We’ve been using Rise + Shine for a while now. When we first hired them, we weren’t happy with our cleaner and expressed this to them intending to find another service. They overdelivered by reassigning us a new cleaner and giving us a discount on our next clean. All of our cleaners since have been great—but I’m just now writing a review because Sam came by this morning and he was our favorite cleaner by far. He did such a thorough job, I’m super impressed. Thank you Sam!

Sandy was fantastic! I really appreciated that she wore booties and focused on the areas that needed the most help (bathrooms and kitchen). She was very efficient and did a great job.

I gave a gift to a family member going through a tough time right now. I don't live in the area, and needed to find someone I could trust to do a thorough job and leave the home spotless. I asked for the whole house to be cleaned, and agreed on the phone to pay extra for cleaning of the fridge and oven and when the invoice was sent over those items were listed but not check marked on the invoice. I had to check a box to get them added which I did not notice. Now that they have come and gone, we can't rectify the situation because they won't come to the property even if I pay for those additional services. So I will be taking the time to go to this house again, which I don't live nearby, to do it myself. Half the benefit of hiring cleaners in the first place, gone. And included in the basic service was cleaning base boards, which also did not happen, an obvious detail in an empty house with new carpet.

Rise and Shine did an amazing job cleaning my home before, and again after my surgery for breast cancer. It was wonderful to be able to rest and recover without having to worry about housework. Katie did a great job and I highly recommend her!

Used Rise & Shine for the first time this week. Was really impressed with Desiree. Arrived on time. Was great with our two little dogs. Put on lil shoe booties as soon as she came in. Being the first time in the home she tackled it like a pro. Super appreciate the small, locally owned business that provides a great service at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Brittany’s attention to detail was on point. Having to clean my house by oneself is no easy task. My basement hadn’t been cleaned in over a year and she went down there and made it look like a showroom!

After reading reviews I thought this would be the perfect company to go with for a move out clean before taking sale photos for my house. I couldn’t have been more WRONG. The move out clean cost for a house around my size is $300. I was not able to be there during the clean, I was told that was alright, the cleaners were at my place for about 44 minutes. They said they would arrive by 4pm and 4:44pm I received an email saying they were done. I was incredibly excited as this was my first time using a cleaning company and it was going to be a huge time save. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived the next day an it looked like the cleaners must have walked in, and walked right back out. I complained and was offered half of my money back, I had to spend the whole day cleaning as my house photos were the following day and they had no one to come out and re-clean. Even if they did I would not want them to or trust them. I had to miss work to clean. There was grass on the couch, the floors weren’t swept, in the move out clean it lists they do fans, the fan clearly not cleaned in the photos below. So in all I paid this company and got scammed. Go somewhere else.

Rise & Shine is very thorough and accommodating when dates don't line up with the realities of life. Brittany is so great to work with. She is very detailed and efficient. It's been a great experience working with this team. Highly recommend.

I called Rise and Shine to schedule a deep clean of my apartment prior to my partner's return home from a year long master's program out of state. Andra cleaned my home, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! She was on time, and very friendly, and I stepped out for awhile to grab a coffee while she cleaned. She texted me when she was done, and when I came home-wow! Everything was SO clean, and my rug looked as bright as it did when I got it! I wish she could regularly clean my apartment (maybe someday). 10/10 recommend.

I just wanted to say a special Thank you to Kelsey, she always does a meticulous job….and I am very picky! And I have a lot of plants she has to maneuver around. But she’s great!

I feel prices are very reasonable. Not “cheap” but reasonable for the quality of the work she does.

Noah did excellent! Very nice, very professional, on time and did a very thorough job. We bought a home and wanted a cleaning before we move in and I have never had bamboo floors before so I was nervous, but he did great! I can only hope I can do just as good a job on my own now :)

ETA: Will be calling them back to clean our rental when we're done moving!

ETA again: had Alex G. come and clean our move out/rental house! Very kind and courteous, and did an excellent job. I couldn't believe how good the place looked after- the house had been occupied for 10 years so he had his work cut out for him. Still in shock!

I used Rise and Shine Cleaning to clean an apartment I was vacating. Those of you who struggle with depression or in general aren’t tidy will relate to the state the apartment was in. I was so overwhelmed with my depression mess that when my lease on my apartment was up I was like “I’m just gonna move” 😭😂 Like how do I have skittles stuck to my floor? I don’t even remember eating them lol.

Anyway I’ve never had someone clean for me and I was carrying a lot of shame and nervousness around someone witnessing the mess not to mention cleaning it for me. Alex was my cleaning technician and he was so kind and put me at ease. I was acting like a nervous basket case and I think he said something like “I’m just here to clean not to judge” in a super kind way. I was like 🥹

Alex was not only kind and professional but did a phenomenal job cleaning. It looked like a brand new apartment. In fact I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cleaner empty space — 10/10 no notes!! I will def be a returning customer to handle mess before it gets so bad!

Also if you hate making phone calls you can get a quote and schedule online/via text.

Desiree and Chandler did a wonderful job and we are so appreciative of their work! It’s a few days later and we continue to notice new areas of our house that are freshly clean and spotless thanks to them. They paid great attention to detail especially in our trinket-filled, dust-loving house.

Slow service and not deep clean at all!
Booked for 2hr deep clean for a small apt 600sqft. Spended almost 1hr in the kitchen even the stove was covered with aluminium film which do not need a lot effort. Deep clean service is even less than normal clean, since my dining table and working table are not touched at all. Corners, fans, sofas, baseboard etc. Anything you think for a deep clean are not included at all. I have no idea how they have so many good review.

Please do not use this company. They consistently blanket the Bethany area with unwanted bandit signs (the company name not listed - they just say Window Cleaning $99). We clean the unwanted signs up and they do it again - no care for the environment or areas they serve. The signs are ugly, all over the place, and are not recyclable - needless plastic going into the trash. There is nothing green or environmental about this. Put your signs on your own property and quit dumping your trash on our clean streets.

Paul was transparent on what the window cleaning job entailed as well as the cost from the first phone call. They arrived on time, were very personable and cleaned my windows letting the sun shine through. Quick, responsive and thorough.

I found Paul a couple years ago from a sign he put next to my neighborhood and I am so thankful I called!! I just had my windows done again and highly recommended. They leave everything spotless, no chemicals, quick and efficient, great priced and very friendly. My 5 year old son wanted to give them a 10 star review but I told him we could only do 5 😁
