Today Brittany came to do our regular biweekly cleaning. She is very pleasant, thorough and efficient.

Easy and smooth process. Took all the stress out of cleaning. Got an estimate online, with easy edits and booking. Jakob was on time and dedicated to making our home shine!

I called to ask for a quote , and because the lady didn't understand she just said they don't do that kind of cleaning. It's a simple come in mop, sweep dust and do windows.But according to her , they don't do that. Great business model

I gifted my wife a deep clean for our anniversary and she was blown away. The team was thorough, respectful, and left the house smelling fresh and looking spotless. They even arranged the pillows neatly on the couch! Deep cleaning done right. 10/10!

I have raved about their great service. I have away both cards and another person I know looked the company and showed what was done and the quote. The quote was very reasonable, the team was stupendous, and overall superb work. I'm thinking I may do the bi-weekly in the future. The professionalism, politeness, and execution was well done by Jamie, Sam and their supervisor.

As promised they informed me that additional time would be needed and asked if it was okay. I do want to point out their attention to detail was outstanding. There were things cleaned,
stand alone fans for example, that blew me away. The floors were great and the work on the appliances, top notch. I do appreciate the thank you card with a added hand written section, a great touch of personalization.

I do want to call out Clarissa she was great to work with getting everything setup. She was professional and responsive.

I work in a business with customer service is important and that is why I'm raving about this team/company.

Just had our first cleaning with Alex and he did an amazing job! He was very thorough and efficient with an excellent attention to detail. His demeanor was professional and polite, while still being cheerful and pleasant to talk to. And he passed my cats vibe check which is a feat in itself. I’m really pleased with his work and looking forward to working with him going forward.

We had a deep clean of our bathroom today and Alex was absolutely AMAZING. He went above and beyond and did an incredible job - on top of that he was so kind and wanted to make sure everything was complete before he left. Can’t recommend Alex enough! We’ve been loving getting our bi-weekly cleanings. Alex is so considerate about timing when to clean our home offices during our work day and our dogs love him too.

Auriela and Kate arrived promptly at scheduled time. They did a wonderful job cleaning, especially the floors, which are troublesome for me. Kate was very good at communicating with us what time she thought they would be finished, as we took our dogs out to make it easier for them to clean. My husband and I were very pleased with Rise and Shine Cleaning, and will use them again.

She was so nice and did such a great job. I knew it would be done efficiently and in a proper time because she mentioned she’s a mom of 3! While I’m trying to handle one while being pregnant.
We were moving and needed our 2 bedroom /2 bath apartment cleaned and we were so happy we came across this company at a reasonable price.

Sandi has been cleaning my apartment for months now, and she always leaves thoughtful touches around letting me know she’s taken the time to address certain areas of my two bedroom penthouse. I appreciate her care and thoroughness. She is always on time also.

UPDATE MAY 2025 - I added a photo taken from the last time Sandi was here. She left my suction dish scrubber standing straight up with the suction engaged, which is exactly how I prefer it. It’s little touches like these that make all the difference.
