I had a great experience with Paul! He was very polite and professional. The before and after photos he showed was a night and day difference. My bedroom was constantly dusty and I was concerned about the dryer vent being a fire hazard. It was time to clean the vents. I had no idea who to call so I spoke with my boss (a General Contractor) and without hesitation she recommended NW Breeze. She was RIGHT! Paul, the technician pictured, was sensational! He did excellent work! The before and after pics were stunning! It was shocking to see how much lint came out of the dryer vent! He even cleaned the vent inside the dryer. He cleaned the gunk out of window tracks. It took more than 5 hours! That's how thorough they were with the 22 vents we have! Dennis came by too. He's professional and the nicest guy! And check out the vacuum they connected to the furnace to suction out the vents! Paul even put the new filter in the furnace so I didn't need to worry about it! Thank you NW Breeze! 10/10 recommend! As a person who has sinus issues it's amazing how much better I'm breathing already! My elderly mom is breathing better too!

They inspected and cleaned both of our chimneys and we were very satisfied! They aren't the cheapest service but they were prompt and reliable and very polite and friendly.

Perfect Chimney was our choice to clean our chimeny and reseal the cap on the fireplace. They did a good job explaining the process and giving us a competitive quote. They did a great job resealing the cap due to 40 years of weather. The before and after photos really allowed us to see the difference and the great job they had done. I recommend Perfect Chimney for anyone looking to get their chimeny maintenance completed.

The guys from Perfect Chimney were fantastic! We scheduled an inspection to see if our chimney was functional (which they provided free of charge). They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They determined our chimney was functional. So, we hired them for a chimney cleaning and a new ventilated cap. It only took them a few hours to do this. Everything looked great and the price was very reasonable. We are looking forward to hiring them again soon to install a new fireplace now that the chimney is ready.

Perfect Chimney was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to get my family on their schedule within a week or so. They arrived on time, despite the unusual snow on the ground. They were professional, polite and efficient. Fireplace is clean and looks great!

I had these guys back again for the 2nd time to service the gas fireplace in my rental, it needs service every year after a summer of non usage. Again, they were awesome! Quick response to my inquiry, on their schedule the next day, respectful, professional and affordable. They were in and out and even taught my tenant how to properly use the remote thermostat.
