EXCELLENT Service from the Get-go to Gone!
Michael was Very professional and pleasant when I called to get the first of 3 bids, googling my roof and giving me a lower price than I had expected. Two other bids took 24 hours to call me back and each ended up being $100 more than Envision. Day of appointment, Aaron was prompt, knowledgeable and considerate, carefully removing the years of moss from my 19 year old (but non-leaking!) roof, waiting out the unexpected showers several times in his truck. Despite the weather, Aaron finished earlier than we expected, and did not even try to sell me a new roof! I could not be more pleased. A+

I live out of state. My Oregon home was in very bad need of roof and gutter maintenance. Envision was hired because of a very high degree of professionalism and communications from the start. Once the project began, they went out of their way to do it right. They provided us photos and a narrative report of what was found. Extremely happy with service from initial contact to invoice.

These guys are awesome! The moss removal from my house looks amazing. The employee who did the work was very polite. He explained beforehand what would be done and then showed me afterwards everything that was done. He went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they also found a way for me to afford to have the work done on my extremely limited budget too!!!
I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Outstanding service AND work - you don't normally get both. Excellent communication before, during and after the job (power washing + roof cleaning). All details were paid attention to, items put back after the job and even patched a few small repairs we didn't know existed w/o charge. Can't say enough about this company....You get what you pay for!

Promises made, promises kept!

We needed the moss removed from the roof and the driveway/walkways pressure washed. Josh was the person that performed all those duties. Clean up afterwards was done to perfection. We will definitely get on the “ call back “ list for next years follow up maintenance. Great company. Great folks to work with!

Michael was great at communicating during my job. I thought I simply needed my downspout cleaned to fix a backed up drain. Michael sent multiple people out to try different methods to solve the issue. I ultimately needed to contact the builder to fix the issue. Michael spent a few man hours attempting to fix the issue and didn't charge me for the attempt. I will be using him next time for all my roof and gutter needs! Very responsive and great about following up.

My experience with Envision was awesome. Called them last minute for a full power washing of basically everywhere outside, and my gutters. They worked to fit me in on a tight schedule, and came in under the estimate -- which was awesome.

Micheal kept in touch with me via phone, and was able to change last minute when I had a quick request for them to add on to the list of things to do.

Will use them again in the future. :)

I hired Envision Property Maintenance to clean windows at my daughter and son-in -laws house. Colin arrived on time and energetic to begin his job. He worked diligently and tireless cleaning windows that had not been cleaned in a while. I was happy that I decided to have both the interior and exterior windows cleaned, along with the screens. This was a huge job and he did a superb job. I couldn’t be happier. The windows look wonderful sparkling and clean. I would definitely recommend EPM to my family and friends. I initially hired this company because they had the most reasonable estimate. I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed and I sure wasn't! My roof looks brand new, had 2 types of moss growing on it. They were hard workers and did a great job, would refer them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

Just had my roof cleaned and maintained along with my gutters and the work was phenomenal. Will definitely use them in the future. Liked them so much that I referred them to my HOA in case others were in need of some property maintenance.
Also, they are quick with everything including the bid, responding, the work, the invoice etc.
Highly recommend!

From start to finish Envision stands out! James was excellent to work with during the initial phase and the follow up after the work was completed was very thorough and appreciated. Shadd was on-time and did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and getting the moss off our roof. Will use them again.

Envision Property Maintenance did an awesome job cleaning my roof and gutters out. They were a fraction of the cost of my previous company and were way more responsive and diligent. Can't recommend them enough.

Envision is the epitome of a well-run local business. The owner is a family man who pays attention to every single customer. His team came and powerwashed our driveway last year, and they were professional and polite, and they did a great job. Super respectful of our space, arrived exactly on time, and actually did our sidewalk and front walkway as well. We didn't realize how gross the driveway was after a year of use-- moss had built up, weeds were growing through the cracks, etc. But when they were done, we were thrilled. It was like we had a new yard! We hired them again this year and were just as pleased with the result. Will keep hiring again and again!

We have used Envision previously and as usual, they did a great job. They were able to coordinate with our neighbors so they could get their gutters cleaned at the same time, which made scheduling much easier. Both of our houses were very happy!!

I had such a bad experience with another outfit that I took to social media to warn people about him.. Katie from Envision Property Maintenance LLC contacted me and offered to send someone out to look at my roof. They treated it, cleaned my gutters and made the whole place really clean pretty and sent before and after pics... basically finished up what the other guy started... were super quick, efficient and communicated well... and did I mention that they didn't charge me???!!! Such a blessing and so grateful! Thank you guys!

Highly recommend! Envision cleaned my gutters and did moss removal and treatment on roof. They were timely and responsive and easy to work with...and did excellent work. Will definitely use them again!

Called in about getting super clogged gutters cleaned and as soon as the next day they already had someone come out and clean all our gutters out. Michael was fantastic he wasn’t pushy, prices were what you’d expect for a gutter cleaning. In the end I would definitely recommend Envision Property Maintenance to friends and family and will use again for any future needs.

Aaron was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, explained the entire process and answered all of my concerns. Envision uses a "soft process" to remove existing moss and protects the life of your existing tiles. They exceeded my expectations and covered additional areas of my roof not discussed, including cleaning my gutters. Their pricing is highly competitive and they do high quality work for less. At this rate, you cannot afford to go with any other roof cleaning service. Do yourself a favor and trust your roof to these experts.

Michael had his team come out and clean my 3 story home! I had a bid decal on one of my windows I had been trying to clean off for a long time. They did a fantastic job! One really tall window was a bit streaked and someone came back and made it spotless! It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the results!

I was having problems with moss and clogged gutters and they fit me into their schedule very quick. Aaron was very professional and let me know about everything he was doing in detail. My roof looked great when he was done. I'm happy to be a part of the envision family!
