Absolutely avoid this establishment at all costs. I was quoted a rate of $25 per hour on Monday for a cleaning which would take place on Wednesday. I was told I would receive confirmation on Monday or Tuesday. I did not. I called the company on Wednesday trying to confirm. After multiple attempts, they finally called me back and confirmed my appointment for later that day. The cleaner worked for a little under 4 hours. When it came time to pay, he requested $125. Apparently, they decided to charge us a flat fee rate without our knowledge to "clean appliances" of $125; appliances which were already clean! We paid them the agreed upon $100 for 4 hours of work. They tried to manipulate the time to 5 hours but we kept track of the time from start to finish. Then, they threatened to send us to collections even though we never agreed to their price. I will be filing a formal complaint with the attorney general. This is a scam. Don't let them dupe you, too. It's sad what people will do for an extra dollar.

We have used the services of Mess Maid Right NW for a number of years now and have always been pleased. They are thorough, careful and detailed. We have recommended them often and they now clean weekly for an elderly relative and we couldn't be happier with the people and the work.

They clean well but don't take care with your items. On multiple occasions I had handmade knick knacks that were essentially destroyed after cleaning. Even worse, the parts to even attempt to repair them were disposed of. The cleaning staff did not appear to report any damages to the front office (or to me when I was home in the other room) and the woman who responded to me when I reported the situation in frustration was passive aggressive and did not seem to care. She suggested maybe they were accidentally swept up because they were under things when it was a glass on my counter, an item on my desk, a figurine on the back of my toilet, etc that were clearly handled roughly and/or dropped. They did offer to "buy me a similar replacement" when I contacted them, but since it wasn't available anymore all I could do was ask for monetary compensation, which they made a point of removing the $12 shipping from the total, even though it was the only item I purchased from this store.

I enjoyed their cleaning for a few years and they generally did a very good job of vacuuming and wiping things down, but if you have any irreplaceable or sentimental items I would urge you to think carefully before hiring this company. They will not take responsibility for them and will gaslight/be condescending to you for being frustrated.

I waited around for about 6 hours today for this company to clean my carpets when I originally had a two hour arrival window. The first time I called them at 215pm when my arrival window was till 2pm and was told at this point they were running late and would be there at 5pm. I once again called them at 5pm when I was informed that the location of my carpet cleaners was unknown. At 6pm I gave up and left my home because I could not wait anymore or waste anymore of my time. I was also informed that the best they could do for me for being more than 5 hours late (at the time I talked to Denise) was 10% off my bill. Please do not use this company you will be sorely disappointed in them.

I hired Mess Maid Right for the cleaning of my small salon. They have been helpful with weekly cleaning. They are professional, timely and super friendly. They freed up time so I can put more focus on my clients as well as spend more quality time with friends and family. I strongly recommend their services!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mess Maid Right and I must say every aspect of my interaction with them was amazing. They work hard they showed up early and had an amazing attitude. From experience I also know that they do a lot of the maid services and carpet cleaning for the street of dreams here in Portland. Very professional and personable. I will do business with them for a long time to come.

I was surprised at how attentive to detail my cleaners were. I had a mess at my airbnb rental and needed to get someone in rather promptly before returning the property, found Mess Maid in the area and was able to get a same day service. Martha & Jans arrived with cheerful attitudes and worked efficiently and respectfully. I would recommend them in a pinch for a quick job or for a more thorough service!!

Mess Maids did an amazing job for us in Portland. This was actually our first time ever to use a cleaning service. We were a little uncertain and didn't know what to expect, but the cleaners were nice and courteous, answered all our questions, and just really left our home looking spotless. There was even a nice followup email asking how service was.

So, I've been a big fan of this company, their cleaning teams, and how they've supported the regular rotation of guests that come through my property. In more than two years, there have not been any scheduling mistakes, and the level of cleaning quality is very high. They also go the extra mile when I really need something odd. I really cannot say enough, very professional. They really know what they are doing when it comes to maintaining a clean property. Their carpet shampooing is also PERFECT, and I have high standards!

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We have used other cleaning companies in the past, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail; I had to point out all the things they missed. This was not the case with Mess Maid Right NW. We had the move in/move out deep clean service done on a house we are trying to sell. The crew onsite, Alma, Sara, and Edelmi, were super professional, friendly, and thorough. After they were finished, we went through the house, room by room, and NOTHING was missed. I mean baseboards, fans, cupboards, everything - was spotless. I will only be using this company in the future and I will be requesting the same crew again. They work so hard and they care so much. I hope the owner of the company reads this and rewards them for their hard work.

We've used Mess Maid Right NW for a couple of on-demand cleanings. Their online booking is nice and convenient, and their cleaning staff has always been friendly and professional.

We had a pair of cleaners by the house yesterday, and they went out of their way to be helpful in a couple of ways, including replacing a piece of silicone trim on a shower door that had fallen off days prior. Easy recommendation!

Mary and Flor did an amazing job! I love all their little touches; hand towels were folded with a pocket and the TP was folded into a triangle. It's blanket season on the TV coach and they neatly folded each one. I could see the couch! :-) The house was immaculate as well. They didn't forget the microwave and got all of those finger prints off the fridge. Great job and loved the attention to detail. Thanks Mary and Flor!

Awesome cleaning service. Hired for a move out and they did a phenomenal job. Lorena and Rubia were miracle workers on some areas I was never able to get fully clean in our shower/tub. Highly recommend!

Team 2 did an amazing job when I had Molly Maid hired in for a move-out clean.

2200 sq ft in about 3 hours, maybe 4ish. When I cleaned the same footage, it would take me a week. Of course, I had furniture to care for, too, but still: 2200 sq ft in 4 hours or less!

Sparkling, dust-free, immaculate floors, counters, inside and outside of cupboards, oven clean, stove-top grime free! Bathroom tile and grout scrubbed up good, windows clear and smudge-free. All the built-ins cleaned up and baseboard wiped down.

This is my second Molly Maid move-out service (first was for another property a year and a half ago), and I will hire them again. The service is impeccable for the time spent. I can't do any better, and I'm no slouch about cleaning, I just have chronic illnesses and executive function difficulties to work around.

Molly, maids are super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and very accommodating. Each time I have used them the crews they have sent over are excellent. I will certainly use them again and will be setting up with them for regular visits at this point.
