In response to the owner's message reply from 10/19:
Hello, thank you so much for your response. We reached out August 26th and told the person who answered the phone (Jacoby, who identified himself as the salesperson) that there was still moss on the roof over the front door. He was very nice and said someone would be out on September 1st to finish the job. People did come out while we were at work, but the moss was still on the roof when we got home.
That is when we called the Saturday of Labor Day, because it said online that you were open. We were told by your sales person that "he had never received so many calls regarding a job". We then stated we were only calling because the job still wasn't finished. I asked if there was a manager available, because he told me the owner was camping. He said the manager was Katie, and she wasn't available either, but one of them would be getting back to us the following week.
We never heard from anyone. I have no idea who your Field Lead is, your Office Manager, or your Operations manager. We would have loved to speak to one of these people, but were never told they existed.
Fast forward to September 17th. We called before then, and were always told by the same sales person that Katie would reach out, or that she had tried to call us multiple times, but was unable to get a hold of us. This was very fishy because we are very easy to get a hold of either by text, email, or phone call and never received any communication.
We called and got Katie's phone number from your sales person. My husband and I both left separate messages the week of September 12th. We asked if the job was going to be completed or did we need to look elsewhere for someone else to finish the job.
By September 17th, we still had no communication now for almost 3 weeks from anyone, and figured we would have to look for another company. As a last ditch effort I sent a text to Katie in the morning on 9/17 just asking her to please tell us what is going on. Again, heard nothing back. We then received a final bill sent via text.
In response to the owners response, you never came out additionally to offer service and complete the job. We would have loved to know who the Field Lead was, who the Office Manager was and who the Operations Manager was, but were never told by your salesperson that any of these people existed. Only Katie. And, unless she was calling the wrong phone numbers over and over, and emailing the wrong person, we never received an ounce of communication from her. (or anyone else)
We also only asked to speak to the owner because he was initially the one who impressed us so much by his professionalism and knowledge, which is why we decided to hire your company. That is the only person we knew, except for your new salesperson. It was out of desperation we asked to speak with him because we assumed he would be the one to clear the air and help mend the situation.

What a disappointment. The communication and professionalism with this company was the reason we hired them. It has been over three weeks now that we have been waiting for a phone call back or response to our email regarding a job that was not completed. We were told countless times that the owner or manager would get right back to us but have received 0 communication in almost 1 month. I’m not sure what happened to the customer service but it is obvious they pick and choose which customers deserve good customer service.

They were on time for appointment, very professional and finished job in a timely manner. I have used this company before for roof cleaning and treating and have always done a great job. I would recommend them.

We had Envision wash our windows inside and out on our four level house. Colin was thorough, professional and friendly. He did a super job on our very dirty windows. The price was very reasonable

They did my windows in the house I was selling on a tight deadline and it made a huge difference in the sale! I then hired them for my new house which is 3 stories and extremely challenging! They did with grace and a smile on their face! I would recommend them to anyone!

Their team was supposed to come out early December, but canceled it at the last minute. Since then, I have called them several times to ask when they were coming, but they have not returned my calls. It was a holiday season and all that, but the lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when they have already charged us about $1,000 in advance!

I had a terrific experience with Envision Property Maintenance. Reasonable bid, great people, a thorough job on our roof that now looks brand new. Excellent follow up I recommend them enthusiastically.

I have used Envision for a couple of home maintenance projects and have been very satisfied with the work and the costs were reasonable. The manager works with the homeowner to define the scope of the work and the employees that come out to do the work are skilled and easy to communicate with. I plan to continue to use Envision services and point my friends and relatives to them when they ask for help.

I got a quote the day I inquired, and it came in lower than another local business. They were able to do the work five days later. Workers removed the moss on the roof, treated the roof, and cleaned the gutters. The crew of two arrived right on time and were thorough in their work including cleanup of the driveway afterward. I highly recommend this company.

I engaged Envision to clean my home's gutters/downspouts; inspect the roof and apply a moss treatment; clean 26 windows/frames/sills; and power wash the patio, front porch, driveway for a 2-car garage, and sidewalks. In other words, the works!

I couldn't be more pleased and everything was done in one day. The windows/frames sparkle. The concrete looks like new with no divots or damage to the corners. Dan and Colin were very careful with the placement of the ladders so there are no dents or damage to the gutters or siding.

When the job was done, all I had to do was enjoy. Thank you, Envision, for such superior service - it's a rare thing.

Our little black bungalow takes a beating all winter and by Spring is covered in muddy paw prints on windowsills (thank you furry friends) and spider webs and nests galore, especially along the eaves. The original wood paned windows were filthy & a layer of dust & muck was on every surface. Needless to say, although our home is small the job of cleaning it up was not! Envision responded to my request for service promptly and with a very fair estimate. Scheduling was easy & they arrived on time and worked hard all day. The house exterior has never looked so good and all our windows are shining inside & out. We highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone who wants to give their home a little maintenance and love.

What a wonderful find! We are newcomers here from LA and were dreading washing all the windows in our new big house - there seemed to be many windows of different sizes to count. Our neighbors recommendations didn't work out - and not all of their window cleaning people were really highly recommended. And then we found Michael and the Envision Property Maintenance. Collin came to do the job on time, did a meticulous cleaning of every single crevice in all our "eyes to the world", even found a way to clean the inside of our skylight high above on the second floor. To top it all, he was a friendly, smiley, warm human being who was a pleasure to have around. Way to go!!!! Thank you - and we will be your customers for life!
