Precision saved our yard from overgrown weeds and dead bushes. I came home and couldn’t believe how beautiful both our front and backyard looked. the amount of attention to detail was amazing. Thank you all so much! I’d highly recommend y’all to anyone.

Fast cheap and loud!
Antiquated blowers operated at unsafe high decibels and misapplied lawn treatments are sure to make your neighbors annoyed. Their hit and run teams feign ignorance and then race off to the next crime scene.

You can do a lot better than Precision assuredly!

Reynaldo and his team are FANTASTIC!!! Our front and back yard were overgrown and in desperate need of some major over-haul and maintenance. They went above and beyond with complete clean up, pruning and weeding. We cannot wait for them to come back and brainstorm different design ideas! We will be using them from here on out for all our landscaping needs!

I never do this, but, I can't help myself! I asked for a bid for my lawn from Precision Landscape in SE Portland. First, the company took a while to respond, then came out and told me I probably wouldn't like what he had to say, but suggested that there was many companies out there that would want my business. I think they ASSUMED, I did not have money. They said they had customers who were paying 10, 15, 40 thousand dollars and up and that I should probably look for another company because I could find many who could help me. I was shocked! I was actually willing to spend a few dollars, but wasn't going to say that up front. I was waiting on the bid. Amazing! .... Not sure if it was race, gender, or just didn't think I lived in a great neighborhood.... Looking for full service lawn care if you know anyone good!

Please remove your comment on my review saying my review is inaccurate. Our property management company hired you for our building on Lovejoy. You don’t have me personally on file because I did not hire directly but your staff was rude and swore at me when they were making me late for work by being parked blocking the driveway that was not authorized for their use. Extremely rude lead landscaper, the second seemed embarrassed by his colleagues lack of concern. Professionalism should extend to more than just the folks footing the bill directly. I reported this to our property manager as well and I’m sure they too have contacted you about the issue. To pretend it didn’t happen and not even apologize or work to correct the issue is absurd.

PLS did a great job building a rock retaining wall in my front yard. I worked with Joe, and his team (Marty, Ricardo and Leo). They were all very professional and nice to work with. They listened when I wanted made requests for how I wanted it to look. Very happy with the end result, and it turned out much better than I thought! I'll likely work with them again.

Our landscaping was 20 years old and even though we trimmed and nurtured it annually it became tired and out of proportion. Josh assessed the project, gave some general suggestions and an approximate price and date that the work could be done. We were away during the reconstruction and upon returning were most pleasantly surprised. We could not be happier with both the result and cost. They are a first class operation.

I have never hired yard service before as I’m the type to try and take care of everything on my own.

I had these guys do a Full sweep of the front and back of my property as well as removal of 12 large privacy bushes and trimming of my massive evergreen. I came home that evening to a new yard and wanted to cry. I have never seen my yard and home look so good. All the blackberry sprouts were gone and my driveway has never been so clean! They even leveled out all my bark chips in the side yard and edged my grass to make the yard look more aesthetically pleasing.
I don’t make a lot of money but did the math and them coming 2x a month saves me 8-10 hours a month in yard maintenance. Time I can now spend focusing on things that are important to me.
They are able to customize service and adjust to specs. I have pets and don’t want chemicals in my yard and they respect that. Thank you for taking a major burden off my shoulders. The neighbors are also very happy with the cleanup. 😃

Precision did two residential projects for us; a rear patio and a front entrance stairway/landing. Both jobs came out looking great. They are correctly engineered and the price was as predicted. I highly recommend this firm to those considering landscaping or building projects. They have lots of experience and they do quality work.

Josh and team did our front and backyard almost a year ago (Sept 2020). During the process they were responsive and thoughtful. They listened to our needs and then adjusted when our wants and desires changed, which with any project inevitable do. Josh came to the project with an excitement, passion and energy without a bit of pretentiousness, unlike all of the other bids that were placed for our yard.

Our kids have been happily using our back yard for play and skipping from stone to stone. Our grass is still going well despite our neglect. The raised garden beds have been a source of fun and food all summer.

In our front yard, we have been sitting and looking at our flowers Josh chose. I won’t lie, we were skeptical at first but with watering only twice a week, they have really taken off. They have bloomed and attracted bees for the entire summer and the record breaking heat has not phased them. This morning, my spouse turned to me and said she thinks that Josh is a garden genius. I agree.

Most of all the front yard has, hands down, the most beautiful flowers and garden on our street. Take that neighbors!

Update: they got our car detailed

They manage Christine Court townhomes in Milwaukie right now and my wife was getting into her car and they blew leaves at her which got on her and in the car, the guy saw her, and stopped for the kid when he got in the car, but when my wife got back in they blew leaves again; not acceptable

They don't call it 'Precision Landscape' for nothing! Mike and his team are nothing but precise and professional. We found Mike to be a great listener—he took the time to understand our backyard vision and brought it to life.

We had their services for a long time. It was nice for the basic maintenance for a long time, and they kept our yard looking nice, and did timely pruning and things like that.

if you're going to be doing any changes to your yard, that's where they start to lose it a bit. My husband for the last 3 years has been doing work in addition to what we had Troy's guys doing, and each time he's planted grass they've trampled on it, and/or run the tire of their lawnmower through it. We even had it taped off with orange tape most of those times. In the spring I tried to plan a bunch of flowers along my walk, and once they started growing, they were met with a weed eater and a lawnmower tire also.

So, if you don't want to touch your yard, but you want it to look nice, they are great. We've gotten compliments for years under their service that we have the nicest yard on the block. It's just if you want to be doing anything to your yard, they don't take the time to ask you what you might be doing before they march along doing their thing.

Oh, I always tried to keep the kids' toys cleaned up in the backyard, but sometimes would forget, and they always moved everything out of the way.

Josh and team delivered the project as scheduled. We recently bought the property and the backyard was completely overgrown, Josh and the crew did a great job with a "start" over type landscape - removed overgrown bamboo, de-weed, install a seating area with crushed granite gravel and mulch the rest. Now we get to enjoy the backyard without seeing the old mess! The only thing we wish we would have gone against the company advice is weed barrier - we were told not to, wish we had it installed because weed started to grow back after the project was done.

I had a great experience with Precision Landscaping. I recently got my back yard overhauled and couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was punctual, kind, and hardworking. I hired Precision to remove the snow from my roof. They did a great job! They also moved all the snow that came off the roof that fell on the decks and driveway. They were professional and positive. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Joe, Jesse and team did a fantastic job regrading our back yard. Joe worked with us to find our budget and get us as much work as we could afford. They also recommended a dirt supplier that was affordable. A+ work and service. Would recommend and will work with in the future if we do more work.

We were very happy with our patio installation (pavers, sod, retaining wall, fence, and drainage) from beginning to end. Joe, Jesse, and Ricardo (and their crew) were great from quote, to planning, to installation. The care taken and minor adjustments made along the way reflected an effort to produce a a quality product, and it shows in the final result. Given the competitive bed versus other options, we couldn't be happier.

Josh and his crew are simply awesome! I work in financing large scale construction projects for a living and I know the ins and outs of setting a budget, labor costs, etc. They had a fair price and their work is incredible!
