice in their main office. She made rescheduling one of our cleanings very easy and she's always very responsive when I've called or emailed with a couple questions. I would highly recommend their team!

My family just had our first cleaning with Sparkling Palaces and we are thrilled with the results. Kaitlin and Natalie arrived right on time and were so kind. They were ready to immediately get to work but still took the time to ask if there was anything we’d like them to know. My 5 year old had a request (of course) and they were very attentive to what may have seemed like a silly ask. When we returned home, our house had never looked better. I’m not exaggerating! It was beautiful. I have two young kids and a dog so it’s very rare that our home is spotless because of this, it was obvious how clean every detail was. Our walls look so much brighter! I don’t know how they did it, but they were able to clean spots that I swear I’ve tried cleaning myself. The house smelled clean but not like chemicals - it was very subtle but made a difference. They left a checklist behind that detailed all of their work and the total cost. It was nice to see all of the points written down and made me honestly feel it was worth every cent. They even remembered my daughter’s request and she was thrilled too. I’m very grateful for their hard work and can’t wait to keep getting regular cleanings from their team.

The Sparkling Palaces team has been cleaning my house for 6 months and I could not be happier. They are true professionals who work really hard to make my home shine. They go above and beyond and get all the dirt & dust in all the nooks and crannies of my home. And this is a well used and loved house with 2 adults, 5 kids and 2 cats so it is no small feat! I would not hesitate to recommend their services. 5 stars and then one more!

Sparking Palaces has been cleaning our house for two years now. I love them because they’re super professional and responsive to requests and changes. Our cleaners Mariah and Kiki do a great job.

Been using Sparkling Palaces for twice monthly house cleanings since I had a baby more than three years ago and can’t imagine going back. The “sparklers” (most recently Sarah) are, professional, on time, flexible in adapting to my meeting schedule when I’m working from home, and always leave my house sparkling clean and smelling good.
