Extremely thorough and excellent service during the 2x times I have used JCW. They are careful and deliver a sparkling clean window washing in a professional, authentic way. Very impressed and they are my vendor of choice for window washing, special cleaning and power washing. Highly recommend them.

I had used other window cleaning services but Joel was exceptional. He was meticulous. Very careful with the outside plants and not a drip on the floors inside the house. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Beautiful job and highly recommend! From the initial contact through the day of cleaning Joel from JCW was prompt, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. Our windows are crystal clear and much care was taken to protect all auxiliary surfaces. Rates are also very reasonable. It was such pleasure to work with JCW. They saved our bacon when we arrived at our new home to find the gutters clogged with grit and leaves, and they went far out of their way to finish installing new gutter guards on a Saturday! We had a huge 3 story job (house, gutter, and roof cleaning) and James Co. definitely had their work cut out for them. They were planning to complete it one day, but ended up having to extend that to 3 days. I know that they are extremely busy, but they stayed late every day to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with everything. They were very thorough and I am pleased with the results.

I had many quotes before I decided to go with them, and all the other companies had MANY hidden fees, JAMES CO WINDOW CLEANING had zero hidden fees and what they quoted us was the final price. The way they count how many windows are in a house is also more affordable than the competition. Their package prices are fantastic. I am incredibly happy. This was a cold call and I am so pleased!. This father/son team brought booties, wiped the frames, sills and were respectful of personal property. I was fortunate to slip into a next day cancellation spot They came within 15 minutes of the time slot and texted to let me know they were on their way. My windows look great! If you’ve ever tried to wash your windows and think you did a good job just wait for a sunny day! I’m in a high rise southwest corner with 39 panes…….grateful they came and fixed my attempt. A window cleaner I’m not!

Chris and Bret were friendly, professional and VERY detailed in their work. I had my gutters cleaned, driveway and two patios power washed and all of my windows cleaned inside and out. Everything looks great and the windows are spotless! Their rates are highly competitive and the rates can't be beat.
