I spent quite a bit of time researching to find someone that I could trust to be knowledgable and professional, while offering a reasonable price for their services. I couldn't be more happy with the decision to go with Fox's Chimney Sweep. As many of the reviews here attest to, Willy fit all of the above to a tee. He arrived right on schedule, and not only did he get the job done in the time that he estimated, but he also took the extra time to prune back our pear tree so that it wasn't too close to the chimney. He gave me some great advice about overall care of my wood burning stove, and left my house just as clean as when he arrived. Which was a huge gamble because we were throwing a birthday party there just hours after his visit. I won't be going to any one else for the care of our stove. Period. My only regret is that I didn't have some cash on me to give him the tip he aptly deserved. Great man, great company.

Professional, Informative and on Time.

These guys cleaned our chimney and flue. All to our satisfaction.
We then had them come back another time to replace our chimney cap.
I was very happy with service and price on both of my interactions with them. "In fact while they were here they also noticed some wear/tear on my skylight and offered to put a bead of filler on it while they were up there".
That is the kind of service I thought didn't exists anymore.

Willy the owner was great. He did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend him and he will have my business forever. Stay away from Grabrielsen masonry CCB#148189. We just bought this place and one of my contingency was my Chimney to be serviced. That was not the case, they didn't do anything to it. Thank you Fox's Chimney sweeps.

Willy was so helpful. I had issues with my wood stove smoking and he gave me tips over the phone. He gave me free advice and was very professional. Other companies I called and have had service my wood stove before didn't help me as much as Willy and they were paid! if I need servicing on my wood stove he will be the first one I'll call.

Willie was awesome! He was very honest with me and told me only one of my chimneys needed cleaning. He gave me advice to save me some money also. He even went out of his way to call around to find me some siding that was difficult for me to find (for another project). I will definitely recommend him and use him again!

Willy is as good as they come. We asked him to give us a quote for a chimney installation, and he did that. He also gave us great advice on a few other things we would need in order to pass inspection, and referred us to folks who could help. On top of all that, he gave us contact information for one of his competitors to be sure we were able to get a competitive quote. We ended up going with someone else for the chimney install but will absolutely use Fox's Chimney Sweeps when it's time to get the chimney cleaned. Even though we did not use him, he still followed up later to see how everything turned out and to wish us the best. He's a great example of competent professionalism - thanks Willy!

This is a family owned business. . Husband and wife team that felt like old friends. They were clean, informative, kind, and thorough as well as quick.
They taught me how to use my fireplace properly, as it hadn't been used since we had moved into our home, 15 years.
We had an ugly brass rusted out screen insert that they removed and disposed for us.
I HIGHLY recommend this service team.

Called these guys and managed to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. They showed up on time and got right to work. They laid down drop cloths and left literally no mess whatsoever behind. Both of them were super friendly dudes, great customer service. They were really pleasant and nice about answering questions for us as this is our first time owning a home period, let alone one with two fireplaces! The flat rate is also nice because you know what to expect, and they didn't try to upsell us (a tactic I saw many people complaining about with other companies). All in all would highly recommend and will be using them as our go-to chimney company from now on.

We've used Fox's for the last 5 years and they've done an excellent job on cleaning, inspections and Chimney wind cap installations. They are very organized and great to work with. They cover the floors, keep everything clean and are very informative on any issues and or the work that they do.

Jeremiah was wonderful! The cleaning service was thorough and he kept our house clean while doing so. They were also so kind and gave great advice for future maintenance. We will definitely use them again!
