Rich did an amazing job with our fence and deck. He was super informative and helped us through the entire process. He also set us up for success by teaching us what to do to sustain the life of the deck and fence. I would highly recommend him!

Richard did a fabulous job power washing my property which has extensive cement walkways. They were really dingy and dark, now they are sparkling clean and ready for Spring and Summer. Richard was really responsive, on time, respectful of my place and checked in with me as he was working to make sure he was on track with my expectations. He even gave me directions on how to maintain the clean bright look. I’d call him again in a minute!

I connected with PressureWorks NW via Thumbtack and was so pleased with my entire experience. Since the property was a rental that I own, they visited the house, provided me with an estimate, and answered all my questions (all via fast online communications). I had PressureWorks NW pressure wash the entire exterior of the home and the back patio. We were thrilled with the outcome. The vinyl siding and gutters look like new! PressureWorks NW also told me they removed 20 lbs of dryer lint from the patio that our tenants had let build up. I really appreciate the responsive and professional service we received and will plan to call them back when we are ready for more exterior clean up.

I hired Rich to help transform the look of my tired mahogany patio. He set very realistic expectations from the jump in regards to stripping/staining vs a full deck restoration and we are stoked on how it turned out. Super easy to work with. Rich was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He lives super close so he was able to complete the job in stints despite the summer heat, working during the cooler parts of the mornings and evenings. He was so helpful in determining what products to use on our fairly worn deck to give it extra life, and the color (mocha from Timber Pro-V) we chose looks fantastic. It looks like a brand new deck. He's also a super cool dude, very friendly and insightful on all sorts of home projects and the like.

Rich was great to work with. I would highly recommend his services. His communication and transparency was top notch. He was clearly an expert at his craft but also explained the maintenance and upkeep so we could easily understand. He encouraged us to reach out after the job was complete for advice and guidance. Overall it was a great experience, he was respectful of our schedule and our new baby, keeping noise to a minimum or being sure to coordinate between baby’s naps. Two thumbs up.

Rich did an excellent job and charged a fair price. The job ended up being somewhat complicated, however, Rich was able to manage the issues that came up and still completed the project on schedule without having to charge me anything extra. His experience and knowledge really showed.

Rich is such a gem! Called him after another power washing company left my front stairs full of leaf stains. Rich came out and cleaned my stairs, and also showed me exactly how to get rid of the leaf stains on my own. I'm so happy with the results. Thank you!!

His pricing was competitive compared to another outfit I consulted and in the long run saved me hours and hours of doing this work with my spouse and a rented pressure washer. LOVE THIS COMPANY! They have done work for us in Washington and Oregon. Fantastic work and very fair prices. They even created a gorgeous custom color paint for our deck in Lake Oswego. It turned out perfect and we could not be happier with everything they did. I highly recommend them!

Richard performed a soft-wash of our house prior to painting. The back side of all facia boards did not get clean. We cleaned them by hand. A regular pressure-wash by someone on a ladder would have been preferable in our case.

Rich and his company are excellent. I was given bogus bids for work on a porch, back deck and shed by other contractors and Rich took the time to re-evaluate, and help me figure out solutions without having to hire unnecessary and costly work. I have experienced many predatory contractors this year and over time, and it is wonderful to meet someone with integrity and skill to lead me the right direction. As extraordinarily expensive and unnecessary bids continue to come in from others, i'm grateful to have received his good advice, and he didn't even charge me. His goodwill and desire to make sure people don't get taken advantage of stand out. When you do need the work done that he specializes in, definitely hire. I sure will! If only people held his ethics in all other industries and throughout the contracting world. Excellent company and excellent human being. Many thanks. It is such a refreshing experience!
