John and his crew came by and pruned some major trees in my yard and I’m really happy with his work. They were very friendly and easy to work with and made sure to keep clean up after they were done. They even chipped my giant yard debris pile as part of the project! John’s prices are very fair and he even worked with me when I brought him competitive prices from other bids. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again.

Tanya made the scheduling a piece of cake. John came and talked me through my options for trimming back some adolescent trees, and removal of a sad arborvitae that didn’t weather last winter’s snow. He came back the next day while I was at work and did a terrific job pruning the overgrown lower branches but strategically leaving the ones that provided a bit of a privacy screen. Removed the damaged arborvitae and surprised me by also removing another bush I mentioned would soon need to be removed bc I’m pouring a new patio. Very professional, easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I contacted NW Tree Work based off all the fantastic reviews here. When initially meeting with John I was told that the project would be done within an hour of there set date. The project being a tree removal, as well planting within a foot away (due to sprinklers only being able to reach so far). With that being said I had set a time and date with them to do the job. I ordered the tree for delivery the day prior, but once the day came for the job it was a no show.

Concerned, I contacted NW Tree Work to see what was going on. Turns out they are short staff. I'm pretty reasonable so I go ahead and try to reschedule. This time, I'm told the job is more complex so a new date is set. Once the new date rolls around, again, no show. At this point I'm constantly contacting NW Tree Work to the point they are reading my messages but not replying. I have to call every single time to get a hold of someone, to which I'm told I will get a reply later in the day, and to which I don't. It takes me contacting each day to try and reschedule only to be told a date the project will get done by and for someone to not show up. Big waste of time.

On top of that, when speaking to John he assured me the prior weekend he'd get the job done and not only that move the tree out of public view and water it so it's okay. Sadly, none of that ever happened or came into fruition, the trees flowers started dying off due to it not being properly taken care of which it would have been had it been planted as planned.

Ultimately this lead to a lot of back and forth. Whether its short-staffed or health related issues, telling a customer a date you're going to get the job done and continuously bailing is not the right response to do. The kicker was John calling me later that day to tell me how to give more trust and understanding to professionals and how delays happen and it's all normal. How about building that trust with customers first by not bailing on them multiple times over and over again, then we can have that conversation.

Aside from all the negatives, I can give them credit for at least reimbursing me on the tree (though they only would if they ended up taking it). I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I think it's important for anybody else on this platform to be informed with what potential risks you have working with certain companies. Emotions aside, this is just my personal experience with the company and for that I would not recommend them moving forward.

Our neighbor recommended this company and I’m so grateful he did! They have the best communication of any company I’ve had do work on our house. They were prompt, responsive, and listened to specific requests I had. They even hauled away the debris from when a limb first came down. It was a huge relief to have the tree pruned back and they made it such an easy task to get done. I would call them again in a heartbeat and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who needs tree work done! I could not be happier with their communication, the price, and end result.

John and his team were extremely professional. They didn't mins us watching and gave us options to keep firewood. They were by for the most affordable! The one tree we had removed was as if it was never there. John especially and his team were very understanding of our concerns and we even removed some brush that was not expected. I enjoyed talking to his team's professionalize. We were able to schedule while he was down the street doing another job. I will never use a different service!!!

The crew kept everything so clean! They made sure to let me take a look before they finished up to make sure I was happy with how much was trimmed off. I also appreciated that they did not knock on our door to alert our dog. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent work by Crown and Bark Tree Service. They explained everything clearly before starting and completed the job with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair as well.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. they were fast, but professional and did a great job. Completely cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased!

These guys delivered for chip drop and were amazingly polite and professional. Even when I had to do. Car shuffle so they could get the chips where I wanted them. If I ever need tree service. I'm calling them!

They cut a huge limb I specifically told them to leave. Left several broken limbs that I had to hire someone else to come out and remove and the broke my topiary tree and didn't mention it. I noticed my topiary tree was completely gone and they then owned that during the trimming a large limb had fallen on it. Basically the worst service you could ever imagine.

Our amazing arborist at SavaTree is not only thoroughly knowledgeable about trees, but as honest as a person can be, he is cordial and friendly, always ready to answer questions. Go Alex!

U2 and his crew were here on time and did a great job explaining the work that would be done. They just finished and reviewed what they did and what would need to be done the next time we have the trees trimmed. Great service!

Wonderful customer service. Responded quickly when we had a fallen tree. Have used since and have been impressed by their knowledge, skill, and integrity.

My beautiful cherry blossom tree had some damage after a heavy snow storm. They were able to clear the broken limbs and trim/shape the remaining tree. The crew was incredibly friendly and left the area superbly clean.

We have used the Integrity Tree Care for 2 rounds of trimming back the many mature trees on our SW Portland residence. Turned out great both times. We will use them again and recommend them to our neighbors for their needs.

The arborist, Alex Best, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to identified my two previously unknown trees as freeman maples and the insect problem with my birch.

Amazing service I've worked with John Trevor and Lisa and all have always provided excellent customer service. especially during any emergency. They have always been the quickest best and most responsive team to address our treee emergency quickly and p rofessionally

Fantastic service. The arborists came out today and trimmed my cedar, locust, maple, two pears, an apple, and a cherry. I've never seen more expert trimming of my trees. Over-the-moon satisfied.

My neighbor used this business to cut my tree after a wind storm caused part of the tree to fall. SavATree did not even attempt to notify me OR get my permission to be on my property. When I questioned the barely English speaking crew, they had no idea they could not trespass on private property. More cutting was done to my tree than legally is allowed. The end result was a butchered tree. That along with their trespassing tells me this is not a reputable company.

SavATree did an excellent, and safe job removing a very large tree for us earlier this year. They also gave us a very reasonable quote and got the job done sooner than expected.
