Our driveway had some very stubborn staining which we attempted to clean over the years with different products and our own efforts at pressure washing. I wished I had the opportunity to issue 10 stars instead of just 5. This company breaks all the barriers, professional, responsive, punctual, hard-working and offers a great value. Extremely impressed that he has a commercial grade Power Washer. This is not the first time I have hired a professional for this service. All have shown up with big box store equipment, some rented and borrowed from a friend. Not this company. This is not a side job to make quick cash. Power Washing is his business. If want to hire the best this company is your only call. PS: They also offered the best price.

WOW. From start to finish Richard and Pressure Works NW were a breeze to work with. He answered his phone when I called, gave me an estimate within 24 hours which included an overall and extremely honest assessment of the two properties (no up-selling here), met me at the site to go over everything, did the job within a week, sent me before and after photos, and even called me after the job was finished to go over everything that he did and to make sure I was happy. Richard is now permanently in my phone as the person to go to for any power washing job. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience refinishing a back deck! They were very helpful and explained everything about the process, so that I can have the knowledge to take care of the deck moving forward.

Rich was amiable, responsive and professional, and his price was reasonable. There was a problem with some of the deck wood (ipe) accepting the stain, and he quickly and effectively addressed the issue. The deck and fence look great! I will have him back.

Consistently going above and beyond expectations “I was looking at your sidewalk and saw some moss, hope you don’t mind I power washed it.”. Extremely conscientious. The best part? He beat the next best price by half - while delivering an outstanding quality job. If you can’t tell by now, I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

Our initial email was returned within 4 hours! I was able to send photos and answer questions over the phone to put together a bid for power washing our two-story house and wooden deck. Less than a week later and our house is sparkling clean! PressureWorks NW did a great job and we had amazing customer service. We even got advice on how to stain our deck and care for it ourselves in the future.

Richards does great work! He did such a great job on my and my neighbor's decks that we both had him back to do the stairs as well. Night and day difference. And he's super easy to work with. Recommend - two thumbs up!
