Miranda did a fabulous job! Above and beyond. We are getting ready to sell, and needed a serious move out cleaning. She took extra care and time on the places that needed it, especially the tub! I was impressed with Tidy Up's quick response and friendly service, I highly recommend!

I've been using Tidy Up for some time now, and their quality consistently impresses me. Amanda is my cleaner and she is amazing- she gets everything sparkling every time and is so polite and professional. On the office side of things, any time I've had a question about anything, the admin team gets back to me right away with an answer. I can't recommend them enough!

When Samantha arrived at the house and saw that the painters were working that same day, she called us to talk through a solution for how to clean with them there. We’re thrilled with their work and highly recommend them!

We've had three other cleaning services in the past. One was pretty good, one was okay, and one was a total failure and waste of money. Our Tidy Up cleaner was fantastic! I can't believe how thorough and particular she was. We're absolutely thrilled with the job she did! Plus, she was very polite and personable. Will for sure have Tidy Up back. I needed a deep clean in a few days for a newborn photoshoot at home and the Tidy up team reached out right away. Lauren was amazing to talk with and helped me figure out what we needed, then got a team ready to come in two days. The house is sparkling!

I’ve used tidy up services for about a year now. At first I used their services to clean up the house before I hosted Christmas. Their service was amazing, but at the time I just needed the extra set of hands to clean.

Months later I was falling behind on house chores due to a rough pregnancy and I remembered they offered monthly maintenance packages and I really needed the help. I contacted tidy up and they got me on the books right away. Maranda has been cleaning my home ever since and she makes sure ALL the pet fur is gone, it’s like the pets never existed, it’s crazy.

I have been using the services of Tidy Up Portland since they opened for business. I have always been very satisfied with their staff and cleaners. They are easy to work with and flexible regarding scheduling. The ladies who've cleaned my home have been polite, friendly, and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible and responsive cleaning service!

All of the cleaners were on time, They were thorough and got into places that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. Brenda got everything in our kitchen and living space so clean and she even folded our dog blankets and made their sleeping area look very nice. Camille also worked very hard on our bathrooms; cleaning what I thought was uncleanable grout and cleaned floors in the bedrooms that get a lot of traffic. We are very grateful for them and we will definitely be calling them again.

We've used Tidy Up for 2 different locations and have been very impressed with their service at both. Great communication, easy to reschedule, and reasonably priced. Our cleaner is Carolyn and we've been very happy with her timeliness, attention to detail, and quality of her services. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little extra help around the house!

We contacted Tidy Up for monthly help cleaning our bathrooms– we have two little kids and couldn’t find the time to keep up with cleaning everything ourselves. We’ve had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them! We’ve worked with Lauren for scheduling and Camille for cleaning, and they’re both very sweet and easy to communicate with. Our spaces are perfectly clean and refreshed after each visit, and we’re very grateful for all their help.

I used Tidy Up Portland for monthly cleaning services for the past year and only stopped because I moved to Michigan. My cleaner Miranda was always communicative and thorough. It was a joy to come back from work to a sparkling clean apartment! Her work lightened my load during a professionally and personally stressful year and I cannot recommend Tidy Up Portland more highly.

Used them over two years ago. They weren't great with communication or cleaning, so we went with someone else. Asked not to be added to marketing lists.

Apparently they're having trouble with customers because I'm getting spam emails and texts about great new deals they have.

The required video walk through was painfully inefficient. I found Ruby to be judgmental, not friendly to neurodivergent folks, and not trauma informed. I declined her services, and she just assumed I couldn't afford them. I cannot recommend this company.

Tidy up was incredibly easy to book with and have already done a fantastic job getting our place in shape! The customized plan and clear expectation-setting has been really reassuring and helpful.

They even came in under time and below the estimate they gave me, so I got the added bonus of spending a little less than I expected. Team #16 (Maricruz and Sandra) were very nice and professional and left my house feeling like new.

Maids by Trade cleaned my apartment a few months after I had a major surgery. Sandra and Lourdes (Team #16) arrived exactly on time and did a remarkable job cleaning the apartment. They were extremely thorough and went above and beyond in their cleaning. I was so impressed by Sandra and Lourdes' work and would definitely use them in the future! Thanks to them both for their fantastic work!

We've been having Maids by Trade clean our home for two years now and are so very happy with their service. We tried several other cleaning services and was never very happy with the results. Team #7 is amazing and I don't know what I would do without them.
