In October of 2011, we had Precision Landscape do our entire front yard and install irrigation and lawn in the rest of our yard. We love the result and they were great to work with.

We chose Precision Landscape after getting bids from 3 other landscapers. Josh had more creative ideas and was more responsive to our desires and budget. When other landscapers walked through the property and pointed and talked, Josh showed us pictures so we could really see what he was planning. This really impressed us. Where other landscapers said we could not have a lawn in the shade of our maple, Josh had a low water, shade tolerant grass variety that he was using in his own yard. Another thing Josh did was figure out how to get us what we wanted with what we could afford.

During the job, the Precision landscape crew were friendly and respectful. They always took their shoes off when coming into the house to use the restroom. Every day they cleaned up and kept the sidewalks clean. They explained to me what they were doing when I asked. I was impressed with how fast they completed the job.

I also appreciate that even through he was sticking to our budget, Josh installed an quality irrigation system. It has an easy to use controller. He even put in the valve and pipes for a drip zone for future plantings in the back yard.

8 months later our yard is looking great. I can see the plants growing and filling in. The lawn is doing well in the shade and the sun. We get nice comments about it all the time. Our yard has gone from the worst on the block to the best. Having the drip system keeps it that way. It's perfect as I've killed so many plants due to neglect. We feel like green thumbs.

Employee Jorge was at my complex this morning saw my 4 year old son and I getting into my car and proceeded to fully leaf blow me and my car. I am 8 months pregnant. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I do not recommend their services.

We had a long standing desire to rebuild and re-landscape our back and side yards for several years. Our lot is on a fairly steep slope with different angles to it and no real way to get heavy equipment in to help with the work... We needed to remove several very old and rotted RR timbers, and broken and beat up concrete tiles and do a major renovation of new block retaining walls, proper drainage, rebuild irrigation system, save nice mature plantings, install new stone etc., etc... A real task. And hesitant to do a project, but we finally decided to move ahead. Well, once we contacted Prescision and Joe, our fears quickly subsided... Joe responded very quickly, came out and we worked through what our desires were, some back and forth on developing a plan, pricing etc., and we decided to move forward. As a result, we are extremely happy of how the project went, the workmanship is top notch, came in on budget and right on time (It would have finished sooner, but delayed to due to snow and bad weather for about a week). Our neighbors have complimented on the work and how great it looks and even doing some upgrades to their own places, now that things are getting "freshened up"... It was a complicated project, nothing for the faint of heart, but Joe, Lorenzo, Jesse and the rest of the crew took it all on and basically hit a grand slam home out of the park. Could not be happier... Buzz in Lake Oswego......

I spoke with three different landscape companies that had been recommended to me. In the end, I went with Precision Landscape because of their fair pricing and Josh. I was impressed with his expertise (which showed in his initial bid for the project) and ability to communicate clearly. I hired them to completely level and rework my back yard. This was a BIG project that had many components. It was a five week process which went very smoothly. I appreciated working, in particular, with Josh. His expertise helped me complete plant choices on the landscape design and resolve project decisions quickly and smoothly. He is an excellent communicator and was on the property daily. With this size of project, I was grateful for his calm, professional demeanor.
Additionally, his team was great to work with. They all got along really well with each other and worked hard every day.

Mike has vision. Something that was sorely needed for our project. We knew we wanted something better but didn’t know what options were available. Mike came up with a cost effective solution that gave us everything we wanted, and the result turned out better than expected. Great attention to detail and they take pride in their work.

Thanks to Josh and his team, our small backyard has been transformed in to a beautiful sanctuary. Our front yard is also vastly improved.
My husband and I really enjoyed working with Josh because he has a strong design sense, and is also a plant expert. He knows every plant and flower and can tell you whether it will thrive in your garden or not. He's also just a cool guy and fun to talk to. Hector and Marcos installed our gorgeous bluestone patio, and worked with us to make it to our exact specification. They worked hard, and kept a good attitude and smiles throughout the process.
Precision landscaping really lives up to their name. Our patio and plantings were installed with precision. We also had them build us a planter box, which matches our fence.
They arrived on-time and finished the job as quoted. When we had various concerns along the way, Josh was there to talk us through everything. It was nice to have it be a collaborative process. We ended up adding some things, and felt his pricing was fair.
We highly recommend working with Precision for your next landscaping project. I'm sure we'll be working with them again in the future!

This experience started over a year ago. But, just as we were about to move forward, a financial issue arose. Fast forward a year and I reached out to Josh to hopefully begin again. He still had the plans from before and came back out to go over things for phase one of our plan to make our yard look beautiful.

He and his team arrived on the day we set and they went to work. He gave me a quick tour and explained how everything would go down. His team was so polite and worked like champs. Not only did they do everything as planned, but went above and beyond which included cleaning up a space that was not actually part of the job. Sure, it was a small strip, but that was a welcome and unexpected treat. The yard looks amazing and Josh went over everything with me on how to care for the various plants.

When the job was done, his team cleaned the area and even the street in front and made this experience amazing. Not only that, his price destroyed the competition. I can't wait for phase two and three. I will be returning to Josh and his people anytime I have something I need handled in my yard.

I had them return to do the backyard. What a wonderful and professional crew. Josh is fantastic to work with and his crew is exceptional and VERY professional.

