This was our first time having a tree removed and we chose Integrity Tree Service and we’re glad we did. Everyone was very professional and caring about our job. The crew we had was really good and know what they are doing. We highly recommend to everyone looking for this service.

We have a lot of BIG trees and large shrubs on a steeply-sloping lot. Integrity has done a wonderful job caring for them for the past ten years. They are extremely knowledgeable. I also appreciate that they listen! My yard is naturescaped, and they shape and prune my trees and shrubs to fit with that concept - a relief after years with other landscapers pruning my trees into round balls.

Integrity did an excellent job! Even after the owner had worked all day he saw our need and began to trim part of the tree that had fallen on roof and secured it with a tarp to keep the weather out until they could remove the fallen tree with a crane. Excellent work and I highly recommend their services!

John Eisenhower and his staff are top-notch, professional and provide superb service at very reasonable rates. It is a pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys showed up on time with clean equipment dressed very well and did a very quick professional job. From the first phone call on this hazardous tree to the Final Cut it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience on a stressful Hazard on my property. I would highly recommend this company !

This was my first time working with AJ at Savatree, I will use him for all my properties moving forward. When I asked for a bid, I expected just a piece of paper to be sent over but he took the time to explain to me what each tree needed. Once scheduled, the work was done promptly and professionally. I look forward to working with AJ and Savatree in the future.

Was told our tree was marked for being cut down on May 28th or latest May 29th , never was touched. Arborist tokd me and my husband in person in the 28th tree woukd be cut down no later than May 29th . Again did not happen. Im now being told schedule is booked for the next 4mos before tree can be cut down. Lying to people while looking directly at them is the lowest business ethics Ive come across. Just be honest vs lying and creating upset to people for no reason . I would think the company woukd return regardless of schedule because they did not finish a job that your arborist stated woukd be done. If he hadnt made it a point to speak and go us about it saying " yes for sure no worries ok this tree will for sure be taken care of by May 29th the very latest " Def no good arborist you guys have working for you. Why lie ? For no reason but to create a bad service to people ? Makes no sense , just like making us wait 4 mos later than the date provided by arborist is pretty low for any business to do. Respect ethics and customer service go a long way and the people working here I guess dont have any of the 3. Truly sucky experience from your arborist .

Ulises and his team did a great job pruning my trees in both my front and back yards. They were very neat in cleaning up the debris and kept me informed of their progress. I appreciated them so much.

There's good reason why we have continued to use Integrity several times over the past decade or so. Without exception, everyone, from top to bottom, from roots to crown, is friendly, professional, and reliable: they live up to the name! John's knowledge of the forest and perspective on the life contained within it is as impressive as it is respectful, and informs the way he treats each job and the people involved in it. The guys on the crews have always been responsible, responsive, and respectful of us, our home, and our trees. And to all the folks who handle the calls, scheduling, and paperwork, I couldn't imagine a better experience...THANK YOU ALL!

Once again, I’m very pleased with the skilled tree work completed by Ulises and his crew. They just finished up the second segment of a two-part job that involved a high-level climb and cut, along with removal/cleanup of sizeable debris. As with both jobs, they were prompt, courteous, and professional, which is very much appreciated.

Bad Communication.

What is mind-blowing is that they advertise and market themselves as super tree professionals and title their business as tree savers when in actuality, they are far from that.

I booked a service with SavaTree to remove a tree stump. Workers arrived the morning of who barely spoke english which limited us from being able to speak with them during the process. They basically just cut down the stump and left, leaving behind ALL THE TREE CHIPPINGS. Now, we have a huge pile of tree chippings/debris on our sidewalk and street and NO ONE communicated that they were going to just cut the body and leave its remains for us to deal with. We would have looked elsewhere or went with a different company that would cleaned up and removed the tree chippings. We called them and asked about the debris and they said that would cost an ADDITIONAL $450 after we already paid $500 for the stump removal. Insane. We should have went with other services who would have actually REMOVED the entire stump including its remains.

I highly recommend reconsidering hiring SavaTree. If you do, make sure all your bases are covered because they obviously do not care.

Just had Savatree come out to prune a couple of apple trees for me. The crew, lead by Franco, did a fantastic job!! Pruned just how I asked, were carful not to ruin the neighbors trees and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. 5 stars! Will be using this service again and highly recommend them.

I called SavATree yesterday over some concerns with a Douglas Fir that has turned brown at the top. The Arborist, Alex Best came out this morning to take a look. He was able to determine that the damage I was seeing is not from any type of beetle or fungus, and likely just physical damage from wind, etc. While here, we walked around the property and he made recommendations for removal of a few alder trees, which have seen better days. I very much appreciated his expertise and will definitely use SavATree when it's time to remove the alders (or any other tree related jobs).

Totally positive experience - starting with the Bid by John at I-Tree Care who did not try to 'sell' me on anything I didn't need. The inside staff - Tanya and Michelle were so kind and helpful too - they created a good first impression for the company.
The crew at Integrity Tree Care were a referral from my neighbor. My trees were in dire need of pruning. Each of the guys that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and really great about addressing my concerns and questions.

I've used SavATree services twice for tree removals. Both experiences were great. Phil Wich did a great job with the initial consultation and the team did a really nice job with the tree removal and cleanup. Very pleased with everything!

Leonardo and his team did a great job with the trimming of our four trees. Each tree was of a different variety and required its own unique style of trimming. In particular, our Japanese maple was very overgrown which required a surgical and detailed trimming in order to regain the original shape. All trees were completed in an efficient amount of time with clean up as the trees were being trimmed. We will enjoy the upcoming summer in the yard with our trees now in tip top shape. This is the second time we went with Northwest Tree Specialists (now SavATree) over the oast few years to remove some large problematic trees in our backyard. We were lucky to have arborist Nat Brockman help us with the evaluation. On the day of the removal, the crew was on time and very competent & efficient. Nat took the extra time to point out another problem tree for removal. He wasn’t pushy and was being professional about pros/cons with the removals. Highly recommend Nat and NW Tree Specialists / SavATree.

Let me start by saying that I was so happy that Jon Poteet answered his phone on a Saturday morning, it is refreshing to not always to go to voicemail. Jon not only answered my call about a small tree that had fallen over, He came out shortly thereafter. Helped with the downed tree and got out of the way, and let me know that it might be more cost effective to have our landscaper do the cleanup. Really appreciate the fast response, and the great customer care. It is really great to have a trusted contractor to help point us in the right direction. We want to thank the team at Savatree!
