Our experience with Danny & Team 4 at All Around Arbor was great. They were focused on providing each tree with the care it needed and not doing any work that would not benefit the future health of the tree. From our large cedar trees, to our ornamental bushes, to large limbs pushing against our fencing, they took care of it all at a very reasonable price.
This is the second time AAA has been to our house, and we will not hesitate to have them back when it is time for the next job!

We owe so much to Ryan and the team at All Around Arbor! We used their services to trim our 5 Dutch Elms a few years ago - their bid was competitively priced and they did a thorough job. This time around, they helped us save our biggest and most beautiful Elm.

After a large branch of the Elm failed following one of those late winter ice-storms, Ryan was the only arborist we consulted who didn't outright condemn the tree. He drafted a treatment plan, which we were able to present to the city and get a permit for the trimming of the tree instead of its removal. This required a lot of work and thinking on behalf of the All Around Arbor team.

There was a lot of complexity - the tree is in close proximity to the house and has a hot wire running through parts of it. It also sits very close to a the entrance of a public park. All that meant that they would have to use specialized equipment and really do a tricky job to prune the tree down to its new size without destroying the house, the rest of the landscape or endangering traffic and pedestrians.

They organized the no parking signs, set up their equipment and were done in a matter of a few hours, trimming everything in such a professional manner, it was really fascinating to watch. I appreciated how they navigated the tricky site and how they didn't destroy anything and left the site clean and pristine.

And they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend All Around Arbor, especially for complex tree projects!!!

The guys showed up on-time and that is hard to do because our location is difficult to find. Team 4 did a great job and handled business very professionally. I would use this company again. Danny, the foreman was also very good looking.. actually all the guys on the crew were good looking, hard working and respectful. No, I don't personally know them.

Everyone I worked with at All Around Arbor tree service from the initial estimator, to the office staff and to the workers that came out to do the tree trimming and removal were great! They are professional and easy to work with. Team 4 (Alex, Josh and Miles) came out today.and they went out of their way to make sure that they understood all the work with us prior to beginning. They did great work and cleaned everything up after them. I would highly recommend All Around Arbor Trees to everyone!

My experience with All Around Arbor was terrific from beginning to end. They were the first to respond to my online bid request; Forrest walked me through his recommendations for my overgrown Boxelder and sent me a detailed & fair estimate. Vanessa in the office was quick to reply to any questions I had and she had me scheduled within a week of accepting their proposal.
Danny & his team "#4" arrived on-time and were incredibly professional, thorough and careful. My project required coordination with 2 adjacent neighbors and Danny & his guys made sure all the affected properties were left clean & debris-free. The actual work was outstanding and Danny made sure I was satisfied before they packed up any gear.
I can't recommend these folks enough and will definitely be sharing my experience with friends & neighbors. I've got my "tree-guys" on my list now for sure!

Tree Masters did an meticulous job; professional pruning and clean up and at a very fair price. My trees look great! I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding work all around. Fast, quiet (love the electric chainsaw) and did exactly what was bid in an efficient, professional manner. Tom gave us good advice about our other trees.

Scheduling easy and efficient. Staff prompt, polite and skilled. Have had two different crews: one for pruning a very large magnolia and another for pruning a laurel hedge. Both crews were great. Already planning to have them return.

The most knowledgeable, experienced, customer oriented tree service in the Portland area

Our neighbors used this company for tree trimming. The tree looks fine but they left a huge mess. I watched them use their blower to spread debris down the street and on to another neighbors property, dust blowing on cars, and debris left all over the street. After calling to complain, they sent a crew out a few days later to clean it up, which was less than adequate. When we questioned why they weren't using a broom or being a little more detailed, they informed us very rudely that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Seems to me if that was the case we wouldn't have had to call to clean up what they should have in the first place.

They should also recognize if their truck is parked near where they are working, they'll need to clean the area under the truck too.

Neighbors should not be impacted by other neighbors choosing to use this company.

Both men showed up on time and were very efficient and professional. Especially River he was amazing you should be proud to have him as a employee on your team . They cleaned up after taking the tree down . We will definitely use Tree Masters again .

Tom and all his crew are truly experts at what they do. I had a large tree with very limited space for its removal. They were able to take it out without causing damage and it was done within a day. Tom is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and I would use his service again in the future.

Tree Masters removed a tree that was touching my new house, they did a great job including clean up. They also removed a very large amount of smaller tree / brush debris that we had cleared. The team was professional, courteous, and fast.

Have had a number of trees serviced by Tom’s company over the years. They just completed an unexpected project for us promptly and thoroughly facilitating other work to occur on the property. Every time the process has been straightforward, clear and comfortable, the communication excellent, the crew professional, friendly and caring and the results most satisfactory with quality included.

Would highly recommend Tree Master. Hired them for some smaller tree removal work. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The process of getting an estimate and on the schedule went quickly. As happens sometimes, there was a miscommunication about the work needed, but Gemma came out right away and took care of the issue. I would definitely call Tree Master again.

We enjoyed working with Tree Masters. We received multiple quotes to have tree work done on a few trees. 2 different neighbors each had a tree in their yard that was an issue for us, so we paid to have work done on them to be proactive & create a safer overall situation. One of those trees had a situation where Tree Masters proposed a unique solution, one that none of the other arborists suggested. Tree Masters solution is healthier for the tree in the long run, so we were happy to go with that.

Everyone we spoke with from the Owner to the office to the guys on location were professional & helpful. If you have tree work to do I would recommend you give Tree Masters a call & have them give a quote. You will most likely learn something about your situation just by doing that. Good Luck!

Tree Masters came on 12-4-18 to trim my silver maple in my front yard. They did a great job. The crew were nice, friendly and professional. They did all the clean up necessary and then some. I highly recommend.
