UPDATE February 2024:
We've been using Tidy Up Portland for monthly cleanings for almost three years now, and we continue to be happy with the service. Carolyn is our regular cleaner and she does an exceptional job every time.

Tidy Up Portland did a great job with our first house cleaning since Covid. The cleaners arrived on time and proceeded to work their magic to make our place spic-and-span. It's such a relief to have that first, big clean out of the way, and know that our ongoing monthly appointments will keep everything in tip-top shape.

A friend recommended Tidy Up! and I’m so glad I used the service. The cleaner assigned was Pi'ilani and she did a fantastic job. I don’t think my apartment has looked this good since I moved in. I also appreciated their communication and automation. The whole process was pretty smooth.

We really appreciated the cleaning everyone did! Communication was quick, responsive, and thorough. They did a superb job with the time they had and we were able to re-scope work as needed which was excellent. The house looks amazing now and I'm looking forward to getting pictures of it taken. Any "cut corners" did to time constraints were clearly communicated on and agreed upon in advance and the cleaning was very thorough and well done. We're very very happy with the work and this is definitely the best cleaning service we've used by far.

Just used Tidy Up Portland for the first time and am very happy with the quality of their work. Erika and Joevannie were right on time and asked our preference on where to start. They were efficient and left our house sparkling. We have an old house with large baseboards and many windowsills, they cleaned all of them thoroughly. Can’t wait to set up our biweekly cleanings!

I've used the services of tidy up Portland twice now and have been very pleased. Tamara was our cleaner during their second visit and she was a pleasure to have in my home. Easy communication, arrived within the arrival window, completed all the tasks I had hoped she would and then some. We have a new baby in the house so wearing a mask and using eco friendly cleaning products is important to us, Tamara did both and I didn't even have to ask about the mask. Looking forwarded to using their services again.

Ruby is an absolute treasure and so is her business. Tidy Up Portland came through for a very short notice deep cleaning at my family member's Arbor Lodge home. I reached out through the channels available on their website, and I was quickly on the phone with Ruby to review our needs. Not only did she deliver on those needs, but she jumped in herself to facilitate the work with her staff. My family was 100% pleased with the work, and the clarity around covid and other potential concerns in the company's service agreement was great. I would without a doubt hire them again...in fact my family members are aiming to do just that for regular service at their home. Thank you again, Ruby and the Tidy Up team!!

I’m thrilled with our first professional house cleaning! Anabel and Dani were friendly, thorough, and accommodating to our pets. I chose Tidy Up because of their transparent pricing and service policies, as well as being local. We wish we had done this sooner and are excited for bi-weekly visits from Tidy Up.

We have been using Tidy Up services for over 6 months and have had a positive experience. The professionals are courteous, friendly and punctual. Scheduling is easy and the company provides reminders for upcoming service.

Their whole team has been incredibly friendly, flexible, and respectful from booking to scheduling. Maranda provides thorough services every time, leaving our home the cleanest it’s ever been. She’s also kind and a clear communicator. We highly recommend Tidy Up!

Absolutely phenomenal. This was my third cleaning service, and I now know I have to look no further. Kendal deep cleaned wonderfully, and in such a timely fashion. I am so impressed. She was incredibly friendly and had all her own supplies. Tidy Up is easy to use and I trust them completely. So happy!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I have received since with Tidy Up. Dani, our biweekly cleaner, does a fantastic job and adheres to our task list with a fairly strict time limit. They’re always on time, accommodating in times we have fumbled our end of the schedule and their process for payment/scheduling is extremely useful. My home always looks fantastic and it’s such a relief to have the load off my shoulders in such crazy times. Highly recommend Tidy Up!

Cristina from Tidy Up does an incredible job! My husband thought finding someone to help with cleaning around our house to be a fool’s errand because he believed no one would be able to meet or exceed my expectations. But then Cristina! We needed a move in / deep clean service and Tidy Up Portland did an amazing job! We had Samantha as our cleaner and she left the place feeling lighter and brighter. It’s such a gift to walk in and know your house is clean when moving. Tidy Up Portland was also super responsive in communication and we loved the convenience of their text line & online portal. Heidi and Christina were great! We had a cleaning done right after completing a bathroom remodel. The baseboards shine, the floors sparkle, and the kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic. Highly recommend—can hardly wait for them to return next month!

If you’re considering a home cleaning service, use this one! From the moment I looked on the website and saw actual price ranges (other companies require your contact info to give even a start of a quote!), to the speed in which I could book online, I knew this place was for me. Biggest bonus is a women owned business, excellent communication every step of the way, and two the people I interacted with were awesome. Very reasonable prices. They made everything top notch! Cleaned the cobwebs from all over… just loved this place!

After accidentally booking the wrong cleaning package just before the holidays, I was feeling stressed that my home wouldn’t be guest-ready. The Tidy Up crew sprung into action to make things right. Ruby and Lauren on the administrative side booked me a new cleaning in record time. And Maranda arrived at 8am on the dot with everything needed to take my house from dusty to dazzling. I especially appreciated Maranda’s attention to detail with my hardwood floors (I had expressed that this was a top concern for me) and scrubbing down the stove. She was also very sweet with my senior cat, Tallulah, who was curious about the vacuum. Thank you Maranda! Truly amazing work all around.

The team at Tidy Up was so easy to work with! Starting with the booking, they answered all my questions before I was able to easily schedule online. I really enjoyed their text reminders. The cleaner was perfectly on time. She was thorough and efficient. I was even table to text them to add a tip. Overall super convenient experience and I can't wait to use them again!