Amazing work!! Reynaldo and his team did an amazing job at my daughter’s house. The front garden was very much in need to be taken care of, but due to illness in the family it was left abandoned. In only one day it was all done; pruning, weeding, clearing dead plants, cleaning and removing materials.
The result was unbelievable!! I couldn’t be more pleased! I will recommend your business to everyone I know. Thank you!

Our project has been handled quick and efficiently. I have had very clear communication throughout the project and have been extremely happy with the quality of work. Lastly, the crew has been a pleasure to work with, which as you know is not alway the case. If you have landscaping needs, look no further!

Jason was super kind to make time on short notice to respond when I called with a sprinkler system malfunction. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it, found a solution, and fixed it that same day. Super nice to work with, reasonable prices, and great service!! Thank you!!

I could not be happier with the work that Mike, Ernesto, and the entire team did to transform our yard. They took a space that had drainage issues causing uneven pavers, an evergreen with roots uprooting concrete and keeping other plants from growing, patchy grass, and ugly old fencing and took it to such an inviting, calming place. Mike was quick to respond and communicative through out, had great solutions and was conscious of our budget, and was just terrific to work with. Ernesto’s attention to detail and craftsmanship and the ideas he brought took things to the next level. The team was also very good about leaving things in a manageable place when they left each day of the weeks long project and making sure that everything was cleaned up and perfect when they finished. Our landscaping, stepping stone path, drainage, pavers, and fencing turned out so well and we’re very grateful to everyone involved in the project for giving us this new beautiful space to enjoy.

I called at least 4 different landscape companies in Portland OR for assist on landscape and new fence / gate.
Most didn't even show up or call back. 1 showed up but didn't send the quote I was told would appear.
Precision Landscape was kind enough to actually show up, send a bid!
My area is quite small and I understand how most would prefer larger sites. But the fact that they showed up, were nice, sent a bid, actually did the work agreed on, was SUPER!
I had a blackberry infestation, they sprayed it, then cleared it put fabric down, rocks and rebuilt the fence and gate.
I am completely impressed with their professionalism, prompt response to everything! The workers were great, clean and easy to work with.
I appreciate this company and it's employees very much. I would recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Precision Landscape Services. I never expected the job to be completed in such a short time span. From the start Michael kept the job moving and Ernesto and his crew carried out the work quickly. I also appreciated the artistic ideas that were suggested. We had a paved patio with two corner walls and a gazebo installed, in addition to pavers along the side of our house. Our backyard has been transformed to a space that we can use year round. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again for additional work.

Great experience from start to finish. They responded to my estimate request quickly, immediately understood what i wanted and created a lovely design. Work was completed in 2 days as planned and love the results. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Josh was highly helpful working through sprinkler challenges in my front yard. I really appreciate their wiliness to help fix my sprinkler system from the DIY and Tree root mess that had been left me by the previous owner. I had crushed lines from roots, hidden sprinkler valve boxes, poor wiring and some very odd things in place. So glad he was able to help as well as Michael who I think came out as well. Their professionalism and know how is very apparent and while the services did cost more than originally intended it was completely warranted given the extended scope and materials required. But it was a job I could never have done on my own. I think the Precision Team was more than fair and equitable in their bid and cost. Would absolutely call again.

We made the best decision choosing Precision Landscape Service for our backyard patio and walkway project. Our backyard had never had hardscaping installed. We are installing a sauna back there so it was time to address the space and make it usable. I reached out to a few companies and most would not look at my job for six weeks or more. (Granted it was early in the summer when I inquired). Mike from Precision called me within 24 hours of my inquiry and was at my house discussing a bid a couple of days later. As a project manager, Mike was a complete delight to work with. He has vision. He’s an excellent listener and he spent plenty of time going back-and-forth with me about paver options and products that would best suit our needs aesthetically and financially. He was genuinely thoughtful about our project even in the midst of their very busy season. I had a great experience and communication in each tier of this process. The people in the office were extremely helpful and the job went smoothly and as planned. Mike’s crew, Rigo and Jose are fantastic artisans who worked unbelievably hard and efficiently getting our patio and side yard installed. They were conscientious and left the site tidy each evening. Mike came out the morning the project began and spent close to an hour and a half walking through with me and his crew to make sure we were all on the same page about design specs and so forth. I felt 100% confident when they began working that the parameters Mike and I had discussed were understood and being followed, which is a great feeling when the digging begins! Our finished projects are beautiful and we could not be happier! Thank you for fixing up our back yard space! Can't wait to add the sauna and fill the area with potted conifers etc! Before and after photos show what a great transformation they created for us.

We love our new retaining wall from Precision Landscaping. For years I wanted to be rid of our ugly, crumbling, lava rock wall and Precision Landscaping came through for us. Mike helped with the initial bid and plan, and Rigo and Jose did an amazing job executing the plan. They worked incredibly hard, were efficient, kept me informed of progress, checked in with me if a plant needed to be moved, etc. Their excellent work totally transformed the look of my house, and I could not be happier with the results. Plus, they were reasonably priced compared to other bids we received. Thank you!

Thanks to Elon and his crew at Felton Lanscape who swooped into our yard on Monday morning and completely redid our front and backyard in 3 days. It was an amazing process to see. His prices are where they should be for this work and we are very happy with the results. I don't think you could go wrong using this wonderful company.

They installed 15 shrubs along my fence. The company was very prompt and got the job done very quick.
