Boy, did we choose the best service provider! Envision was prompt, had an exceptional and pleasant crew, did a fantastic job, and left my property well cleaned up. I can’t imagine how I could ask for more. The roofs look fantastic. I did not realize how encrusted they were with moss, tree droppings, etc. I highly recommend Envision.

Just last week we had a home inspection done by Bradley..he did an amazing job was thorough fast and polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend using these guys for your housing needs for sure!! Great service!

Envision has always been professional and easy to work with. They are on time and their work is done to my satisfaction. On their last gutter cleaning job they did not hesitate to return and replace a gutter elbow that was damaged during the job. I highly recommend them.

We hired Envision to clean our roof of moss and debris. Their communication was excellent and they made it very easy to do business with them. They scheduled our job, showed up on time, and did a very nice job. It is nice to have a reliable resource to call upon.

They showed up promptly, gave me a breakdown of what they were doing, wore masks, and were very professional. Luckily our house is new and not directly under a LOT of trees so the amount of craziness wasn't too bad.

They sent before and after pictures to me to show that the gutters were sparkly clean. They didn't go over my original quote which was awesome.

The responsiveness of the team was impeccable. Any questions I had that I sent in an email had a response within 20 minutes (not exaggerating.)

I would recommend Envision to anyone in the area looking for gutter service. Although I'm sure the rest of their services are great too.

These guys are super customer service orientated! Getting on their schedule for a roof and gutter cleaning was a snap. They will send text messages when they are en route and when they are done. Before and after pictures are being sent. I am very impressed with their service, professionalism towards customer and the efficiency of the way they run their business.

I live in Happy Valley and had Envision Property Maintenance come to our home last fall to clean our gutters and remove the moss from our roof. Michael, the technician, took pictures of our roof so we could see how it is holding up, cleaned all the gutters, and sprayed the roof with moss killer. He shared his findings with us and he seemed very knowledgeable and personable. We were happy with the results and will have Envision come back again next fall, when our roof will need some care.

I had a great experience working with Envision Property for a roof/ gutter cleaning job. They had great communication about the scope of the job, what to expect, and cost. It seems like great communication should be a given but my experience is that does not usually happen. Envision delivered and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again

Envision Property Maintenance was hired to power wash and roof treat. Michael was very thorough when setting up the project and the estimate was fair. He was also very understanding when we had to postpone the project for a bit however when I we were ready get it going, he went out of his way to book the day that worked the best for us. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Worked together well getting the job scheduled to meet my needs. His price was competitive and fair. His employee, Josh, was a real gentleman and did an excellent job as best as I could tell. I will be having them back to reapply the moss on the roof prevention treatment. Recommended!

I got three estimates for the job of cleaning the heavy-moss-overgrowth from my roof. Michael H. informed me that for an extra fee they could also pressure wash the worst of the siding. This put their bid pretty much in the middle of the three estimates, which seemed like a darn good deal. Envision's correspondence was very professional. So professional, in fact, that I was worried they would be way over my budget, but compared to the other companies, I need not have worried.

Aaron was the one who cleaned my roof, and fortunately Kevin was available later in the day to do the pressure washing, so the entire job was able to be completed that same day. Aaron was very understanding of my fears of the roofing being old. He re-stapled a few loose shingles for me and put my fears at ease, assuring me I wouldn't need to reroof for a few more years - a giant relief!

Great company- I'll definitely be keeping their card for future work! Kevin was quick to schedule and complete an estimate for deck refinishing and offered reasonable options. It was easy to schedule the work and he was very communicative about where we were in the queue and when we could expect the work to start. They were on time, efficient, and left no trace other than beautifully repaired and refinished decks!

Quick response on my request for an estimate, scheduled quickly, showed up on schedule, hard workers, my driveway and patio look fantastic, and there was no damage to my beloved garden plants. Very friendly people, I would definitely recommend.

Kevin and his crew did a great job revitalizing an over 20 year old deck that had not been painted or stained in 6 years. The price was very reasonable to resurface the deck and many recommendations were made to help keep the cost low since we plan to replace it in a few years. They gave us additional time we didn’t think we had. The deck came out beautifully and they were able to color match the previous stain to reduce cost even further by not painting areas that weren’t in need. Kevin is popular so I recommend scheduling early in the year for summer readiness. Thanks Kevin!

We hired NW Surface Cleaner to remove moss from our driveway/roof and stain our deck. We are very happy with Kevin, his team, and the work they did!
NW Surface Cleaner power washed our deck, sanded the railing, and stained it. The deck looks great! Kevin applied 3 samples of stain to our deck after it was power washed, and the comparison after a week helped us decide which stain looked best.
NW Surface Cleaner power washed our driveway, and cleaned and treated our roof for moss removal. They also cleaned out the gutters. All signs of moss are gone and we are pleased with the results.
We will definitely be working with NW Surface Cleaner again.

We have been repeat customers for several years. Kevin and his crew always do reliably excellent work. Whether the deck needs cleaning after a long winter or the whole rejuvenation treatment, cleaning, sanding, and resealing, the work is always done competently. Kevin would never recommend a treatment for your deck that you really don't need. It's great to be able to get the work done without having to question or wonder if you couldn't have gone another year or two and not do anything. I am completely satisfied with the company and with everyone on the crew.

This is the second time we've had Kevin and his team refinish our three decks, and we'll definitely be using this company again! Kevin and his crew were professional and engaged right from our first point of contact. The initial inspection, online quotes, good menu of options to choose with detailed explanation about the services were better than most of the others I had contacted. We have a tile roof which hasn’t been cleaned in a while and had a bunch of moss piled up but Kevin’s crew showed up prompt on time and literally worked in snow, rain and sunshine (Portland right) and got the roof sparkling like new at the end of it. They also cleaned out all the gutters and at the end of it all - made sure all the debris and dirt was power washed away so that there was no sign of their work below the roof. Top notch. I highly recommend this company. My roof, which is aluminum/red tile, is spotless after removal of tree-debris and moss, followed by spraying to suppress moss in the future. The service was on time and meticulous, the worker well trained, skilled and thoughtful. Ground level cleanup was continuous during the procedure. My deck is likewise like new, thoroughly cleaned, lightly sanded, and stained. The man who did the deck work was experienced, hard working, and congenial.
