From the initial consultation to the end result, Rich explained every step of the process. He provided options and described how the different options would come out based on our deck and wood type and condition of the wood.
The process went fast, came out amazing and was priced very reasonably. Rich explained how the stain/seal would work and when to contact him again for maintenance.

I learned about Nite Owlz LLC cleaning service from a Facebook friend's post that raved about a job well done! I needed some cleaning done so I contacted them. First let me say that I can be a real stickler about people being on time (that may come from my military background 😁) so when we set up a time for the appraisal, I paid close attention to the arrival time we agreed upon and the company's President did not disappoint! He was actually there a few minutes ahead of schedule! And when it was time to do the job the next day...right on time again! They arrived prepared to work right away (equipment in hand and task focused). They did a thorough, professional and timely job (At a very reasonable price!)
