Used this service for move out cleaning of house rental. They did an amazing job. Items forgotten after the move were neatly placed in a box. During the final walk through I could find nothing amiss. Fridge, oven, blinds, baseboards all clean. I will use this service again.

Vanessa went above and beyond my expectations of a cleaning technician. She is well experienced enough to be called upon for any measure of work. I would have her around again.

Made an online appointment with this company and prepaid for a move out cleaning. They cancelled the morning of our appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Completely messed up our whole move out process!! DO NOT RELY ON THEM!!

I had been booked with Mess Maid for weekly cleaning with ETA btw 1130am/130pm which is very up to them at what time to show up, twice they showed up an hour prior the designated time of arrival — I canceled. Plus the cleaning could’ve been done better. I give it a 3 out of 5 for the cleaning.

I've been living in my apartment for four years now, and I had forgotten what the floors were supposed to look like. I'll admit it. I'm horrible at mopping. I don't scrub things. I'm tidy - I'm not clean. I was embarrassed to hire someone, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT. Zachary, Marta and Hans arrived at my door at 6pm on a Tuesday. I had somewhere to be, so I took off. When I came home a few hours later, I was in awe. Turns out my kitchen and bathroom floors and baseboards are white. Like, sparkling white. The outside of my cupboards and my fridge? Cleaner than they were when I moved in. There's no dust to be found in the bedroom. They even cleaned under my couch cushions, and who knows what kind of insane crumbs and dirty sock surprises were in there. I'm so impressed with the detail and care and it feels so nice to have a super clean home!! Zach, Marta and Hans worked a miracle and I will invite them back into my home shamelessly and repeatedly. Scheduling was seamless and the staff that came to my home was courteous and focused. They worked well together, they were able to fulfill my requests with regard to how I preferred to have my leather furniture cleaned. They were efficient and thorough.
