I'm really happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of the company! From the initial walk-through to the regular cleans, they've been customer service-oriented. Lorena and Rubia in particular are a fantastic team and do an exceptional job -- thorough and efficient, and also cover the finishing details like folding the towels and blankets nicely.

Some teams are better than others, and we had one team do an unsatisfactory job. However, the company was super responsive and ameliorated the issue quickly, so no real complaints. Overall we're extremely happy with them!

I just had my first cleaning, and boy I am a happy camper! Lorena and Rubia, Team 4, were quick, efficient, thorough and friendly. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They cleaned the bath, both bedrooms, the kitchen and living area, vacuumed, mopped, dusted (including the overhead fan), cobwebs and the dreaded oven, yea! All within the estimated time of two hours.

Angelica & Rosalba were amazing. They arrived on time, finished quickly, and were extremely professional. I would 10/10 recommended the Molly Maid service overall.

The 2ladies that came for the cleaning were very nice and the one that spoke English received the details of my requests and answered all questions This cleaning was a gift from our Daughters, as we are in our 70’s and just needs a little light cleaning. No beds made or appliances that needed cleaning. Just basics like the floors, wood downstairs and wall to wall carpet upstairs. The baseboards needed cleaning as well as the cobwebs from the corners of the rooms. Our home/condo is newer and was built in 2015 and well maintained so fresh paint and blinds were fairly clean. We purchased it 4 years ago and it had all of the newer plumbing and fixtures. The 2 ladies did a good job and, if we could afford it, we would like to have them come back in the future. Our income is not enough to have a regular cleaning …. I think they could easily do our cleaning in 2 hours…but I understand why they needed an extra 45 minutes the first time. If there was a Senior Discount it would make it possible for us to afford a regular cleaning …but we cannot afford it yet. We will just hope for a gift in the future. Thank you.

I’ve tried multiple avenues available to clean my house. All had issues. Ironically it’s not the person sent to clean.

my house from various services had integrity and work ethics. However the various apps, and companies in charge of staffing? This is where my issues are.

On line forms that are confusing and are without remedy like no ability to talk to a live human being. Confusing payment structures that are often very user friendly FOR THE FIRST VISIT ONLY with subsequent visits bundled in to packaged commitments you are on the hook to pay for even if you wish to find another service. In short too many risks and no ability to due diligence because there is no real information about the company.

Here is my opinion via a short story I hope will set the stage. My Grandparents used Molly Maids and felt the fee charged was more than fair moreover the Moly Maids provided a level of safety and security they required.

My grandmother needed the help but didn’t really like people in the house cleaning. She accepted she needed help but stressed out while they cleaned.
This all changed once she was paired with the Molly Maids and its staff. Now their day to house clean became a much happier event. She loved the diligence of their work and the spirit of happiness and care they brought.

The account above is of my Grandparent’s experience and I include it because it shows how the reputation of the Molly Maids from the late 1980’s and well into 20,10 was grand. Once I recalled their success as well as my Grandparents fondness for the Molly Maids I called them to see if I’d find the same results.

I did! Our First deep cleaning visit a complete success!

I’ve met personally with the owner, Kate and feel the company is neither AI or a faceless app driven to monetize service with little or no contact with the client.

If you need your home cleaned and are willing to spend a reasonable amount for services provided hesitant not one bit this company is a wonderful service. My house is clean!!

Molly Maid is great. Kate, the owner, came out herself to look at our home, give quotes, and discuss the process. She was super personable and efficient and even got us a deep cleaning that week, two days before family came in. Andreina and Maria are so kind and always thoroughly clean our home. We are grateful!
