Christian was amazing. He worked 6 hours on my roof, knocking off the moss and treating the entire area. Over the top service. Love the 2 year guarantee and will have him back when it's time to treat again.

I hired James Co. to clean all the windows both inside and outside. The workman showed up on time and carefully went through with me what his procedures were. He treated my home with respect and care. I had several screens that were brittle from years of sun exposure and he took care to not damage them. The windows look terrific and I will definitely hire this company in the future.

Professional, thorough, accommodating.
We added to the original quote and Cristian was super about doing an additional task. We did pay for the added work, there was however nothing but gracious demeanor about adding to the job. They were so meticulous and made sure everything was put back. We will definitely call them again.

We did call again for work about 6 months later and received the same excellent service. We are so pleased we put one task on automatic renewal every 6 months. We referred them to a co-worker who was so pleased he referred them to 3 additional people.

They removed a mound of moss off my roof. Worked all day until the job was done. Father and son and good people. Amazing!
