I have used Rick's crew twice in the last couple of years. I had had some odd excavation jobs (one for an install of a 10 foot ABS drain at sidewalk and another large hole to be excavated for PGE). I called other landscaping companies but they wouldn't do these jobs. Rick's crew was able to do these jobs and at a reasonable rate.

Ok, but difficult to schedule with and didn't fix all the leaks that they came out to fix. They did find and fix another leak though, so fine I suppose

Hired them for my wife’s mother in Summerfield Tigard. They installed and maintained the system. Three years no problem. She died so we stopped the service. A month later we sold the house . I called. All I wanted to know was how to turn the system back on. And I would have been happy to pay for the help. They could have even done that over the phone. They were very rude. “We have all our paying customers. Stop asking. We don’t have time for you”.

Green Leaf redid my irrigation system and they did a great job.

The level of response time and service from this company is amazing, with competitive pricing as well.

Green Leaf has helped us locate and repair valves on several irrigation systems. They have been very responsive and the quality of the work has been high.

I scheduled a call to get my sprinkler system serviced for the spring. On the phone, the scheduler seemed very nice and willing to answer questions so I was looking forward to meeting with them.

However, I was disappointed about the no-show. Took time off work to meet with them and it would be common courtesy if you can't make the appointment to reschedule if you have any problems making it to the appointment time.

Can't say much for their quality of work because I never even had a chance to hire them. Website looks nice and professional and all but customer service is abysmal.

Showed up right on time, showed me what they were going to do, installed everything according to plan, made the adjustments, and got everything tweaked so it works just right. Can't thank you enough for getting the project done; it's been a thorn in our side for a couple of years and glad to finally get it handled!

Curt and his team were the consummate professionals. They followed through like they said they would despite a miscommunication where my husband became frustrated and then frankly rude.

AMAZING! Curt was so nice, responsive and did our work fast! We were under contract selling our house and had to repair our system to finalize the sale. We were not preexisting customers, but they were still willing to help us out. They did amazing work redoing our entire system for a reasonable price. We would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Curt and team are great! From the initial assessment to actually completing our job, it's been simple and smooth. We had to reschedule a few times and they were more than accomodating. And today Nabor and the crew set up drip systems for everything we need to water, set up the unit and timers, and walked me through the whole thing. This will save us so much time, and we know we can trust these folks if we have any future needs!

I called during the peak season. They were responsive and timely (considering it was the heat of June/July). Curt came out to take a look at the system in the home I had recently bought. His recommendations were pragmatic, reasonable, and easily verifiable. I received an estimate within a few days. As he said, they aren't cheap, but they aren't unreasonable. The estimate seemed very fair. I pulled the trigger with a 50% deposit. They got me on the schedule and were out a few weeks later. The crew they sent was great. A few days later, I had a modernized and working system. I would recommend them to anyone....update, I continue to use them for season turn off/on and repairs needed (not their work needing repair) and I still consider these people the best customer service oriented folks around.

I highly recommend Green Leaf for irrigation and landscaping. Curt and his team worked with us to add a new irrigation zone to our yard, and they also installed gravel paving. The crew were fast and the result was high quality. We made a great choice.

Greenleaf’s service was excellent. They had great communication and prompt scheduling. Our sprinkler system presented some challenges that required their team to spend much more time on-site than originally planned. What truly impressed me was their commitment to getting the job done right. Not only did they see the project through to completion, but they did so without charging more than our initial agreement. They delivered what they promised for the price they quoted. That kind of integrity is refreshing. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing sprinkler work.

Dan and his entire team were exceptional from the start! They took the time to understand my landscaping requests and were diligent in following up with me. I was most impressed with how honest they were, as well as their ability to help me stay within my desired budget. Overall, they did an incredible job. My front yard looks 100% better than before. I would highly recommend Earthborn Landscaping and will definitely be using them for future projects!!

The guys at Earthborn are solid and professional! My neighbor and I teamed up to have a large row of over brown shrubs and bushes removed. They were timely and did an overall great job on giving us more of our yard space back. Highly recommend!

We had a very efficient communications with Dan and his office manager.
The project estimates were reasonable. After the second project started, Dan accommodated our unexpected request for adding an extension of garden edge for preventing pebbles from running over the property line. And he even did it without additional charge.
The front yard project covered replacement of existing lawn with artificial turf and filling pebbles around the lawn. The backyard involved removing all eye-sored tall weeds, leveled the ground and applied 3-in-1 blended soil for seeding.
The two projects were done professionally and completed on time. We really appreciated the excellent services provided by Dan and his team.

Very happy with Earthborn. We had a yard that had not been properly kept up since the start of Covid, with extremely overgrown 20+ foot hedges and abundant weeds in garden beds and between our pavers.

They have someone answering their phone full-time during business hours (not common with many other companies we contacted) so we were able to quickly schedule an estimate. The estimator arrived on time and was easy to work with. They soon provided a detailed estimate by email with a fair price. We compared it to other estimates from companies that were not nearly as pleasant to deal with and found they were within 10% of those while being much more professional so we chose them.

Scheduling the work was easy, though we did have to order a check to pay the deposit (the remainder can be paid by card, and they spell this out clearly on their site). On the scheduled day, they showed up in the morning, and the crew asked if I would like to show them what we wanted. I walked around with them and verified all the work we wanted and they got started right away. They were efficient and did an excellent job with all the trimming and cleanout, leaving the yard in the best shape it's had in many years.

We would choose Earthborn for another cleanup or maintenance job in a heartbeat.

My spouse and I moved to SE PDX about a year ago into a newish home that had not installed landscaping. We have two large dogs and wanted to get something safe and durable for our pups to enjoy - and quickly. We worked with Dan to get something affordable and attractive. Dan listened to what we wanted and worked within our budget. Months later, we decided we wanted to install turf to keep our home cleaner with the pups running in and out of the house in the wet and rainy PNW. Again, Dan worked with us within our budget and was even able to get us booked sooner that we had hoped. His team of installers are kind, professional and very hard working. They are also problem solvers who made last minute changes but stayed w/in budget and timelines. I highly recommend Dan and his team.
