James Co. has done our annual window cleaning for the past 5 yrs., interior, exterior, and screens. This year were have moved and the cleaning included a skylight which had only been touched by rain. It now is mildew and dirt free. As always Chris and Ethan are thorough, diligent, and treat your home with great care. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this work. They also use a spot free solution which truly works! Thanks again for a great job!

Christian kept me posted on his arrival time which I really appreciated. I hadn't had my windows cleaned in 17 years. He did a spectacular job including the window sills. What a difference it made 👏

I highly recommend this company. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. He got me scheduled on a rush basis to clean windows as I was hustling to get my house listed on the market. He took great care to clean the window slider tracks and even cleaned my glass shower doors. Everything looks sparkling nice and clear. He also did a great job cleaning my gutters. I will be using this company in the future. The owner is very professional and works hard to please his customers.

I wish I could find more companies like James Co. for all aspects of my home care and repair. They made the whole process unbelievable easy with zero stress. From initial contact to appointment confirmation, en route note, service recap, and invoice payment, the communication was thorough and easy. The best part was I knew my project was a tough one – I needed the windows and skylights in my 2-story workshop cleaned - they hadn’t been cleaned for at least 10 years! Christian came prepared after researching the project site on-line, he had a can-do, no-nonsense attitude, and worked tirelessly to make the windows and skylights in my workshop sparkle. I can’t wait to have him come back next spring to do all my power washing and house windows. I can’t thank Christian and James Co. enough – they made a huge difference in my quality of life.

Yesterday marked the 5th annual window washing by James Co. We have lived in 2 different houses, both with lots of windows. Chris and his crew remove, clean, and replace all screens after cleaning all the exterior glass surfaces. Then the inside windows are get washed and dried. This year Chris worked by himself as his crew was not available. He is efficient, experienced, and very professional. His price is very fair considering the work involved. You will b glad you did

Update August, 2023 - Christian and team come today to clean windows and screens inside and out. They also soft washed the house. We built in a brand new neighborhood and the house was pretty darn dirty! I feel like we have a brand new house again!

The entire process of working with James Co Window Cleaning was seamless and a real pleasure. I got a quote and booked my appointment online and today I'm sitting in my home with beautiful, spotless windows. We had the interior and exterior windows cleaned as well as the screens and the tracks cleaned. We also have lots of sidelights and transoms in addition to glass office doors. I would Highly Recommend James Co Window Cleaning and will use them again.

Did a great job washing our windows inside and out, leaving them spotless. They took great care with the things in our home, were great with our dog, were fast, and charged less than I would have expected. I recommend James Co! (One note, they were very responsive to texts and phone calls but I don’t think they got the message I submitted on their web site.)

Ethan was a pleasure to work with! He gave me a heads up when he was en route and came well within the time window I was scheduled for. I am so glad I finally got around to scheduling to have my windows cleaned. They look soooo good!!! I love being able to look outside at the beautiful fall colors without the distraction of grungy windows. Thank you James Co for your prompt, professional service!! They were able to do my windows within a couple of days. The gentleman who completed the service was polite. He wore shoe coverings when he came inside my home.

James and his team were very professional in how they communicated throughout the whole roof cleaning project, they did a really nice job with the project itself, and I really appreciated how they cleaned up all the debris around the house before they left. This is the second big project that we have used James Co for, and will definitely seek them out again.

We have James Co. at our house at least twice a year for various projects. They keep providing high quality work and communication. Just had our roof and gutters cleaned and they went above and beyond, leaving everything better than they found it.

We have had James Co. over multiple times. They are on time or let you know they are running late. They do an excellent job on inside and outside windows. I really enjoy looking thru my windows without any pollen, dust etc. They also do an excellent job cleaning the roof. They clean up after themselves. Their customer service is awesome and cost is reasonable. We would highly recommend them.

This was the absolute worst home service experience I have ever had. In my original communication with the owner of the company I asked if he cleaned window tracks because the house that I purchased 6 months ago had been neglected and the tracks were very dirty. He assured me that he did and came out to make an estimate. After viewing the five windows and tracks he gave me a price. I told him I wanted him to be comfortable with the price he was charging. He said he was. He didn’t mention any kind of tiered service and didn’t seem bothered by the dirt in the tracks which I assumed he knew how to clean since he had come over and seen them for himself before pricing the project. [Edit: He never discussed that I had the "basic" package. If you look at his pricing schedule on his website, "basic" service is $89 for a dwelling the size of mine. I paid $280 which is in the "Premium" package range. If I had only purchased the basic package they wouldn't have cleaned my screens and they did. That's only done with the Premium package.]
After he and his assistant had cleaned the exterior of the glass they went to do the interior. From the water used on the outside, some of the window tracks were filled with water that formed a kind of mud with the dirt in the tracks. I asked him about the standing water and mud and he said the drain holes were plugged but assured me he would be able to clean them. One window’s tracks were dry and he needed a vacuum but didn’t have one of his own so he had to use mine. Again, I thought it odd that a professional would not be equipped to do a job properly. I told him to go ahead and remove the screws that were plugging the drain holes. He removed them from one of the windows but the dirt and debris kept them from draining. He seemed to get frustrated with that but again assured me he would clean the tracks. Then all of a sudden he seemed to get visibly frustrated and announced they were leaving. I asked if he was going to just leave the dirt and standing water in the tracks and he said “that’s as good as they’re going to get.” He asked to be paid and I did because what else could I do? I’m not accustomed to having someone demand payment when they didn’t complete a job. His assistant even pointed out that there was still water and dirt in the tracks. At this point I just wanted him gone because it was obvious he wasn’t going to finish the job right.
He left in a hurry and I took a closer look at the tracks. See my photos of the dirty tracks and towels from cleaning them. They were a mess. (The first two photos of clean tracks were taken after I spent 3.5 hours cleaning them.) I texted him and told him how unhappy I was with the job he did and he blew me off at first, telling me my windows were “defective.” When I expressed even more displeasure he grudgingly said he could come back out in a few days. I saw no point in this and told him he was not a good service provider, having not delivered on the job he was hired to do. I had already given up half a day of work.
Honestly, I have never been in such a situation where someone leaves without finishing a job they were hired to do. His website quotes a price of $249 for cleaning the windows (including tracks) in a 1200 SF dwelling (mine is 1100 SF). I paid him $280 so he wasn’t doing it on the cheap, though I suspect he underbid to get the work, got into it, found out it was more complex (though he had seen the windows and tracks before he provided his bid) and decided to cut his losses and lose a customer rather than follow through. I asked for part of the money back and he ignored me.
How he gets 5-star ratings is beyond me. Probably people with brand news houses who just want someone to wash the glass surfaces. Because this guy can’t do much else.

They were out of town yet still quickly responded to my message requesting window cleaning. Polite. Professional communication. Got me scheduled quick. Sent scheduling confirmation & reminder notices. Arrived during the scheduled window. They were super respectful of my property- no stomping on plants or beating things up with their equipment. They did an Excellent job- my windows are Completely clear like the glass isn't even there! And my screens are fresh & clean- no more musty smell when I open the window. Add to that, their prices are quite reasonable. I Highly Recommend this company & plan to use them again!
