I live in a Ken Birkmeier home and my chimney was leaning badly. It also had trouble drawing and we had struggled with it for years. I was worried about keeping the integrity of the brick/matching the look of the house since the brick shapes have changed since 1937. David and his team not only built a great-looking chimney that matches the style of the house perfectly, but it also draws beautifully, AND they filled other mortar cracks on the brick at the front of the house and sealed all of it. They were fast, courteous + responsive and also fairly-priced (I had numerous bids, and they were right in the middle). I would recommend Bridgetown in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Bridge Town. I reached out via phone to schedule an estimate for masonry repairs as well as for any other repairs needed after inspecting our two indoor fireplaces. I called right before Thanksgiving and was scheduled within a week. David was very thorough with the inspection, checked all parts of our chimney and answered my questions in a way I could understand. He went over what repairs needed to be done in order of importance/safety, average price ranges, and suggestions for the two fireplaces. After the visit I had a good understanding of what was going on with the chimney and what my options were. I really think he went above and beyond. We didn't end up accepting the bid but would recommend just based on our experience with the scheduling and estimate.

Bridgetown chimney has been our best experience with a contractor hands down! They offer excellent quality services at a fair price, (we received two other bids from two other companies that were cost prohibitive.)They arrived on time on the scheduled day of the project start. We had to rebuild our chimney from roof up and tuck point from roof down. I asked if they could add a service to clean and seal our little brick patio and they did so at no extra charge, which was super nice and unexpected. They left everything neat and clean at the finish. Dave and his crew are very kind and professional! We highly recommend this company.

We’ve had a lot of issues with our chimney leaking. Hired someone and it still didn’t fix it. Called Bridge Town they came out fixed it and it hasn’t leaked since. Great crew and great customer service.

A great crew rebuilt our chimney. Respectful, fun, great to work with. Due to a supply issue with the original brick type, we were able to go to their supplier and select our bricks. Our chimney looks great, and the black caps are stunning!!

I’ve had Bridgetown inspect and clean my fireplace yearly for several years. They’re always on time, communicate well, and are very professional and knowledgeable. This year they did the inspection and said my chimney is clean so it doesn’t need to be cleaned this year; I imagine many companies would “clean” it anyway and charge full price for the cleaning. I will continue to use Bridgetown for my chimney needs and highly recommend them to friends sand family.

Overall we were pleased with our experience with Bridgetown, however a few things took away from the best possible experience.

-Contractors left red chimney bricks dirty and did not clean
-Contractors dug holes for scaffolding and did not repair
-Contractors sprayed windows with debris from service and did not clean

We hired Bridgetown to rebuild our old chimney and they exceeded our expectations. They explained the whole process clearly, crew was friendly and final results turned out perfect. New chimney looks solid. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Woke up with a horrible smell in my house. Nw breeze came out and found a dead rat in my vents! Came out the next day. Cleaned and sanitized all my ducts. Will gladly be referring them
